“My wife, Dongmei, and I recently boarded our Golden Retriever, Sagan, with Janessa for an overnight stay. Sagan just turned one year old, and this was the first time we had ever left him with someone other than family, so we were naturally a little nervous. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. Janessa took great care of Sagan and made him feel right at home. It was clear he had a fantastic time playing with Janessa's dogs and the other dogs she was boarding. When we picked him up the next morning, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable in her care. The biggest sign of how much fun he had came afterward. As soon as he got in the car, he completely crashed from all the excitement and activity. Once we got home, he slept for several hours and seemed incredibly content. Any Golden Retriever owner knows that's usually the sign of a very good day. Janessa was friendly, professional, and gave us confidence that Sagan was in great hands. In fact, we felt so good about the experience that we've already booked her to care for Sagan for two weeks while we travel to China later this summer. We're grateful to have found Janessa and her family and look forward to having Sagan stay with them again. The day before my booking was supposed to start, one of my girls got attacked by another dog and needed stitches on her ear and routine medication. I offered cancellation if they weren't comfortable with that, but Amanda assured me that her training as a nurse meant treating wounds was no problem at all. My girls got lots of walks, lots of love, and proper medical care. Choosing Amanda and Eric was such a blessing!”

She is prone to gunk around the eyes and they even took care to inform me of it and help remove some of it so she would feel more comfortable. Also our dog never took to crate training, and the family has a great set up with room to roam and separate space for the dogs, if needed. Ideal for dogs like ours who don’t like to be crated/kenneled. Would love to have Wendy and family care for our dog again!”

I currently own two friendly dogs, 13 year old GSP Quinn and 5 year old English Setter-Pointer Sherman, who would love to share their fenced half acre yard. About: Hi! We are Belle and David and we have been caring for pets on Rover for 4+ years now. We only watch one dog at a time so that we can provide each fur baby with their own special love and care. We have a 2.5 year old mini labradoodle so we know how important your pet is and enjoy getting to know each pets unique personalities! Our dog is overall calm and lazy but willing to play with opportunities to take breaks when tired. We do require meet and greets in order to make sure our pets will be a good match for each other! 😊 Belle is a teacher and David works from home so there is always at least one of us home, especially in the summer months. I leave spaces cleaner than I found them and make sure your fur baby is comfortable and happy as can be! We generally only take 2 pets at a time so there is plenty of time and energy to ensure your pet gets all the love, care, exercise and attention they need! Weekends are harder and often spent watching the kids playing sports but I could still make weekends work depending on needs. I love going for walks and giving lots of love to pups. If you need me to watch your pet for an extended stay and I’m working a few of the days, that will be fine with me as long as they don’t potty in the house. I work 12 hour shifts but live 7 minutes away from work and can come home for potty breaks! I have a fenced in yard, my two dogs have a good routine. Miley the Aussie is pretty chill but likes to play occasionally, maple the golden LOVES to play! I would take your dogs on walks also as long as they are decent on a leash! I also have lots of Kong type toys to stimulate their minds with a bit of peanut butter or wet food. I care about animals a lot and they will be safe with me.

About: We have both had dogs our entire lives that have spread across a variety of breeds, including Boston Terrier, English Bulldog, Labs, and Australian Shepard. We truly love all breeds and would love to spend time with your dog! We both work from home full time so there is no issue with feeding, walking or potty schedules. We generally love to spend time outdoors on the weekends and would love to take your dog on walks or hikes on the trails, if you’re comfortable. We have a fully fenced in yard and live close to an expansive trail system that we would be more than happy to walk your dog on to enjoy the outdoors. Dogs are welcome to be left loose in our house and will be allowed on the furniture, or feel free to bring their bed and/or crate if that’s what they are used to.

“My wife, Dongmei, and I recently boarded our Golden Retriever, Sagan, with Janessa for an overnight stay. Sagan just turned one year old, and this was the first time we had ever left him with someone other than family, so we were naturally a little nervous. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. Janessa took great care of Sagan and made him feel right at home. It was clear he had a fantastic time playing with Janessa's dogs and the other dogs she was boarding. When we picked him up the next morning, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable in her care. The biggest sign of how much fun he had came afterward. As soon as he got in the car, he completely crashed from all the excitement and activity. Once we got home, he slept for several hours and seemed incredibly content. Any Golden Retriever owner knows that's usually the sign of a very good day. Janessa was friendly, professional, and gave us confidence that Sagan was in great hands. In fact, we felt so good about the experience that we've already booked her to care for Sagan for two weeks while we travel to China later this summer. We're grateful to have found Janessa and her family and look forward to having Sagan stay with them again. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and dog-loving sitter.”
“Lisa was amazing. It was my first time leaving Henry (16-month-old mini bernedoodle) with someone I didn't know well. She took him on multiple daily adventures outside, sent tons of photos, communication was excellent, and he was a very happy and tired pup when I got back. “Amanda and Eric were such wonderful, kind sitters. I can't recommend them highly enough! The day before my booking was supposed to start, one of my girls got attacked by another dog and needed stitches on her ear and routine medication. I offered cancellation if they weren't comfortable with that, but Amanda assured me that her training as a nurse meant treating wounds was no problem at all. My girls got lots of walks, lots of love, and proper medical care. Choosing Amanda and Eric was such a blessing!”

About: I’m a dog dad to two very active breeds — Odin (Belgian) and Jeter (Weimaraner). They’ve taught me how to handle high-energy, smart, strong-willed dogs with patience and confidence. I love giving dogs exercise, structure, and calm companionship based on their personality. I work remotely, so I’m free for walks and drop-ins throughout the day. Mornings, afternoons, and evenings all work well, plus weekends for longer sessions and extra playtime. Living with a Belgian and a Weimaraner has made me very attentive to dog behavior and safety. I stay calm, follow your routines, and keep pets well-exercised and comfortable. You’ll always get updates and photos so you feel at ease.

Our dog has a habit of scavenging and picking up anything and everything he can get his mouth around, and they’ve worked with him to help him drop those habits and introduced new techniques we could use to help him still have fun outside on trails. We’ve used their services for both weekly dog walking and multi day boarding. They really show that they care about making sure our dog is happy and comfortable.
