“Kristin was beyond amazing. My hubby & I boarded our pit bull Weatherly for a night with her. Our dog is reactive towards other dogs, and a pit bull, so trying to find someone to watch her that doesn't feel uneasy can be a bit hard. We did a meet & greet, and I instantly knew she was the one to take care of our dog Weatherly. Kristin is very personable, within 5min of talking with her she felt like a long time friend. She has great communication, my hubby & I got picture updates. Her & weatherly hit it off from the beginning, and Kristin was super attentive to Weatherly's needs. We love Kristin so much, we actually rebooked. Weatherly will get to hang out with Kristin for 5 days, while my family & I are on a trip. She's our go to person!! Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby!!!”

“Our big boy Simba has had the best time staying with Jordin. She sent us pictures and videos which we really appreciate and he seemed happy to see us when we picked him up but also wagging his tail as he said goodbye. We have found our new favorite place to leave him. Thank you Jordin.”

“Michelle and Samuel are the absolute best! My dog pit mix, Lazarus had the best time with their personal dog, which are BFF now! They send multiple pictures and videos all through out the day as they would include Laz in the daily walks, hikes, and fetch time, so I always know what he is up to (Helped Moms separation). Absolutely going to recommend Michelle and Samuel to friends and family, if they need a dog sitter. Don’t Think It Gets Better!! ??”

“Dennis and Lynn were great! They were able to accommodate Frankie on super short notice and were nothing but welcoming. Lots of video and photo updates and were genuinely great at caring for her while I was gone. She loved her stay with them and I could not recommend them more. Awesome experience all around!”

“Marisol is genuinely our favorite sitter that we’ve met! She and Milo have been so incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The amount of relief and excitement I feel knowing that my pup is not only cared for but spoiled and loved is amazing. My pup is excited to get there and when I come to pick her up, she doesn’t want to leave. THAT is the telltale sign of a wonderful human and home! Dolce 🩷’s Milo (and Marisol!)”

“Great boarding experience with Molly. She was friendly, responsive, and flexible. She took amazing care of Rusty and kept me smiling with updates and pictures. I will definitely be using her for future boarding!”

“Fantastic sitter!!! Ollie had the best time and we revived updates every step of the way. We plan on using them again, and are so happy that we found a great place for our pup when we can’t take him!”

“Highly recommend John H! He took fantastic care of my pup and kept me updated with regular photos. My Phoebe returned home a very happy, calm, and well-rested dog. Reliable, professional, and excellent at communication—I’ll definitely be hiring John again.”

“Absolutely wonderful dog sitter. Reliable, caring, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. My dog was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for the entire time. I really appreciated the updates and the peace of mind knowing my pup was in such good hands. It’s not easy to find someone you fully trust with your dog, and they exceeded expectations. I would happily book again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care.”

“Linda was wonderful and Nuggie was very well taken care of. She took him on frequent walks and provided updates throughout his stay. I would recommend and have my pets stay with her again without hesitation!”

“Carmen was absolutely awesome with our pup! She sent wonderful updates with detailed info and pictures/videos and did an especially good job enforcing good potty habits and new commands for our puppy who’s still learning. I’d highly recommend her for any sitting needs, she’s got a repeat customer in us for sure!”

“Nate was great with our dog, Toby! He was really flexible with drop-off/pick up times and I could tell that Toby really likes him. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“Angela is an excellent dog sitter. Our dog had a fun vacation of her own at Angela's home. She had the run of the house and yard with another dog to play with and Angela sent us pictures of her having fun. We have left our dog with Angela twice now and already planning a third trip without our young dog because we know she is in good hands with Angela.”

“Sherman was very happy and well taken care of while staying with Marla and BooBoo! He has medicines that he has to take and she gave them to him every morning. When is his medicines can be increased as needed for arthritis and she was able to see when Sherman was hurting and needed an increase in his medicine or a lower activity level… he’s an old boy ❤️. BooBoo was a great friend for Sherman to have an around during my extended vacation. Marlee kept me updated and sent pictures and Sherman just looked happy in all of them! She even gave him a bath before I picked him up!! And I broke my wrist while on vacation and she was more than willing to extend the stay by the extra day that I needed. I really appreciate Marla taking care of Sherman and I will definitely use her services again!!”

“Keana was a life saver this weekend and she and Milo just clicked. I was nervous about their interaction since it was the first time meeting but milo was a good boy per usual. We will definitely see her again ❤️”

“Took fantastic care of Mimi! Mimi can be an anxious dog but she warmed up to Kelly real quick🩷. The frequent updates kept us reassured during our trip that she is in great hands.”

“Second visit and there will definitely be more. I knew my pup was happy when he was so excited to be back and left a little present from his excitement! Loved the daily photos and communication. Made a work trip so much less stressful.”

“Our dog had the best time!! We received constant updates and are so happy to know he was so well taken care of!! Will definitely be leaving him with Mariana and her family again :)”

About: I've had cats my entire life—there has never been a time when I haven't shared my home with at least one. I understand that every cat has their own unique personality, and my goal is to help each one feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they're with us. Winning over even the shyest cats is one of my favorite challenges! Your cat's comfort and safety will always be my top priority. While I can't guarantee they'll become friends with our dogs or cats, I can promise they'll have a secure, loving environment where their individual needs and boundaries are respected. To provide each cat with the attention they deserve, we only board one cat household at a time. We also offer dog boarding, but we carefully evaluate each booking to ensure it's a good fit for everyone and that all of our furry guests can enjoy a safe, low-stress stay.
“Super kind and responsive! Came on short notice and took perfect care of our little guy while we would be out for a while. Left a puzzle out for him before leaving too, to keep him entertained before we came back. Wonderful to hire and would definitely reach out again!”

“Heather was wonderful, she took excellent care of my two elderly cats and was easy to work with and a great communicator. She followed the care instructions to a tee and kept me updated on her visits each day, sending photos. She even cleaned up their spaces, which she definitely did not need too! I highly recommend and would love to work with her again sometime. Thank you, Heather!”

“Christina was a great sitter. Very communicative about any issues as well as just giving updates about visits. A true pet lover. Will be rebooking in the future!”

“Sara is the best. She was also able to help me last minute same day when we had a scheduling conflict and delayed getting home. She’s reliable and great with communication.”

“Quinn was so sweet and fantastic with our ultra shy kitties! Normally our cats hide from all visitors, but she was able to coax them out from hiding when she came over.”

“Teri is just the best! She took awesome care of our 5 cats (and two fish) during a short trip. We came home and all our pets were in good spirits, well fed, and like we never left, which definitely has not always been the case with sitters. She also went above and beyond what we asked for because she knew some things around our house needed to be done to ensure equilibrium while we were away. We will absolutely be reaching out to Teri again for support.”

“Issana is easy to communicate with and super reliable. The visits she paid to our kitties while we were on vacation was more than I could have hoped for! I found myself looking forward to he updates and photos. You could tell our cats looked forward to her visits too. So happy to have found Issana!”

“Emily was amazing! She took such great care of our cat even though Fern barely came out! Emily was very communitive, engaging and just overall great. I will definitely be singing her praises.”

“Morgan did really great with my mean Ole kitty cat! She doesnt do well at all with strangers but Morgan was patient and thoughtful which helped her build trust in Morgan and gave my cat time to warm up to her so she could feel safe when she visited. She was also very diligent about following my instructions for care which meant I was able to be fully confident in my cats care while I was out of the country for two weeks for my honeymoon. Very professional and timely and would work with her again.”

“Abbie was great! She always checked in and checked out on the app and sent me photos. She must have been patient as my kittie finally started to trust her at the end enough to let her be pet! Abbie followed my numerous instructions and my kittie wasn't traumatized by her visits, which is always great! I would recommend Abbie for your more finicky animal visits.”

“As always, Josie is the best! Reliable, responsive, and so loving towards our cats. We are able to fully relax on our vacations knowing that she is looking after our fur babies. Thank you, Josie!”

“Shella is fantastic and left me messages with every visit and pictures. She truly cares for each animal that is under her care and I feel like I can rely on her for future bookings. Thank you so much Shella for taking such wonderful care of Maisie!”

“Nate took great care of my really difficult cat. I have had prior sitters tell me she gave them issues like hissing/growling or swatting if they got too close, but that didn’t happen with Nate. I noticed when I got back home she was a lot less anxious and aggressive than she usually is when I return and that is purely due to Nate’s excellent care.”

“Michelle and Samuel were so wonderful with our dogs! I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. This was the first time leaving our dogs with someone at their home so I was nervous but Michelle and Samuel were receptive to our questions and instructions. They communicated frequently with us and sent us lots of pictures and videos. Our dogs were so happy and tired when they came home. I never thought I could find people I trusted with my dogs but now I have. We will be using them again!”

“Dennis and Lynn were fantastic with Maddie! When we picked her up she was calm and happy. The photos and video updates brought a lot of relief as it was our first time leaving her with a sitter. I definitely recommend Dennis and Lynn to watch your cute puppy family member! Thank you so much for the attentiveness you two!”

“Polly was sidelined due to a leg injury for the last few months and missed her regular daycare visits with Milo & Marisol. Yesterday was her first day back and it did not disappoint! Milo and Polly picked up right where they left off, and Marisol made sure Polly didn’t overdo it or risk re-injury. I am so very grateful for Marisol’s care and diligence. We’re looking forward to our next visit!”

About: I have volunteered with multiple animal shelters (including fostering), a big cat sanctuary, and has worked at a veterinary clinic and pet boarding facility. I will be your pet's main caregiver, and have also owned dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, ferrets, frogs, and turtles throughout my life. My partner Marlon loves to walk/run with dogs and has had dogs, and is a chicken lover as well! I am very prepared to handle many situations and pet personalities. I recently cared for our senior dog (18-years-old!) with medical needs, and fostered puppies, so I am very understanding of dog needs. I understand how to make dogs feel safe and part of our family, and will send daily pictures to you so you know they're in good hands. **Have pets that aren't dogs?** I also own a cat, chickens, two turtles, and frogs. I volunteer at a cat rescue and have volunteered at a big cat sanctuary, have had hamsters, ferrets, an iguana, axolotls, fish.... I can handle most animals, just ask! **Notes** - Rates are per 24 hours. There will be an additional late fee of $5.00 for every hour past the agreed time for pick-up, unless you clearly communicate with us about your timeline. - Housesitting includes an overnight stay and care as needed (feeding, walks, and potty breaks) throughout the day. I may need to care for other clients or my own pets, or go into work. If you require constant care (24hrs per day, animal cannot be left alone), this needs to be arranged beforehand and the price will be higher than my regular housesitting rate. I work from home so time for pet care is flexible, I usually have plenty of time for walks or hikes with dogs that are visiting. I have a fenced yard and have the ability to make zones within my home if it's necessary. I try to stick to the typical schedule the animals are used to, to the best of my ability and schedule.
“Danitra has been amazing with our puppy! We have been taking him to her home for daycare for a couple of weeks and it is wonderful to know that he is in good hands and getting the play and attention he needs while we’re at work.”

“Kate was great with Charlie. Received multiple pictures and videos throughout the day to keep us updated on how Charlie was doing with the other dogs. Looked like Charlie had a blast and will definitely use Kate again.”

“Ricardo is Onyx’s favorite friend. They have three other dogs that are so well behaved and t they play with Onyx. They even play ball with him and even gave onyx’s favorite ball. He even plays with the ball at my home every day. I will recommend them so many times.”

“Jennifer and Champ are the best! They are both so welcoming. My middle-aged Lab is usually somewhat mellow and indifferent, but when he arrived for his second visit at Jennifer's house, he was super bouncy and excited! Jennifer has a big fenced yard and she has transformed her house for ultimate dog-friendly comfort. She sent pictures and updates throughout his visit, and even printed a beautiful photo of him for me to take home. Jennifer is very responsive, quickly responding to my inquiries about scheduling and and answering questions. I knew my Nikko was in good hands and I felt 100 percent comfortable leaving my pup with her. I just hope she doesn't get too popular and busy!”

About: About Me Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I helped raise litters, bottle-feed puppies, and care for our pack of four. Those experiences taught me how to read dog body language, understand routines, and safely handle dogs with calm confidence. I’ve continued caring for dogs over the years and bring a grounded, patient approach to every pup I meet. I want every dog to feel safe, understood, and comfortable in my care. I’m married, have a 12-year-old daughter, and a baby boy. I’m also a stay-at-home mom, which gives me a lot of flexibility with my schedule. I love getting outside, spending time with dogs, and building trust with each pup I care for. Dog Walking I offer 30- and 60-minute walks tailored to your dog’s age, energy level, and routine. Whether your dog prefers a brisk outing or a slow sniff-walk, I adjust the walk to what works best for them. I’m happy to reinforce basic training cues, and you’ll receive photos and a summary after each visit. 🚨 Because I may have my baby with me during walks, I only accept well-trained, leash-friendly pups for dog walking. I require a meet-and-greet with every new pet before booking so we can get acquainted and make sure we’re a good fit. Drop-In Visits Drop-ins can include potty breaks, meals, medication if needed, and plenty of quality time—whether your pup wants to play, cuddle, get some attention, or simply have calm companionship. Please make sure each pet is listed on your Rover profile so I can provide accurate and consistent care. For your pet’s well-being, please book enough visits to match their normal routine and comfort needs. No matter the service, I guarantee your pup will get loadssss of love and cuddles. I mean… why else would I be doing Rover?! ❤️🐾 Currently a Stay at home mom so I have quite a bit of flexibility but may need to bring my baby. Please only submit a request if your pets are well trained and child friendly. Your dog’s safety and emotional comfort are my highest priorities. Here’s what you can always expect when your pet stays with me: Supervised interactions only — especially with kids or when new dogs arrive. Slow, gentle introductions so your dog builds trust at their own pace. No off-leash exposure unless in a fully fenced, secure area. Detailed updates with photos or videos. Structured feeding times exactly the way you request. A calm and predictable environment (dogs relax faster this way!). We have a gated kitchen which separates your pup from our front door. We also have apple tags that will be put on every dogs collar or harness once they arrive. We double check our perimeter after every pup and keep on eye on them while they are outside for potty and play breaks. Immediate communication about anything unusual, like changes in appetite, bowel movements or behavior. My experience raising puppies, seniors, and multi-dog groups means I’m comfortable reading subtle cues and adjusting care quickly. Your dog will always be treated with patience, affection, and respect.
“Francena is a loving, caring, and knowledgeable provider! She treats my senior Bichon like her own. She took prompt care of him when he was anxious (which he always is now that he is senior). She kept me posted and was very patient with his senior habits! She really knows dogs with all her experience in showing, breeding, grooming, and vet industries. I'm so happy to have found her!❤️”

“Priscilla was great, she was able to help watch my dog even on short notice! She watched my dog for about 9hrs, I received frequent check ins and pictures of my dog. Great communication!”

About: I’ve been caring for cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies for over 12 years. It started when I was young, helping family and friends with their pets, and naturally grew into fostering both puppies and adult dogs. Today, I live with a ragdoll cat, two mini schnauzer doggies, and regularly foster dogs. My 2 senior cats that I grew up with currently live with my mom. Every dog or puppy I foster and have in my home learns routines and tricks based on their needs. I’ve helped with leash training, crate and potty training, managing toy reactivity, and teaching commands like sit, shake, and touch. My pets get plenty of playtime, structure, and love and yours will too. I’m careful with pet introductions and always prioritize comfort and safety. I understand every animal is different and will listen closely to your concerns to provide personalized care. I also love sending regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, safe, and loved. I also have pet insurance. I work from home, and I am pretty flexible on ensuring the care needed for your pet. I have a lot of time to spoil your pets! I have a fully fenced yard, and monitor pets when they are outside. I introduce pets slowly with positive association and ensure each pet is comfortable. I also have a fence to separate pets indoors if needed. I typically have between 1-5 additional pups in my home. Many are repeat clients, so many of the pups I board/daycare for will see their same friends every now and then! We keep a small crew in our home to ensure each pup has the dedicated attention and care they need. When caring for friends/family's pets, I always ensure pets do not bolt out the door both when coming inside and leaving. When walking a pup, I always ensure their harness/collar is on correctly and have high reward treats/toys to ensure focus stays on me if there are distractions. I never overwhelm an animal and understand they take time to warm up, especially when it is my first time meeting them.

“Rose is very communicative and dependable! My 12 year old heeler warmed right up and she was attentive to his peculiar cattle dog ways. Will definitely have her back to help take care of him again :)”

“Emily has been walking my dog Django for only three days and he’s a different dog. Myself and two other professionals have tried with no success to get him to loose leash walk for three years. Emily pulled it off in 3 days!!! lol! I come home in the evening and he’s calmer and so much happier. Emily is kind, caring, and clearly enthusiastic about her work. So grateful to have found her!!”

“Minh/Mary is beyond awesome. She noticed that my idiot (lovingly) dog got into the trash and she picked it up. She also keeps me updated on my cat when they see each other. I’d never expect a dog walker to go above and beyond like this, but that’s what she does!”

“Lauren is a natural animal whisperer and very communicative! Yoshi is leash reactive and does not have the best recall, yet he came back to Lauren when called, and he has never done that in the six years he's been with me when he escapes (he is a Houdini baby). I appreciate Lauren sending 3-4 pictures per walk too. Highly recommend Lauren!”

About: Dog and cat lover with lots of energy & experience! 🐶 🐱 Hi! I currently live with two golden retrievers, so I’m used to lots of dog hair, big smiles, and even bigger energy. I love being outside, going on long walks, and I’m quick on my feet which is perfect for keeping up with playful pups! I’ve spent plenty of time caring for dogs and cats of family and friends, whether it’s walking, feeding, playing, or just hanging out and giving belly rubs. I’ll treat your dog and/or cat like one of my own and make sure they’re happy, safe, and well-loved while you’re away. Need to take a weekend trip without your pup? As a recent grad looking for my next adventure, I have a lot of flexibility with scheduling drop ins, walks, and house sittings. I know every pet is different, and I’m all about making sure they feel comfortable and cared for in their own home. I always treat your pet and your space with the same respect I’d want for my own. Making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved is my top priority!
“Zoe was an excellent petsitter and truly went above and beyond. She was very friendly, flexible and responsible. She made sure to communicate to me of any incidents or concerns, and made sure that my pups were doing well at all times. She provided me with daily updates such as when she arrived, how my pups were doing, and made sure to take many pictures. She was very kind and cleaned up any accidents, which she did not have to do, so I really appreciate that. She was always on time everyday as well. I also really appreciate that she wrote detailed reports of all of the dog walks, which allowed me to know furthermore how my pups were doing. Overall, Zoe was the sweetest person and did a perfect job. I would totally recommend her with anyone and I would love to book with her soon!”

About: Hi! I adore dogs and I’d love to take care of yours while you’re away. I’ve had dogs ever since I was little, so I’m very familiar with their care. I’m also experienced with nervous dogs. Dogs are more than just pets, they are family. I’m currently a part-time college student, so I have lots of free time. I’ve just recently moved to Washington after visiting family here for many years. I absolutely love it here. If you’re going out of town or just staying late at the office, I’d be happy to look after your furry friend while you’re gone. I can feed them, spend time with them, or take them on a walk.

“Shella does a wonderful job walking Kimi and Roxy on the days I work late. Knowing they've been out and are playing (the photos are great!) when I can't be home is a big relief. I highly recommend her!”
“I had the pleasure to meet Issana, she was so sweet, kind and patient to my energetic pupper. I will definitely keep her in mind and recommend anyone to book her services. Thank you Issana for doing such an amazing job! Look forward to seeing you soon ?”

About: I’ve been caring for pets my entire life, growing up with both dogs and cats who were truly part of the family. I’ve also pet sat for family, friends, and neighbors since high school and college, gaining experience with a wide range of personalities, routines, and needs. I’m currently an elementary school teacher, which means I’m organized, reliable, and very comfortable following detailed instructions and maintaining consistent routines. During the summer months, I also have a very flexible schedule and increased availability for daytime care. I specialize in dog walking and daily check-ins for both dogs and cats. Whether it’s walks, feeding, litter box care, or simply giving your pet attention and company, I make sure they feel safe, cared for, and comfortable while you’re away. As an elementary school teacher, I have a consistent schedule that allows me to provide reliable pet care before and after school, on evenings, weekends, holidays, and throughout the summer. During walks, I'll make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise, attention, and time to sniff and explore safely. Communication is important to me, and I'll provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

About: I'm the proud dog dad to a sweet but anxious senior lab mix. When we're out walking together, I am her guide and her protector, so she can let down her guard, get some exercise, and enjoy the great outdoors with me. That's how I have always been with my dogs, and that's how I'll be with any dog that walks with me. Well versed in high energy breeds, senior doggos, and canines with medical conditions. I love spoiling my dog and two cats. My lab mix gets three walks a day, a wet food breakfast, vitamins in the afternoon, allergy meds after dinner. And of course toy time as needed. My cats enjoy several meals a day, starting with wet food in the morning, greenies in the afternoon, and kibble throughout the day. One of my cats has to take medicine twice a day, which I administer. I will make sure your dog gets the exercise and outdoor enrichment they need with a safe and fun guardian. I know my job is done when I see that big grin on a dog's face.
“Megan was fantastic with my senior pup, Macklin! She was prompt, attentive, and took very good care of him on their walk. I will definitely be rebooking with her again!”

“10/10. Nate was awesome, this was my first time getting any service from rover, since I was wary leaving my dogs in the hands of other people but my dogs immediately loved Nate as soon as they saw him lol. He walked each of them for an hour each, even with their high energy & leash pulling selves lol. They came back from their walk happy & tired which is what I wanted. He took good care of my dogs on their walks and I’ll definitely be booking with him again in the future!”

“Our dog had the best time!! We received constant updates and are so happy to know he was so well taken care of!! Will definitely be leaving him with Mariana and her family again :)”

“I was gone over a week and Xiaotong sent me pictures everyday, couple times a day. She responds right away and was very caring about my dog. And her dogs are very calm and friendly. I will definitely use her service again.”

“Kelly was amazing! She watched my two dogs, one that was elderly and one that is just about 2.5 years old. She was very responsive and sent photos of my girlies while I was away. She was very kind and super easy to work with. I’ll definitely be booking with her again the next time I’m out of town!”

“Priscilla was amazing! Max had a great time with her and Millie. He gets so excited for play dates and to visit when hearing their names. Priscilla was communicative before and during our weekend stay which was great. She was also so supportive of all my questions and preferences to make sure me and Max were comfortable. We're looking forward to future overnights and daycare days!”

“Charlie has such a great time when he goes and visit his friends at Miss Heather‘s! He comes home from being properly spoiled and just sleeps. And I can tell he misses it there already. Already looking forward to the next visit!”

“Alyssa jumped in while Dane was out of town and made Lobster’s stay feel like a mini vacation. Lobster came along with his buddy Ren and they were straight into dog park adventures, backyard playtime, and running around with Lady (their adora-pup) like old friends. Between hanging out with Alyssa and her two daughters and all the fun outside, the dogs were clearly living their best lives. The steady stream of happy photos made it obvious they were having a blast and being so well cared for. We live 35 mins away from Dane and Alyssa, and the distance didn't bother us because we know our pup will be in good hands. We will book again and again!”

“Jennifer is a very warm person and I knew Rocco would be well cared for. She was boarding a couple other dogs simultaneously, which Rocco hadn't experienced before, but they got along well and became a sort of pack. When I picked him up, Rocco had clearly missed me, but when I took him home, he seemed a little restless - I think he missed Jennifer and his new pack!”

“Erin and her family were so wonderful!! They gave my mini aussie ample attention and love. He can be anxious when I’m gone, but with Erin, he had his own vacation while I had mine! I highly recommend 🫶🏻”
