Our dog is reactive towards other dogs, and a pit bull, so trying to find someone to watch her that doesn't feel uneasy can be a bit hard. We did a meet & greet, and I instantly knew she was the one to take care of our dog Weatherly. Kristin is very personable, within 5min of talking with her she felt like a long time friend. She has great communication, my hubby & I got picture updates. Her & weatherly hit it off from the beginning, and Kristin was super attentive to Weatherly's needs. “Alyssa jumped in while Dane was out of town and made Lobster’s stay feel like a mini vacation. Lobster came along with his buddy Ren and they were straight into dog park adventures, backyard playtime, and running around with Lady (their adora-pup) like old friends. Between hanging out with Alyssa and her two daughters and all the fun outside, the dogs were clearly living their best lives. The steady stream of happy photos made it obvious they were having a blast and being so well cared for. About: Animals have always been a part of my life growing up and I have cared for them since I was a kid. Our family has owned several dogs over the years and I understand how stressful it is to find a reliable sitter. About: Working as a vet assistant, groomer, trainer and sport and show handler I have built a unique set of skills that can provide your dog with an experience like no other! I am a stay at home mom with two kids in school. My day consists of staying at home so your pup will never be alone. I have a 6 foot fully fenced yard, plus a separate dog run area where I have cameras inside and out. Safety is my number one priority. Your dog will have eyes on them 24/7. Since safety is something I take very seriously these are some of the things I do to ensure your dog feels comfortable at all times. All dogs are fed separately, this includes chews and treats. Dogs are on leash if not in the fully fenced backyard. All dogs have their own drinking water to prevent any spread of illness. Food and water bowls are washed daily. The yard is chemical free, I do not use weed killer or insect sprays on the property. Pictures and updates daily to insure peace of mind while you’re away. Is your dog shy, submissive or reactive with other dogs. No problem, I have lots of areas in the house and yard where they don’t have to be apart of the group of other dogs. I have one cat who is an indoor outdoor kitty. She has grown up with multiple dogs in the house. She has been around many dogs who don’t like cats, you’ll normally see her up in the trees or on the roof. I do have two kids in the house who have grown up with dogs. Along with safety respect is also something I value. My children respect the dog’s space. If your dog doesn’t like children or is nervous around them that is no problem. I strive to make sure my children are coexisting and having little interaction with our dogs who are not child friendly. All interactions with your dog are supervised, there will not be any interactions out of sight with the children. We take dogs with all kinds of personality. While your dog is here their comfort and happiness is my priority. It’s very easy to keep your dog and the kids separated.

About: I've cared for elderly dogs and cats of my own for years. My wife is also a rover sitter but mainly does cats and small dogs. We have also fostered 4 dogs in the past few years. One of my dogs at home has epilepsy, so I am experienced with seizures and giving meds on a regular schedule. I'm also experienced walking reactive dogs. Have cared for turtles, frogs, fish, chickens, etc. I have a flexible schedule during the week. My mornings and afternoons are generally free, plus some weekends. About: Working as a vet assistant, groomer, trainer and sport and show handler I have built a unique set of skills that can provide your dog with an experience like no other! I am a stay at home mom with two kids in school. My day consists of staying at home so your pup will never be alone. I have a 6 foot fully fenced yard, plus a separate dog run area where I have cameras inside and out. Safety is my number one priority. Your dog will have eyes on them 24/7. Since safety is something I take very seriously these are some of the things I do to ensure your dog feels comfortable at all times. All dogs are fed separately, this includes chews and treats. Dogs are on leash if not in the fully fenced backyard. All dogs have their own drinking water to prevent any spread of illness. Food and water bowls are washed daily. The yard is chemical free, I do not use weed killer or insect sprays on the property. Pictures and updates daily to insure peace of mind while you’re away. Is your dog shy, submissive or reactive with other dogs. No problem, I have lots of areas in the house and yard where they don’t have to be apart of the group of other dogs. I have one cat who is an indoor outdoor kitty. She has grown up with multiple dogs in the house. She has been around many dogs who don’t like cats, you’ll normally see her up in the trees or on the roof. I do have two kids in the house who have grown up with dogs. Along with safety respect is also something I value. My children respect the dog’s space. If your dog doesn’t like children or is nervous around them that is no problem. I strive to make sure my children are coexisting and having little interaction with our dogs who are not child friendly. All interactions with your dog are supervised, there will not be any interactions out of sight with the children. We take dogs with all kinds of personality. While your dog is here their comfort and happiness is my priority. It’s very easy to keep your dog and the kids separated.
About: (Just to clarify that headline is from Frozen.) I'm a former dog owner and I loved my elderly dog till she passed. I've also pet sat for multiple families over the last five years. I'm familiar with high anxiety dogs, dogs with diet restrictions, I've house sat for multiple dogs and cats. I also recently helped feed and home a stray mama cat and her kittens over the summer. I approach with calm, confidence and joy. Its important to me that when I first meet an animal, the critter feels safe to approach me in their own time. Some animals can be anxious so I try not to be over stimulating. I'm a care provider to a cherished family member, so I have flexibility through out the week to care for animals when I'm not with that person. My dog of ten years that passed had a special diet for a sensitive stomache, I had to wash her bedding more often. Even though she was a small breed I still took her on walks. As she entered her golden years I frequently took care of accidents, put her in diapers, took her to the doctors for her stomach and her anxiety. Gave her medicine to ease her ailments. I do the same for the animals in my care, make sure they are loved and cared for the way their per parents outline for me. Down to walks, play time and special food requirements. Our fur buddies deserve care for the unconditional love they give us.
