“I had to leave my boy for an extended period of time and was a lot more at ease about it knowing he is in such good hands with Tiffany. I received regular updates and her communicate is very prompt. Duke always has a great time staying with her and the other dogs. She goes above and beyond to make your fur baby and the doggy parents feel comfortable.”

“Our Lab Tango had a great time staying with Bethany for a week while we were on vacation! This was our first time using Rover and are both very happy with the experience. She was very accommodating with our schedule since we missed our flight connection coming home. She sent us photos every day as an update and Tango came home very tired from all the exercise he got. We will definitely use her services again and are happy to have a place we can trust while we leave for vacations. ”

“Jerrie is the best!! She is loving and kind. She maintains communication with text messages and photos of the dog while in her care. Our dog, Hazel, loves to be with her and enjoys the atmosphere. We felt at peace while on vacation knowing Jerrie was caring for Hazel as if her own.”

“Barbara was amazing with my dog and super flexible with my boarding dates and pickup and dropoff times- even when I changed things last minute. I greatly appreciated her updates with cute pictures of my furbaby. I felt very comfortable with her and the care she provided. I will definitely be rebooking when the need arises!”

“Annmarie did a fantastic job taking care of our 3 month old fur baby!. Her communication while watching our fur baby was great and we appreciated receiving pictures of her playing and getting all the cuddles. We will absolutly book Annmarie for any future dog sitter needs and highly recomend her!!.”

About: I am new to Rover, but have worked in the Animal Health Industry as a Veterinarian Technician (animal nurse) and outside sales/customer service for the past 30+ years. I am semi-retired with animal care being my only job/business. I have experience with most animals from reptiles to cattle and currently have a little 5 acre hobby farm with a horse, goats, chickens, dog and cat. I am very flexible with days you need pet care. My days are filled with animal care of my own/yours, walking/hiking, gardening and home/property projects. Your pets will be treated with great care while spending time with me. I have a gated 5 acre hobby farm with 1/2 acre fully fenced area around my home. My farm animals are fenced in separately for safety. I also have 3 acres of wooded trails/not fenced for leash walking. I am able to provide care and exercise depending on your pets needs. I will only accept dogs that are not aggressive towards people or other dogs for a positive/fun experience. I have giant wire crates/bedding for night sleeping/feeding and can take up to 3 dogs. I would prefer same family, but may be some overlap with scheduling. Otherwise they will be spending time with me in my home and on my property. There are two large porches for either sunning or shade. I also have air conditioning. Please be up to date on vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming and monthly flea control. I live in a quiet/peaceful valley. Please no excessive barkers and bring their food, treats and special toys. If you have an older/well trained dog that would be happy sleeping in a dog bed at night, I can be accommodating. Especially, if I have no other dogs boarding here. Must have been crate trained at some point in there life. Waking up in the am to an intact couch is nice! 😊
“Another wonderful stay with Cale. Cale thought ahead to ask how Scout would do with fireworks since it was the Fourth of July weekend. I am very appreciative of the loving care that Scout receives when she stays with him.”

“Highly recommend. They have a beautiful home with a nice, spacious backyard. Marianne and Josh are kind and have a lot of experience with dogs. With two sweet dogs of their own, my dog had built in companions while I was away. They are warm, welcoming, and sent lots of cute/funny pics & updates. Your dogs will be loved open arms. So grateful my dog could spend the holiday with such a thoughtful, warm, and fun family! Thank you so much for loving Chai!”
“Desiree was the best doggie sitter I have met She informed me daily with texts and photos of my dog Tuckers stay with her and all of the daily activities he was participating in She took really good care of him and I’ll be calling her to book again soon Thanks Desiree”

“David was great with my emotionally needy pup and clearly understood dog dynamics. Seeing Delta and another dog snuggle up together was not something I had expected to see pictures of, but she seemed to do well when left with a stranger for a week.”

“My elderly Husky Luna had such a great time she didn’t want to come home! Jesse and Jasmine took such amazing care of her! We had a last minute change in our mini vacation and they kindly adjusted their schedule to accommodate us! Just wow. So grateful! Thank You”

“Jennifer is an amazing person who is understanding and communication is very good. She is always keeping me updated about my dog. She shows how passionate she is on what she does and I know for sure my dog is happy when she is in her home. I totally will continue to take my furry best friend to her as long as she allows it when out of town :)”

“Sarah was a Rockstar with my puppy Beau. She went above and beyond to try different training techniques to prevent him from pulling and getting distracted during walks. She sent me detailed instructions on things that worked and didn't. I would highly recommend her fur baby care to anyone.”

“Our pup had a great time at Kevin's house! He has a big fenced area where the dogs can run around and has trails around his property. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog there, as they are part of the family and can even sleep in his bed. We got lots of pictures and updates. Our dog loves chasing the ball, and they did lots of that! I would 100% recommend Kevin and am happy to have found a place for Argus when we are on vacation! Thanks Kevin and partner!!”

“Our two pups just completed their first stay with Deidre and we couldn’t be happier on the care they received and the communication she had with us. We hope that she will have the availability to care from them in the near future but anticipate that she will grow in popularity due to her 1st class service!”

“I’m new to the area and didn’t realize when booking just how far away they lived from us lol We will 100% be booking again though, even with the nearly hour drive It’s tough leaving your dog while you’re out of town but they made it so much easier, sending videos and photos of her having a great time. It was clear she was genuinely being cared for, not just somewhere with someone doing the minimum. Can’t recommend them enough”

“Keep was excellent. From the first meeting and thru daily updates we had total confidence that Chili was happy, had plenty of exercise and being really well looked after. Thanks!”

“Erica was amazing and came through for a very minute request for a weeklong stay for my dog Luna. She was incredibly caring and responsive and Luna had an amazing time! Would use again in a heartbeat.”

“I’m happy I found a good caretaker for my two dogs. Tonya took wonderful care of my babies while my partner and I were away for a weekend! She even sent updates and pictures.”

“Connie saved our vacation with last minute boarding! She made it seem so easy to spend the weekend with our two energetic dogs and when we picked them up, they were happy and tired. The whole ride home they were calm and smiley, like they’d just had their own great vacation. She updated us with messages and cute pictures and communicated everything well. I’d definitely want to bring the dogs back!”

“Excellent. She acted like a true professional when coming to my place, my cat actually let her pet her (which doesn't happen...). The manager of my RV park stated that she will recommend Inga to everyone that asks about pet resources in our area.”

I understand that every cat has their own unique personality, and I always respect what they need, whether that's snuggles and playtime or simply a calm, kind presence.

“Madisyn was very detailed oriented and responded properly to any communications from me. She did a perfect job of taking care of my two cats, including managing my asthmatic cat’s medication. I won’thesitate to use her again.”

I’ve been doing kennel boarding/daycare for some time now, but am looking to specialize in giving individualized love, care, and attention to each of my fuzzy friends! I am working towards an animal CPR & FA certification, as well as taking courses to become a certified dog trainer. All my kiddos are friendly and loving towards every new friend they meet! Your baby will be accepted as one of family in a well structured environment. Depending on every pups personal preference, I do slow distanced introductions and eventually close the gap till everyone is comfortable. Once introduced as friends, we can do all activities as a group!

When I house sit for you I am able to do whatever it is your dog is used to, whether it's playing with toys, going on walks or running in the yard, I'll be sure to give your pet what they need at all times.
“This was my first time using Rover but Vanessa and Eulalia made it easy. Even though neither of my shy cats showed themselves, they seemed noticeably less anxious when I got home compared to other times I've traveled and had a friend watch them. I will be a repeat customer!”

“Carter was a great house and cat sitter. He left our house just as clean if not cleaner than when we left. He stripped the bedding and bathroom and kitchen towels, washed them and left them folded. We got great kitty updates each day with pictures. Just an overall friendly guy and took great care of our kitties. We look forward to booking Carter again!”

“Bethany is awesome! Very sweet and worked with my changing schedule which I appreciated so much. Chewy and Avery were very well cared for and had such a blast , they came home exhausted. Highly recommend Bethany and will definitely use her again :)”

“I have a super anxious chihuahua who never trusts strangers and barks at everyone he meets for the first time. But he did so amazingly well with Bree! We are totally impressed and elated to have had such an awesome experience. She put us at ease before we even dropped our two pups off, assuring us of her experience and love for chihuahuas. We also appreciated the photos and communication throughout the day. We will definitely hire her again!”

About: -->PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK<-- *I have 2 indoor cats (extremely friendly with dogs/cats) and they love to play with the pups. Make sure your pet is friendly with them too ^^ *If this is your first time with me please let's set up a Meet and Greet so you can meet me and my pets and make sure we are a good fit for your pup!! (I don't take new pets without a previous meet and greet, unless is an emergency case) My priority is to keep your pet safe, comfortable and fully entertained while you are away. Walks around the lake in our neighorhood surrounded by nature are a must do in our daily check list (sometimes we even take them to the mall to socialize and get free treats lol) As a pet sitter I'm offering house & pet walking/sitting opportunities to families (I'm willing to travel farther and pick up them by myself)! I have aided many friends & family members in keeping their pets safe to keep their stay-away stress free! I have years experience with dogs and cats. Feel free to DM for more details or if you need a better deal for long-term boarding 😊 I'm currently at home 24/7. My pets and I are used to wake up at 5:30 sm in the morning for the first "Potty Time" Breakfast between 7-8 am. Walks after midday, naps when/if they are tired. Dinner at 5 pm Generally I take my pets out for potty 3 times a day or when they ask me for. Every dog has their own personality so feel completely free to tell me their routines ❣️❣️(feeding time, potty hours, allowed or not on bed/couch etc) Max and Cleo are Great Pyrenees, 2 extremely gentle giants that love to play and take care of any kind of animals (they are very calm but they love to bark at the begging, they get tired easily after some minutes of play time). In the other hand, Kai is a medium size old doggy, he gets very excited with new pets but a few minutes later he just ignore them and likes to go back to take long naps on the couch. I have 2 friendly indoor cats, they mostly spend the day sleeping inside the bedroom or playing with the dogs from time to time.
“Caitlin has been amazing with Nai’a! Though Nai’a is an anxious pup, she liked Caitlin instantly when we met the first time. Since then Nai’a has stayed over at Caitlin’s a few times and once Caitlin watched her at our house. One of the biggest challenges with Nai’a is that she runs away from her sitters. But, with Caitlin it’s finally been working out well and I feel so relieved to have found a regular sitter! Caitlin sends photos regularly and Nai’a seems to have fun at her house with her pups. Also, she is really sweet and flexible. Thanks so much for everything Caitlin!”

“Sarah did an amazing job with Appa! I had to take an exam for the majority of the day and was nervous on keeping him home. After meeting her and her pups for a meet-n-greet all my worries we’re gone. She updated me often with photos during the day care and small updates on how he was getting along with the other pups. I’ll definitely use Sarah again in the future! :)”

“First day at doggy daycare! My dog is young and untrained for the most part, so she’s a bit of a handful. Sitter worked out well, would recommend and will communicate to possible schedule future appts.”

“I had so much anxiety leaving my pup but as soon as I met Desiree I knew she would be in good hands. I know she was cuddled and loved on so we enjoyed our trip. Will for sure book again ❤️”

“Deidre was amazing with our two whippets, Oliver and Finley! She has a spacious, fully fenced backyard where the boys had a blast running and playing. Her two pups were super friendly and got along great with ours. Deidre was incredibly easy to communicate with—flexible, responsive, and made the whole experience stress-free. We’d absolutely book with her again!”

About: Animal lover here! I take very good care of dogs of all kinds as demonstrated by my volunteer and pet sitting experience. I have volunteered at shelters with scared dogs large and small, fostered and trained shelter puppies, was a babysitter for puppy raisers with Guide Dogs for the Blind and served client families as a professional pet sitter. My role for others' fur babies is to provide care so that they have their needs met in their parents' absence. I am a great surrogate parent! I like to keep dog routines continued to minimize stress on pets and their people. For parents that don't have the time or for dogs that can use additional exercise, I can take dogs out for walks. I have also been a cat mom of 4 at once and love cats too! I have my dog, Brodie, and my routine revolves around him. I make sure he gets the memtal and physical stimulation and exercise he needs to be healthy and happy. I want to help my clients and pets with this as well for their families. I have a fenced yard and very dog-friendly set up at home. At client's homes, I respect the space and help pets feel secure in their routines with attention and care.
“Barb welcomed our Abby into her home on her meet and greet and it wasn’t long until she fit right in. She stayed for the day and seemed to have a great time. Abby takes a while to warm up to strangers but didn’t seem to have a problem with Barb or her husband. We will definitely use her service again.”

“Bobbie is compassionate, caring, attentive and kind - a true dog lover. My pup Scooter loves spending time w her and she spoils him w trips to the dog park, etc. Highly recommend!!”

This summer I'm home in Olympia taking a college course, so my days are flexible and my focus is simple — hitting the books and spoiling some fur babies! “Our girls loved their time with Jennifer! We loved receiving so many pictures of them enjoying the day and getting to see them play in the huge backyard. We will be back!”

About: Grew up with a dog. As an adult I've had dogs since 1997, but I'm without a dog for the first time, so I thought dog sitting would fill the hole in my dog loving soul. Also, my son is without a dog for the first time in his life and missing having one even more than me. I work from home and don't travel much, so pretty flexible. I live right in a dog friendly building right next to a dog friendly park. We believe that dogs need cuddles and are part of the family. None of our furniture is so precious that we wouldn't want a dog on it.

Depending on every pups personal preference, I do slow distanced introductions and eventually close the gap till everyone is comfortable. Once introduced as friends, we can do all activities as a group!

About: My name is Kaitlyn, and I'm a dog trainer in the Grays Harbor area. I have been successfully working with owners to rehabilitate fearful and/or reactive dogs for almost a decade now. I have also been a competitive dog agility instructor for 7 years. My own dog is Oakley, a Miniature American Shepherd, and he helps me with fearful or reactive dog clients by being a neutral dog with great communication skills. Before becoming a dog trainer full time, I worked at a dog daycare in Mukilteo for 3 years. It was a great experience and gave me a lot of knowledge about dog behavior and handling large groups of dogs. I compete in seven different dog sports with my own dogs, but we love agility and flyball most. I am available whenever I'm not already teaching classes or at a competition. Scheduling is open as we just moved to the new area from Seattle. I am experienced with dogs who are difficult or nervous around strangers. I use scientifically backed, LIMA guided dog training to guide dogs through their feelings as gently as I am capable while accomplishing learning. In any case, I like to engage with dogs in a way that's most comfortable for them. Each dog is different! I am not comfortable taking unfamiliar dogs off leash outside of the home or yard for safety reasons, but I am happy to work on this skill with them if requested!
“Madisyn has been doing a great job walking our big rambunctious collie. She is reliable amd communicative and may have some special magic, as our cat who is normally aloof with nonfamily took to her right away and followed her to get more pets.”

“Veronica has been amazing!! She was available very last minute (the day before) when I needed someone to walk my newly adopted dog. She’s been an amazing communicator, willing to do the little things like wipe my dogs paws after a walk or use the same command words that I use for my dogs. The photos of her walks are an extra touch that warms my heart. Would definitely recommend Veronica for your animal needs.”

About: I have experience with dogs from the puppy stage to senior stage. I have had big and little dogs. In my personal opinion I believe our animals deserve to have a good life too. I am currently an online college student so I am available most days. I try not to work as much on weekends but I am willing to if you need be. I walk dogs and play with them. I am not a certified dog trainer but I have had my fair share of teaching my childhood dogs tricks. I would care for your animals as much as they need.
About: Pets are family! Taking care of them is one of the most rewarding experiences and provides unconditional love. I have been around numerous animals my entire life, and currently have 3 dogs! Daisy, Luka and Honey! I love being outside, walking, hiking and playing fetch on our 2.5 acre property. I always have time for pets! I work Monday-Friday but am available after 3pm or on weekends. I also offer boarding and there is always someone home for our fur babies! I have a fenced 2.5 acre property and 3 friendly, loving and playful dogs to keep your baby company! If you prefer, I can always place your dog in a large kennel or keep them separated from others. I am flexible and can meet most needs!
About: Pets are not just an accessory to show off or toss to the side at the end of the day. They are an everyday cast member to our lives and a part of our families! My love for animals has stemmed from a lifetime of being around animals growing up in a farm town and I will ensure your furry family members feel loved, safe and cared for while you’re away! I currently work part time so my schedule is very flexible! I would be able to adjust my part time work as needed to better fit your schedule if need be! I have a fenced backyard for your puppers/doggos to run around and play in as well as a decent sized covered porch area for us to hang out and cool off under from playtime! If you crate trained your animals I do not have any crates at my home so if you would like them to remain in crates during an overnight stay I would ask that you bring a crate please and thank you! In clients home I will care for your furry ones to ensure they don’t feel as if they are unsafe in their own home!

Duke always has a great time staying with her and the other dogs. She goes above and beyond to make your fur baby and the doggy parents feel comfortable.”

“Erica was amazing and came through for a very minute request for a weeklong stay for my dog Luna. She was incredibly caring and responsive and Luna had an amazing time! Would use again in a heartbeat.”

“People say they love animals, but not everyone truly does! I believe Kimberly truly loves animals. I feel she treated my puppies like they were hers. I am fairly new to leaving my girls with a sitter, Kimberly put my mind at ease. She sent a lot of updates and pictures, which I really appreciated. I will have Kimberly watch Thelma and Louise anytime I need a sitter again.”

“Bobbie has a genuine love and passion for dogs and it shows. She’s awesome and highly recommend! My mini schnauzer instantly fell in love with her as she made him feel at home while keeping him active with walks and visits to the dog park. He’s tuckered out after so much play and will definitely book with her again! Thank you!”

“Katey was wonderful! She took great care of my cat, so much so that I'm not sure Starfall wanted to come home. :) She updated me with photos and videos, and was very attentive to Starfall's needs. She's very friendly and easy to work with. I plan on having Starfall stay with her in the future!”

“Olivia and Tyler were always super responsive and gave my dog lots of love and snuggles! I was lucky to be able to find them at the last minute and will definitely be using them again next time I’m in Oly!”

“Kat took care of both my dogs and as always was fantastic and kept me updated with videos. She also accommodated an extension to my stay when my truck broke down. Thanks!”
