About: My goal is to provide an environment where I would feel good about dropping my pup off at (they are our children after all!). My condo is small but there is no shortage of fuzzy blankets, pets, and walks! Besides my dog, I never host more than one dog in my home at a time. I adopted my dog from the shelter over 10 years ago and makes sure he had plenty of cozy places to sleep, snacks, and walks! I current work from home, so I’m generally around most of the day besides going for a run. About: We have raised many dogs and treat them as family. We have worked with puppies and senior dogs and everything in between. We are familiar with providing meds as needed as well. I work full time in Construction Management but I am currently working from home a few days a week and open weekends for ample time to spend with your pups. We also host a Sniffspot private dog park for rent out on our property that we can take walks on in between bookings and live right down from Little Mountain Park for hiking or walking along the trails. We also live conveniently located 3 miles from I-5 for quick drop off and pickup off the freeway. I am available on all days of the week for boarding depending on the dog and owner with a meet and greet as I will be at the office Monday - Wednesday from 0730-400 and the dog would be with my at my office which sits on multiple acres with walks every 2 hours. I am comfortable around animals and can stand my ground with them. I enjoy large breeds and, having two 150Lbs + dogs before I know how hard it is to find someone to take care of them! I am available for short and long term stays in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Dogs, cats, horses, turtles and fish - all welcomed and loved! I work as a school bus driver, so I leave the house early in the morning for few hours, then have 2-4 hrs off and then drive the kids home in the afternoon, usually 2-6 pm. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old and I have had two cats since 2008. Friends have also often asked me to take care of their pets when they are out of town. I am currently working part-time while also working on my PhD dissertation, so I am able to to accommodate a number of possible schedules and visits.
