About: I've had two different senior lab mixes in my life the past 15 years. I miss having my own dog, but my weekend schedule doesn't allow it. If your dog would benefit from companionship during the workday, I'm here for you and your dog! I work from home. My own dogs used to hang out with me in my home office. I would love a furry office companion again. I do have a fully fenced backyard and would be happy to discuss independent yard time if that is of interest to you. Otherwise, I would prefer your dog hang out inside with me except on walks. Walks would be a minimum of one short morning walk, one long lunchtime walk, and one short afternoon walk. On Wednesdays, there may be (optional) playtime with my two seven year old kiddos.

About: A lifelong owner of hunting breed dogs, I have a wealth of knowledge in how to give a dog their best adventure life. I currently own two friendly dogs, 13 year old GSP Quinn and 5 year old English Setter-Pointer Sherman, who would love to share their fenced half acre yard. About: Hi! We are Belle and David and we have been watching dogs on Rover for a couple of years now. We took a little break while caring for our own puppy and are happy that he is old enough to allow us to get back to our love of caring for your pets. We only watch one dog at a time so that we can provide each pet with their own special love and care. Belle is a teacher and David works from home so there is always one of us home, especially in the summer months. Our dog Mogul loves other dogs but can still be respectful if the other dog needs a break from playing. When house sitting I am very considerate of your pets needs and your home. I leave spaces cleaner than I found them and make sure your fur baby is comfortable and happy as can be! About: I have experience with my current dog after going through several months of behavioral training as a puppy. I also have experience with senior dogs and cats growing up at my parents home. I also know how to administer medicine both orally and through ear medicine for cats. During the week, early mornings, late afternoons and evenings are best. On the weekends, late afternoons and evenings are best. With enough time, I can accommodate noon appointments. Feeding, outside time, cleaning litter box, and playing/exercise time will all be standard, but it depends on the needs of the cat. I can also administer medicine as well. I live on an acre and a half wooded property in Northgate, a few minutes south of the station. The home is pet proof and heated, with plenty of room for your dog to make themselves comfortable. The fenced yard and surrounding very low traffic neighborhood make for good exercise and stimulation in the quiet woods and green belt featuring hiking trails and a large fenced dog park. At owners request, surrounding trails of varying difficulty in the area offer a great day time excursion to get rid of some of that pent up energy. As an avid hiker, mountain biker, and overland backpacker, I'm always eager to have the opportunity to get your companions out into nature for those with higher energy furry friends.
About: I'm 36 years old, I love animals and recently got out of the Navy. My family has four dogs back home, kimchi (pitbull lab mix), Indy (German shepherd mix) Louis and Rene (daschunds), and three cats that we rescued (Jiji, Cleo and Smokey). I’ve spent some time volunteering at local animal shelters at different places I was stationed with the military. I will be working Monday-Friday 9:30 pm-6:30 am. I realize this is an odd schedule when caring for your pets, but if it works for you and them, it works for me. Due to working night shift Monday-Friday, during the week I would be able to come back to your pet in the morning and feed them breakfast/either go for a walk or hang out a bit. Afterwards I would sleep from roughly 8:30 am-12:30pm. When I wake up at 12:30 I can offer your pet a midday walk/potty break/or just some one on one time. Around 3 pm, I may take a 2-3hr nap, but otherwise I will be free from 12:30 pm until I need to leave for my shift at 9:30 pm. If you have questions/concerns with this schedule I’m more than happy to answer them. When I am off on the weekend I switch back to a normal daytime schedule will be able to spend the day with your pet. When watching your pet, I’m there for your pet. If they want to hang out and do nothing, we’ll do that. If they want to go for walks, hikes or adventures, we’ll do that. I can accommodate myself to fit your pet’s needs.
About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too. If doing check ins I can clean up any accidents and make sure they are fed and have water(depending on feeding schedules) and I always have local parks and routes pre planned for a good walk

About: I grew up with four dogs and two cats, I even have miniature donkeys! So I am no stranger to taking care of animals. I have helped out a lot around my own house and for others through Rover for a couple years now. I am a student at Cal Poly Slo and while i am home for the summer I would love to work around my part time work schedule to accommodate you and your pets needs!! About: I took a few years off but I’m back! All my info remains the same, and is stronger from more years of being a diligent aunt. I’ve taken care of kitties since elementary and dogs since I was 12. From leash training my own pupper to running while I roller blade, to talking back to the cat, I know how to play and listen to your animals every need! :) My availability is very flexible! I work from home and love any excuse to get out of the house. While it’s subject to change, I value your time and time with animals and intend to give adequate notice of those changes. I’m looking for on-going schedules or one time appointments. Whatever you need I will work to accommodate! The day before my booking was supposed to start, one of my girls got attacked by another dog and needed stitches on her ear and routine medication. My three fur babies are always around to help keep your dog active, social, and engaged throughout the day. Daily activity is a priority here—we’ll enjoy plenty of playtime in the yard along with one or two walks, depending on your dog’s needs and energy level. To help keep your pup comfortable and on their normal routine, I kindly ask that you: Pre-portion your dog’s food for their stay Include their usual feeding schedule Provide enough food for the entire visit Give clear, detailed instructions for any medications, if needed This helps me provide consistent, attentive care and ensures your dog feels right at home 🐶❤️ Also at drop off time I ask that you call or send me a message letting me know when you are 20 minutes away. When you arrive I will meet you and your fur baby on the front porch and I will take over care from there after you say good bye.
