About: I have been around animals my entire life. I have been on Rover for some time but recently moved to Moses Lake. We have loved and cared for many animals prior to our move. I currently have dogs of my own and horses. Our home is a fun city farm, lots of love and room to play. I love animals and that's why I am on Rover. I love to care for, walk, play and spend time with animals. My home and heart is here to ensure love and safety for your pet while your away. We are available to follow your level of care and routines you've established for your pet. Whether that is crate trained or bed lovers. We allow them.
About: I’ve been pet sitting for families and friends for many years. I enjoy making it possible for people to get away and be at ease with the care their beloved pet is receiving. “I had never left our pup Jacco with a sitter we didn't know and a house he didn't know. Alana made the experience very easy. She communicated exceptionally and made me feel at ease leaving Jacco there. He stayed from 8 am to 4 pm while we attended a horse auction (that would have been impossible with a pup in tow in 100 degree heat). He was content with Alana and happy as can be when we picked him up. This was my first experience with Rover and it reminded me of my first experience with AirBnb way back in 2011! About: I've been around animals my whole life. I have experience with bottle feeding, and helping during labor. I've had experience with oral and eye meds. I've had experience with sick cats. I used to be a caregiver until I got hurt at work. Now, I am currently in the process of getting disability so my schedule is very open. I have a fenced yard and two dogs that your pup can play with. I also have access to a crate to allow your fur baby to have a safe space for themselves!
About: I've had dogs for as long as I remember growing up. My favorites were a Great Dane and a Golden Retriever. I also have taken care of a litter of puppies from a stray so I know how to take care of little ones. I also had a cockatiel for a few years that I loved till we moved somewhere that didn't allow pets. So I can take care of and love birds as well! I'm a stay at home Mom right now, so plenty of time to spend loving on your pet! I'm used to feeding dogs morning and night. We live in the middle of nowhere! So dogs will have so much space to run and play on walks with minimal risk of cars or other dogs besides my own. They will love the fields to walk by.

About: Our pets are trying to tell us something, you just need to learn how to listen. In the past I have had people just give me animals to take care of because they know they will be in good hands. I'm currently enrolled in school so 3 days a week from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm I am in class Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, other than that I am open week days and weekends. My biggest fear is that my dogs will go out into the road and get hit by one of the big farm trucks that speed past my house. The dogs must have a secure fence or place in the house to be at all times. The cats were kept in the house as kittens so they were conditioned to stay close. When taking care of a clients animals I would definitely make sure they are out of harms way and exactly where they are supposed to be at all times. When out for walks the dogs would stay on the leash at all times. Clean water and food per the clients specifications would be followed at all times. It is also important to recognize when an animal isn't feeling good or has a medical issue. I have been around animals long enough to be able to tell when something isn't right.
“Heather has been so wonderful and flexible. I'm in Moses Lake for one month for a medical rotation and needed someone to stop by during my 12+ hour shifts. My dog, Stevie, can be cautious of strangers at first but Heather was willing to keep trying, going beyond what I had expected and Stevie has since warmed up to her. I'm so grateful we found her and have so much more peace of mind leaving for a long shift knowing that Heather will be stopping by to check in on her.”
About: I have 2 dogs of my own that I raised from puppies. I know how to train basic commands and love to play with high energy dogs! Pet care is my only job at the moment. I can make pretty much any day or time work. I am very flexible so long as I am given notice. I am willing to watch your pets in your home and take them for walks. If you need me to brush and feed your dog, I can do that too. I am also comfortable giving dogs pills as prescribed.

I have experience with senior animals, And any accommodations that are needed for them (medicine, help getting on bed / couch, help getting outside on time, etc.) I have experience with reactive dogs, Particularly dog reactive dogs, Or animal reactive dogs. I am good with keeping dog reactive, dogs, calm, and distracted while passing another dog on walks Or avoiding the Situation entirely. I am currently unemployed, So I have all the time in the world to give every pet attention! More Walk and playtime for Your pets! I care for pets in my home just as I would a human. In my opinion, pets are family not just animals. I make sure that all of the pets requirements are met, And on top of that, I add extra things, (spoil them if you will :)) My dogs wear Puppy clothes if that says anything about me.
