“This was Mavi’s 4th stay and he stayed for 10 days. Even though it is a long drive for me I take Mavi to Gary and Carol as they provide a stable place for Mavi.”

“Our puppy Gambit could not have had better hosts while we were on vacation for a week over Fourth of July. Gambit was treated to hikes and backyard romps with his dog buddy, Gunner, brushing, bathing, and extra love and attention to sooth his fireworks distress. As a dog owners on vacation, Peter and Missy took care of us by providing wonderful photos, daily updates, and prompt answers to all our questions. Overall, it worked out perfectly. We are lucky to have found Peter, Missy, and Gunner. We are planning our next vacation now, just so Gambit can come back and visit!”
“Nadine took great care of our dog, Rosco while we were away for a long weekend with family. He got to play outdoors a lot more than he does at home, and with other dogs, too. It was his first time boarding anywhere and he was a little nervous but Nadine is a dog whisperer and gave him what he needed to settle in. She also introduced him to her cat; a creature he had little knowledge of, but had admired from afar. Rosco wanted to chase her a little bit but Nadine was able to talk him out of it. She took lots of pictures for us. Good ones! Rosco is usually either asleep or in motion, so he’s not the best photographic model. We’re homebodies, but if we go somewhere again, Rosco will stay with Nadine.”

“Lucky had a wonderful time with Araceli. She took great care of him and was extremely flexible with the dates. Lucky enjoyed the huge backyard especially because he is high energy and loved that he had Archie to play with. Great communicator and I highly recommend.”

“Such a great loving family. They took the absolute best care of our puppy Bodhi. We got lots of pictures and videos every day, they definitely treated him like their own pet. Bodhi didn’t want to leave, he had so much fun playing with their pup. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!”

“Angela is an angel and life saver! My friend had an emergency so I needed a last minute dog sitter for a 4 day weekend and luckily found Angela. From well the photos she sent me I found the my dog was being treated like a king. Great communication and kinda worried Pabu is gonna love her and her family more then me after all the pics and adventures they had 😂 will def use again”

“Leah & Chris were absolutely amazing, i was in communication with them the whole time and felt at peace leaving my dogs with them. Thank you guys so much 🐾🐾”

“I needed a dog sitter at the last minute, and Toyatunya came through for me. She was super responsive to questions, sent pics every day, and took the best care of my babies. I will definitely book with her again.”

“Danielle was very professional and showed a passion for taking care of pets. She did a great job taking care of Agnes, my 11 year old Blue Heeler rescue. She sent updates with pictures to remind me how cute and happy Agnes was on a daily basis. I travel a lot, so it’s great to have a good dog sitter in Austin I can trust with my pup.”
“Emily and her dog, Bowie, were the perfect hosts for our dog, Maxie. Emily was communicative, sent lots of pictures, and followed all care instructions. We could tell Maxie had a great time!”

“Henry loved his weekend at Steve’s! Steve was accommodating and quick to respond. Steve shared updates and pictures during the stay. Henry had a blast with Steve’s dogs, he slept for the majority of the day after I picked him up so I know he thoroughly enjoyed himself! Will book with Steve again in the future. Thanks so much, Steve!”

“My dog had a wonderful weekend staying with Christopher. He really went out of his way to keep her active and entertained. I recommend him highly, and so does my dog!”

“Our dog Charlie recently stayed 5 nights with SandyPDX and we were very pleased. He seemed to have virtually no separation anxiety, ate well the entire time (first time ever when we leave him), and was given a great deal of attention and affection. SandyPDX assures your dog is in good hands and its needs will be met. Super pleased! ”

“I couldn’t be happier with Kimo’s service. I was nervous at first to leave my dog, Moon for 4 weeks but Kimo was wonderful at addressing any issues that Moon has had. He always tries to find the best way to make Moon feel right at home and update me with lots of photos and videos of Moon when i’m away. Couldn’t recommend him enough!”

“Beyond kind to both me and my kitty! Always on time, very attentive, and sent great updates and photos! Took the time to interact and play with my cat and always responded quick! Highly recommend!”

About: Hey, I’m Angel! I’ve always been a huge animal lover and grew up around cats, so I’ve always had a soft spot for them. I’d love to be someone you can count on to give your kitty some love and attention while you’re away. When I was younger, I was a Girl Scout, and for my Silver Award I worked with a local shelter that helped trap, spay/neuter, and release feral cats to help with cat overpopulation. That experience really showed me how much I care about animals and their well being. Whether your cat is super social and wants all the attention or prefers to do their own thing, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at. I’ll make sure they have everything they need, get plenty of love (if they want it!), and that you get updates while you’re away. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I’ll treat your kitty like they’re my own!
“This was our first time using Rover and meeting Brie. She came over the day before and we did a meet & greet and she was wonderful with our 4 kitties. We have one that's super shy and she even came out to meet Brie. I felt completely comfortable leaving them for the day and Brie doing a drop-in visit to feed them. She provided pictures and great communication. Will definitely use her services again.”

“Jamie is always my top choice for watching my cat. She is a great communicator, sends lots of photos, always leaves my place clean and most importantly, I come home to a happy kitty. No cold shoulders or cattitude. I know I left her in good hands. Thanks, Jamie!”

“Malissa was great! I felt very comfortable leaving Jack in her care while out of town. She sent a daily message and pictures. I will definitely book her again if I need someone to stay with Jack again while I’m out of town.”

“I appreciated Diane’s flexibility. The power went out while I was out of town & she reassured me that my cat would still be taken care of. She was also willing to stay a little longer as my travel plans changed.”

“Aaron was extremely kind and careful with my needy cats! He maintained their complicated food and meds schedule and frequently sent me pictures and updates. I felt completely sure that they were well taken care of. I highly recommend Aaron.”

“Christina is everything you could hope for in a pet sitter and then some! My partner and I were gone for two weeks, and during that time Christina sent many updates and pictures of our cat Luna. She went above and beyond by sweeping up litter dust, watering our plants, taking out trash, and even threw away some old bouquets of flowers we had forgotten to take care of. When we got home, Luna was happy to see us, and it was clear she had been properly loved while we were gone. Christina is the BEST, and we will definitely bring her back to watch Lu the next time we’re on vacation. 10 out of 5 stars!”

“Hello, Thanks again for taking care of our four-legged family! They were not only alive, but seemed way less stressed than on previous trips to the vet for overnight stays. If you're available, we will certainly look to book you again. Aside- The door was locked, but we didn't see the top lock key on the keychain. Please let us know if you left it separately or need to drop it off. Thanks and take care!”

“Sierra was responsive, friendly and arrived on time for each of 3 walks we booked. She took good care of our senior dog, sent pictures and was in good communication. Much appreciated!”

About: We've had pets in my home since I was a baby, so I'm very familiar with caring for different types of dogs and cats, from super energetic to one's that love and need their own space. I've done dog walking and sitting, as well as cat sitting. I'm currently a student athlete at UAFS, so I have less availability during the week than I do on the weekends, which are completely free. If there is a day on the weekend that isn't I will let you know in advance. If your pet does need more care during the week, we can absolutely work something out that's the best for them and my classes. I'm a super flexible as a person, so whether your pet needs ample play time and attention, or just needs a calming presence with them while you're away or at work, I can accommodate both. If you'd rather me be there for just a check in walk/feeding and then leave, that's also completely fine.

“Danika checked on my cat for 7 days while I was on vacation. She communicated well and sent pictures and videos that put my mind at ease. My cat was relaxed and happy when we returned like we never left. I would have Danika watch my cat again in the future.”

About: I’ve cared for cats of all kinds, including seniors, rescues, and cats with strong personalities. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, litter box cleaning, giving medications when needed, and creating a calm environment. I know how to read cat behavior and adjust my approach based on what each cat needs, whether it’s play, space, or quiet companionship. I take my time earning their trust and always prioritize their comfort and safety.

“Tracy and her family took great care of my big guy! Plenty of attention and play time in the backyard, and good communication throughout. No reservations about having her watch him again.”

“Took excellent care of my high energy puppy, provided lots of pictures and videos of him happily playing in the yard, prompt and communicative. Couldn't have asked for a better person to trust with my kiddo for the weekend”

“Willow goes the extra mile & takes wonderful care of my dogs. Super grateful I found her for daycare while I work my long shifts. She is fast to respond & will send photos whenever.”

“From the beginning, very responsive and helpful! They were able to handle my high anxiety dog and didn’t get annoyed by the overly long explanation I had about his dogality. Followed up with pictures and updates and my dogs had a blast! Highly recommend Cass and Trevor for dog sitting.”

“Melba stayed here while we went to a show at the Edgefield Amphitheater. Gary and Carol had no problem with our late pick up, and they sent updates and pictures. Everything was easy and smooth. We wouldn't hesitate to have Gary and Carol dogsit again if we come back to this area!”

“I dropped Tofu off for the first time and Emma was immediately able to make her comfortable. Tofu is usually an anxious dog but Emma was able to provide a perfect balance between giving her space and engaging her in interaction. Thanks for a great first day!”

“Sarah was a great sitter for my dog Rosie. Rosie was so excited to come back every morning for daycare, and Rosie and Ellie were fast friends. We will definitely book with Sarah again in the future!”

“Rex loves coming to Michelle’s house! He loves to play I her backyard and with his other doggie friends! Michelle was great about sending us updates throughout the day and answering any questions or texts we had! Will definitely recommend!”

“Jennifer and her family took care of Junie for the evening and junie was so happy when she got home! We will always request Jennifer whenever we need a sitter! Junie loves hanging out with their family & dogs!”

“María is the sweetest soul! she did such a wonderful job caring for my puppy Bones. he came back wagging his tail & ready to go to bed! she got all his energy out! Bones struggles with very very bad separation anxiety, & maría reassured me from the start that he was in good hands & would not be left alone. which has been a struggle in the past with previous sitters. Bones can also have some behaviors like jumping on people or the counter tops, & she did amazing setting that boundary with him not allowing him to hustle her & get away with being a menace! María kept me updated and sent me pictures quite often which i really appreciated! She made Bones & I feel comfortable & confident with our decision to go with her. she is so lovely & i would recommend her to anyone who may be worried leaving there pup w someone they don’t know! María is great!”

“Makenzie is the best! Our little pup has a blast going to her house and playing with her friends. She takes great care of all her campers and always send the best pictures of our puppy to us to let us know how much fun she’s having! Highly recommended”

“Emily & Eric took great care of our pups while we were visiting from out of town for a family Christmas party. We appreciate them being so accommodating with the festivities ending a little later than expected. Our fur babies were obviously very comfortable in their home because they are so calm in their crates in the car at the moment. We will definitely leave our girls with Emily and Eric again when we are back in Vancouver!”

“Chelsea has been awesome with my pups, and they love playing with her dogs as well. Their stay has been great. They’re tuckered out and happy every day I’ve picked them up after daycare 💞”

“Shasta and her family are very loving and caring, we truly trust her completely. Our dog Gus gets so excited about having a stay it make leaving him a boy easier knowing he just runs right into the house out of excitement!”

“Rebecca responded quickly to all of our questions and was patient. We had never put our dog Izzie in a kennel before. The photos of their facilities gave a good sense of what the dogs were provided with inside and outside, and photos of Izzie Rebecca sent to us on the days Rebecca was caring for Izzie were fun and reassuring. Lastly, their roaming farm animals were a delight. We will kennel our dog with Rebecca whenever we are in this part of the Columbia Gorge.”

“We’ve had Callae care for our two pups twice now. She’s very reliable, follows instructions to a T, and the pups always seem happy and comfortable when we get home. Will definitely book with her again!”

“I honestly wasn’t sure we’d ever enjoy walks with Georgie. He pulled constantly, got overstimulated really easily, and I felt like I had tried everything. Working with Chris has made such a huge difference. He took the time to explain what Georgie needed, showed us how to properly use the prong collar as a communication tool, and gave us things to work on between sessions. Within just a few weeks, Georgie was walking so much better. He’s more focused, calmer, and actually checks in with me instead of dragging me down the sidewalk. It’s made walks so much more enjoyable, and I feel like I understand my dog so much better now. If you’re on the fence, do it. I only wish we had started sooner!”

“Brie is the exact type of person you'd want to care for your pet. She is attentive and intuitive to our little guy's needs as they chang from day to day. Our dog is so much happier on the days he gets walks, play time, and snuggles from Brie. She is awesome!”

About: I grew up raising my two dogs, Nike and Sparky, since they were babies. Nike is a dachshund and Sparky is a little chunky chihuahua. They are both 11 years old. I also babysit my friend’s frenchie, Appa, when they go out of town. I currently work full-time, and am free in the evenings. I am also free during the weekends. I am pretty active and love to go on hikes and runs. I am a super outdoorsy person but can also be a couch potato. Although I don’t have a yard, I live in a super pet friendly neighborhood. I also currently don’t have pets and live in a calm friendly neighborhood.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 10. I grew up with many dogs, cats, even chickens. I grew up with four different corgis as well as a yellow lab & various cats. I’ve pet sit for numerous friends, families, colleagues, and neighbors throughout my entire life. I’ve dog walked at the Oregon Humane society as a teenager mostly walking pit bulls which have a special place in my heart. Ive pet sit all kinds of cats & I’ve worked with almost all kinds of dogs, as little as a chihuahua and big as a Saint Bernard. Animals are 100% innocent & they need to be protected, loved, & guided. It means so much to me to be able to do that. So many Animals feel joy so easily & naturally & they bring me joy in the same way. Animals are really a huge importance to me & are creatures who truly love unconditionally. I believe animals have an inner life we can’t comprehend from our own human viewpoints & understanding of consciousness. But In my experience at least, they have souls, big emotions, big hearts, and can be deeply in tune with humans and others energy and needs. They communicate with us in various ways all the time. They communicate they’re listening, need you, love you, or express joy or any emotion, or even communicate on behalf of other humans or animals. Some animals will be service to humans or rescue us even as a complete stranger. We’re all creatures & I see us as equals because we all exist in this world together-separately but together. As a former teacher, one of the most significant things I learned is how important play and physical activity is to well being-it helps us physically & thus mentally & emotionally, this applies to both animals during play time & walk time-as well as animal caregivers! Playing & walking are super rewarding & beneficial to my overall health & it’s a never ending circle because I get super happy seeing dogs joyful while out in nature & on their walks. I’m helping them be happy & healthy & they’re helping me be happy & healthy! Cuddles & physical touch varies depending on animals needs but overall pets love & benefit greatly from physical affection & humans do too Availability does change month to month especially with more regular clients who snag up dates quicker so best to plan out a stay a week or two in advance. However I definitely accept same day/week bookings as well! Just depends on the week/my calendar so feel free to always ask! If you’re seeking more regular care that is always welcomed! I’d prefer to ultimately have more regular clients with longer stays but open to all Caring for your pets in my home isn’t an option at the moment but I am fully capable and happy to care for your pets in your home. It’s important clients know that in my care pets will be sure to get plenty of water, be fed, have plenty of walks, potty breaks, baths, as well as given cuddles medication or any other specific needs, they are going to be met. The house will be well secured whether we are away on a walk or it’s an overnight stay. Respect of others space is important to me & only designated areas & items will be used. I have experience Housesitting with and without animals so if special requests such as watering plants, taking out garbage, or special pet/house care-anything, I’m open to that so don’t hesitate to ask.

About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life - growing up with cats and dogs instilled a deep love for animals that eventually led me to professional pet sitting in 2017. I spent five years as a trusted sitter in Portland, OR and nearly three years living in Bali, where I continued caring for animals and fostering strays in need. Pet and house sitting allows me to combine my nomadic lifestyle with my passion for animal care. I get to provide excellent care for your pets while staying connected to the fur babies I’ve always had in my life. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, so I’m available for weekday and weekend sits. I’m active and love taking dogs on hikes and adventures, and I’m equally happy spending quality time with cats who prefer cozy companionship. I’m highly organized and responsible. I’ll follow your care instructions to the letter, whether that’s administering medication, maintaining routines, or honoring your pet’s unique personality and needs. I work remotely with an extremely flexible schedule, which means I can be home with pets throughout the day. I’m not tied to an office or rigid hours. I structure my work around the animals I’m caring for, not the other way around. This makes it easy to accommodate morning walks, midday play sessions, feeding times, medications, or just keeping them company while I work. Whether your pet needs multiple daily walks or prefers a consistent routine with lots of companionship, my schedule allows me to provide exactly what they need. My approach is simple: I treat your home like my own and aim to leave it better than I found it. I take this responsibility seriously. Whether that’s keeping things tidy, watering plants, bringing in mail, or just making sure everything runs smoothly while you’re away. With your pets, my goal is to create stability and build trust. I stick to their routines, respect their boundaries, and give them the consistency they need to feel safe and cared for. Whether they’re anxious about you being gone or they adapt easily, I’m there to make sure they feel loved and secure until you’re back.

I can take dogs for potty breaks frequently throughout the day, go on walks, and take them on car rides. I have a big fenced yard with one loving 9 year old lab. He loves to play fetch and tug a war and your pup can join or can play separately, whatever is needed. Also, have a pool if your pup enjoys swimming they are more than welcome to get in! I watch at all times, your dog would never be left alone in the pool or backyard. My pup loves swimming and would love to swim with other dogs. I live close to a park and can take your pup to run (off-leash if allowed) or walk! Bentley is friendly with other dogs, as well as my daughter’s dog who I often watch and take care. There will also be plenty of cuddles, loves and treats!
