“People say they love animals, but not everyone truly does! I believe Kimberly truly loves animals. I feel she treated my puppies like they were hers. I am fairly new to leaving my girls with a sitter, Kimberly put my mind at ease. She sent a lot of updates and pictures, which I really appreciated. I will have Kimberly watch Thelma and Louise anytime I need a sitter again.”

“Angela graciously accepted our last-minute boarding request for our cat and was incredibly accommodating, even when our we were delayed due to traffic and weather. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease—she is warm, caring, and clearly loves animals. She thoughtfully kept our cat separate from her dogs, which we really appreciated. Throughout the stay, our cat seemed comfortable, relaxed, and happy. Angela provided timely updates and was always quick to respond to our questions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter.”

“Jerrie was a lifesaver, and the best sitter for my puppy. Her home is the perfect place for a dog with enough outdoor space to run around. Don't leave your dog at a kennel, call Jerrie.”

“David’s place was like a home away from home for our two dogs. They have different needs and personalities and David was an excellent caretaker for both of them. I hope to be able to have them visit again!”

“Kevin was so kind, I didn’t have time to drive out to the farm and he offered to pick Marley up! And drop him off! Lots of updates and photos, which I loved! I will definitely be using him again! I’m even thinking of just day trips so he gets play time with other dogs and he gets to experience the farm! Can’t rave enough!”

“Our 7 month old Sheepadoodle had her first overnight stay with Kat and loved it! Kat sent us multiple videos of our dog playing with the others, it was nice to see her having so much fun with the other dogs! We could tell that Kat loved dogs and has had a lot of experience with them. We will definitely be taking our dog back!!”

“Annmarie did a fantastic job taking care of our 3 month old fur baby!. Her communication while watching our fur baby was great and we appreciated receiving pictures of her playing and getting all the cuddles. We will absolutly book Annmarie for any future dog sitter needs and highly recomend her!!.”

“Highly recommend. They have a beautiful home with a nice, spacious backyard. Marianne and Josh are kind and have a lot of experience with dogs. With two sweet dogs of their own, my dog had built in companions while I was away. They are warm, welcoming, and sent lots of cute/funny pics & updates. Your dogs will be loved open arms. So grateful my dog could spend the holiday with such a thoughtful, warm, and fun family! Thank you so much for loving Chai!”
“Keep was SO sweet and sent us pictures every day! We have never boarded Our dog or left her with a stranger and we were nervous but she was sooo spoiled and Keep was understanding of her specific needs!”
“Alexis took amazing care of my dog! The day-to-day at her property is extremely enriching, and she kept my herding breed dog feeling fulfilled. She sends multiple photos and updates throughout the day, and in each of them, my dog looks so happy. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and understands the precautions needed for my dog, who is not dog-friendly and only takes one booking at a time, which I find extremely responsible and gives me peace of mind. She bathed my dog before we picked her up, and I had such great peace of mind knowing not only that my dog was well cared for, but she was having a vacation of her own. I have very high pet care standards, and Alexis went above and beyond.”

“Top shelf folks! Everything you and your dog might hope for and more. Good people, dog friendly, super clean, nice neighborhood, clear prompt communication and a happy, healthy dog to greet me at the end of my journey. Thank you!!”

“Jennifer and her family were absolutely amazing! She sent updates and pictures every day and told us how he was doing always! Our golden is super shy and skittish, and him being around other pups his age was so good for him. So glad we found them!”

“Our two pups just completed their first stay with Deidre and we couldn’t be happier on the care they received and the communication she had with us. We hope that she will have the availability to care from them in the near future but anticipate that she will grow in popularity due to her 1st class service!”

About: I have been a veterinary assistant for about 2 years and love animal science. Eventually, I want to become a veterinarian- but for now I have my Bachelor's in Arts and Science from UW tacoma. I have 3 friendly dogs and a fenced-in yard. My dogs are kennel- trained and understand that sometimes other dog friends need space before being playful. I am a stay-at-home mom of one child and two friendly dogs. I am home almost everyday and able to care for your pet hourly if needed. My yard is huge, grassy and fully/securely fenced. Your dog can interact with mine or you can request to keep them separate, as I can accommodate that as well. My dogs spend most of their time in my fenced-backyard. They have space to run and trees for shade. They all like to take turns chewing on bones I give them, lay in the sunshine, play tug-o-war with the rope toy. Dogs are crate trained so if your dog needs attention separately I can accommodate easily.
“Toni was so great with our 2 pups. Very understanding of our dynamic with our oldest dog. She kept us updated at all times with pictures and messages of how the dogs were doing which put my mind at ease. Definitely recommend using Toni and will for sure be using her services again in the future!”

“Absolutely fantastic! We were in a crunch and had to leave within an hour and return the next day and needed a sitter for our Pug, Milkshake. Tonya was super fast in responding and setting us up to bring Milkshake over. She updated us frequently on Milkshakes silly antics and was very thoughtful with her details. I’m also an animal caretaker and vet tech and would recommend Tonya to everyone! ♥️”
“We used Pamela for boarding our dog Maxwell. We were so please with the daily updates and photos Pam sent. We heard our dog made a good friends with her Schnauzer, that really impressed us. We are so happy we called Pam, and will definitely use her again. Anita Nightingale”

“Alexis was amazing! She worked with my odd hours and sent me great updates! She had an awesome system for the cats and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would definitely recommend.”

“Carter was a great house and cat sitter. He left our house just as clean if not cleaner than when we left. He stripped the bedding and bathroom and kitchen towels, washed them and left them folded. We got great kitty updates each day with pictures. Just an overall friendly guy and took great care of our kitties. We look forward to booking Carter again!”

“This was our first time with a new pet sitter here in WA and it was really lovely to get home and find all our babies restful and relaxed. She took care of all their needs (we have 4 senior babies) and even checked off the list I left for her! She updated me with texts too which was really nice. Thank you Ronda!”

“Mary is a wonderful pet sitter! She took excellent care of my sweet, shy kitty for the whole nearly 3 weeks I was away and even took pictures of Cassidy-cat at every visit. She also made sure my tank of shrimp and snails were fed and the water level stayed good! I would absolutely choose to have Mary come look after my pet fam again the next time I go on vacation. About: Animal lover here! I take very good care of dogs of all kinds as demonstrated by my volunteer and pet sitting experience. I have volunteered at shelters with scared dogs large and small, fostered and trained shelter puppies, was a babysitter for puppy raisers with Guide Dogs for the Blind and served client families as a professional pet sitter. My role for others' fur babies is to provide care so that they have their needs met in their parents' absence. I am a great surrogate parent! I like to keep dog routines continued to minimize stress on pets and their people. For parents that don't have the time or for dogs that can use additional exercise, I can take dogs out for walks. I have also been a cat mom of 4 at once and love cats too! I have my dog, Brodie, and my routine revolves around him. I make sure he gets the memtal and physical stimulation and exercise he needs to be healthy and happy. I want to help my clients and pets with this as well for their families. I have a fenced yard and very dog-friendly set up at home. At client's homes, I respect the space and help pets feel secure in their routines with attention and care.
“Caitlin has been amazing with Nai’a! Though Nai’a is an anxious pup, she liked Caitlin instantly when we met the first time. Since then Nai’a has stayed over at Caitlin’s a few times and once Caitlin watched her at our house. One of the biggest challenges with Nai’a is that she runs away from her sitters. But, with Caitlin it’s finally been working out well and I feel so relieved to have found a regular sitter! Caitlin sends photos regularly and Nai’a seems to have fun at her house with her pups. Also, she is really sweet and flexible. Thanks so much for everything Caitlin!”

“Kevin was great. He’s got a nice big lot off the highway. Very flexible on pick up and drop off. Seems to understand dogs well. Dogs came back happy and healthy. It’s chickens and goats kept my lab entertained :-)”

“Angela was so great! I’m so glad I found her. She took great care of my dog Linus. He’s 90lbs of puppy energy so that’s no small feat! Lots of updates and excellent communication. Linus had so much fun with his new pug friends and he got lots of love from Angela and her family.”

“Scott was awesome! Very quick to respond and work with us on delays due to weather. Our pups had a great time and tuckered out when we picked them up. Scott also let us know how things were going throughout out the day with pictures. It makes our trip more enjoyable when we know our pups are in good hands while we are out exploring. Our thanks to Scott, and we will look forward to using him again in the future.”

“Desiree was so flexible and accepted my fur babies at last minute. During the time I was gone I could tell they received lots of attention with all the pictures I received. I felt completely comfortable and will definitely book again in the future.”

“I really appreciate Darby's stance on dominance upon arrival, she deals with no bull! And I felt my pup was secure during her daily visits at Darbys home, with walks and suitable interaction with other pups at her home, I had no complaints. My pup was fed her meals as requested and Darby went the extent to clean the containers I brougjt homemade meals in for feeding, so I hadnt needed to worry about that after a long day! I respect Darby's stance even if off stanish to start.”

About: I want to care for and spoil your dogs just as you would if you could be home. I have been working with pups going on 8 years. I began by walking dogs at a local humane society, then on to becoming a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. I absolutely love dog sitting and I have the skills to administer medications. Currently I facilitate small enriched dog play groups during the day and in the evening I provide private dog training. I am just as comfortable working with giant breeds as I am with the tiniest. While sitting for your pup I can take them for walks, go to a dog park, and go for hikes. I will send you pictures of your pup daily and keep you updated. I also don’t mind you checking in as often as you need to feel comfortable. I know it’s hard to be away from your your four legged friends. I hope to become one of your dogs best friends! I run a doggy adventure day camp that your dog can join in while boarding. I hike daily M-F with all the pups in my care. We frequent the local forest as well as I fenced sniff spots. While in my home you can rest assured knowing that your dog is being spoiled, loved, and supervised. My yard is fenced in which makes potty breaks easy! All dogs are kept in separate areas while eating and dogs are pups are kept separate if I have to go run an errand.

“Bobbie and Joseph and their dog Athena are wonderful with my guy Eddie. It's heartwarming that he runs to them in the morning at drop off just like he runs to me at the end of the day. I know he's treated well and cared for well.”

About: I have been taking care of animals my whole life. I have a genuine love for being near animals and taking care of them because they brighten my day. I am currently in college I want to try to make pet sitting a part time job so I can save up for my future. The apartment comples I live in has a dog park where a lot of dogs go and have fun, if there is any type of schedule by the owner/owners I would follow it. I usually try to relax on my free time, reading books and enjoying art, my hobbies give me time to take care of and play with the animals that I care for. The doors are locked unless I or someone with a key unlocks them, i make sure that the dogs have a leash on before I open the door and that there are no cats near the door to run out.
“We were very happy with our dogs care with Pamela. Our dog got the attention and activity with other dogs that he needed while we were gone for a day. And he was tired and happy when we picked him up 😀 It was nice to receive pictures thruout the day too! Will definately use Pamela's services again for our pup!”

We’re respectful of your space and treat your home with care and professionalism. You can count on us to follow your instructions closely, lock up securely, and maintain a clean, safe environment for your pets. During walks, we stick to routes your dog is familiar with (unless instructed otherwise) and always keep them leashed and under control. We’re alert to potential hazards like traffic, other dogs, or wildlife and will adjust as needed to keep your pet safe and calm. Communication is key—we’ll keep you updated and will always reach out if anything seems off or needs attention.

About: Hi! I work as a Paraeducator at a school, so I have summers off and I can’t think of a better way to spend that time than caring for dogs! I’ve always been an animal lover, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pup needs playtime, snuggles, walks, or just a calm and caring presence while you’re away, I’m here to help! ☺️ My schedule is pretty open during the Summer besides spending every other weekend with friends and family. Once I go back to work in September, I will only be able to house sit as long as it is in reasonable distance from my workplace. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely whether that’s feeding schedules, walk times, medication, or favorite toys and treats. I know every pet is different, so I pay attention to their personality and comfort level, whether they’re energetic and playful or more shy and relaxed. I will also make sure to keep the home clean and secure while you’re away. I’ll give updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. My goal is always to treat your home and your pet with the same respect and love I would want for my own.

About: Iv always grown up around animals especially dogs. From a family setting to being just me and my dog in college. I’m a current service member so I have access on JBLM as well. I only have my one pup and getting her a fun friend for a few days is fun for us both. I’m currently off work all summer so I’m usually taking my dog on walks 2+ times a day and just getting out to enjoy the PNW sun. Super careful at first and then loosen up when I learn how they want to play and interact. Some dogs want go play 24/7 and some just like to be a potato. Both are great to me
“Veronica has been amazing!! She was available very last minute (the day before) when I needed someone to walk my newly adopted dog. She’s been an amazing communicator, willing to do the little things like wipe my dogs paws after a walk or use the same command words that I use for my dogs. The photos of her walks are an extra touch that warms my heart. Would definitely recommend Veronica for your animal needs.”

“Toni was so great with our 2 pups. Very understanding of our dynamic with our oldest dog. She kept us updated at all times with pictures and messages of how the dogs were doing which put my mind at ease. Definitely recommend using Toni and will for sure be using her services again in the future!”

“What a wonderful experience we had using Rover for the 1st time. Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very caring and took exceptional care with our 2 dogs. He provided frequent updates on how are pets were doing exploring his property and settling down for the evening. We couldn't have asked anything else he could have done to make sure our dogs were comfortable for their stay. Thanks again Scott!”

“Olivia was amazing with Walter! She was very communicative while she watched him for 10 days. I received daily updates and picture. It losoked like the had the best time together. You can tell ahe really has the heartfor this. I have found my personal dog watcher for Walter from now on!”

About: I am new to Rover, but have worked in the Animal Health Industry as a Veterinarian Technician (animal nurse) and outside sales/customer service for the past 30+ years. Along with the background check Rover provides, I also have a Business License and I am Insured/Bonded. Animal care is my only business/job and I am semi-retired. I have experience with most animals from reptiles to cattle and currently have a little 5 acre hobby farm with a horse, goats, chickens, dog and cat. I am very flexible with days you need pet care. My days are filled with animal care of my own/yours, walking/hiking, gardening and home/property projects. Your pets will be treated with great care while spending time with me. I have a gated 5 acre hobby farm with 1/2 acre fully fenced area around my home. My farm animals are fenced in separately for safety. I also have 3 acres of wooded trails/not fenced for leash walking. I am able to provide care and exercise depending on your pets needs and will only accept dogs that are not aggressive towards people or other dogs for a positive/fun experience. I have giant wire crates/bedding for night sleeping and can take up to 3 dogs. I would prefer same family, but may be some overlap with scheduling. Otherwise they will be spending time with me in my home and on my property. There are two large porches for either sunning or shade. I also have air conditioning. Please be up to date on vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming and monthly flea control. I live in a quiet/peaceful valley. Please no excessive barkers and bring their food, treats and special toys. If you have a well trained dog that would be happy sleeping in a dog bed at night, I can be accommodating. Must have been crate trained at some point in their life. Waking up in the am to an intact couch is nice! 😊 Please allow enough time for a 1st time meet and greet prior to finalizing the booking. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family!
“This was our first time using Rover, Darby was very sweet and took great care of our dogs , we would 110% use her service again. My dogs enjoyed exploring her property during the day and getting snuggly in the evenings. Thank you Darby!”

“The best dogsitter EVER!! Lisa is amazing, she will have your family member very comfortable and relaxed!!! My bully enjoyed ever moment with Lisa and family. I will only trust Lisa with my boy!!”

“John - what an amazing, big-hearted, caring individual. From the moment I met him, I knew my beloved Mia would be OK with him at his home. Unassuming, caring, gentle, John has a magic way with dogs. I thought Mia a little "traitor" when I saw her snuggled into John's lap while in his care for a week. I trust Mia, and her reactions, and for me, if she's happy, then we're both happy. I'll be using John as my primary and trusted partner in the future. Thank you so much John!”

“Maggie did a wonderful job with Summer. It was reassuring to know that Summer was in a safe and happy place while we were away. I got regular updates and I know by the smile on Summer's face in the pics that she was happy with Mochi! Definitely will be returning for my future sitting needs. Thank you Maggie!”
