About: I’ve always had dogs and cats in my life, and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I’m an avid hiker and have been lucky to share many trails with amazing “trail dogs” over the years. I’ve also pet sat for coworkers, doing drop-ins multiple times a day, and I’m currently providing overnight care for a puppy—something I truly enjoy. Over time, I realized this is something I’d love to do more of. When I say “us,” I mean my little household too: I have a mixed-breed dog and a cat. My cat is gentle and friendly and gets along well with dogs. My dog, Ziggy, is my first male and a rescue from the pound.
