For longer stays, we prefer that Nicki is the only dog or that the sitter only has one of their own, since she values her space. That said, for shorter stays, being around multiple dogs is totally fine—she gets to rest and recharge when she returns home. During her stay, she saw one other dog briefly, which was no issue. Jasper was very well cared for. We had him stay with her during the 4th of July, I had calming meds on hand as the noise from fireworks can make him so nervous. About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life. From high energy terriers and pointers to relaxed Labradors. I currently am the proud owner of two Cocker Spaniels, Moon and Minnow. If you're dog doesn't like the company of other dogs, I am happy to take them on a private nature walk or stay in the safety of our fenced yard. We are a work from couple, with atleast one of us at the house at all times. My partner and I work remotely full time. We enjoy taking our dog Moon on a morning, lunch, and evening walk or run each day. We enjoy a spacious home with a fenced in yard. About: I've been a pet lover since I was a kid. I started with frogs, lizards and snakes, and graduated to cats and dogs. Until I was able to have dogs of my own, I spent over 10 years pet-sitting for friends and family, volunteering in animal shelters, and have even worked in 2 seperate doggy daycares. My MO is always long walks and lots of attention. I have 2 dogs of my own, a cumulative 17 years of pet raising experience. I have experience caring for sick pets and administering medication both orally and subcutaneously. I've had my pups since they were young and would consider them very well trained. If you're looking to work on certain behaviors, I can absolutely work on that during their stay. I have a fenced yard, a safe neighborhood for long walks, and for longer stays, expect your dog to enjoy a nice hike! I mostly work from home, so for daycare your dog(s) would never be alone and would have access to my fully fenced backyard whenever they want. During the week, I can do a long walk during my lunch break, and another after work. Weekends I tend to go hiking, so if your pup enjoys nature, they will for sure have a great time. Due to my variable work schedule, I cannot accommodate recurring appointments. My yard is fully fenced, and I have 2 friendly dogs. Safety is paramount, so dogs would be supervised while in the yard together. If your dog requires a crate, I have both a plastic and soft sided kennel for indoors.
About: Since childhood I’ve enjoyed being around all pets and animals. I pet sit and house sit for friends and neighbors regularly. I work from home. I provide Reiki as well. If they want to go for a fun walk, swim, park or chill out snuggling then I’m flexible. Many dogs and cats that have a hard time socializing, eating, anxiety, I find ways to connect. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life—dogs, cats, chickens, even a parrot—so caring for them is basically part of my DNA. I’m currently in school to become a dog trainer because working with animals isn’t just something I do, it’s genuinely what I love. I also have conferences and school stuff that occasionally take me out of state, which will be reflected on my calendar. I do playgroups at the shelter 3pm on every Thursday. Outside of that, I'm avaible. I can't board pets in my own home unfortunately. When it comes to boarding in your home, I suppose we can work out the details

Pets are like family and should be be treated that way. Just let me know what you need! I’m available for over night stays with your babes if needed. While I can’t take the place of YOU, I can sure give them the comfort they need until you return. It does vary, but flexible overall! I’m attentive, engaged and probably overly cautious when it comes to your pets. At this time, I’m happy to stick with pet care in your home.

Throughout my trip, she communicated consistently and sent photos, which made such a difference and helped me relax knowing my dog was in good hands. When I picked her up, it was clear my dog was happy to see me, but also that she had truly bonded with Jerrie and loved her. That meant everything to me. “We wish we had found John and his family sooner! Nicki had a great time staying with them. We received daily updates and photos, and she even got to enjoy walks. For longer stays, we prefer that Nicki is the only dog or that the sitter only has one of their own, since she values her space. That said, for shorter stays, being around multiple dogs is totally fine—she gets to rest and recharge when she returns home. During her stay, she saw one other dog briefly, which was no issue. We would absolutely recommend John and plan to use his services again!”

“James and his wife went out of their way to provide Henry good care while I was away. They were happy to accommodate his supplements and treats that I brought He enjoyed outside time in their big yard with the other dogs. He made fast friends with one of the bigger dogs and they said they slept cuddled up - so good to hear! They kept in touch and were responsive as well as flexible about pickup. I feel they provide a warm haven for the dogs in their care and their experience in doing this goes a long way.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jeremy as a rover! This was our first time having Jeremy as our rover and he did an amazing job hosting and taking care of our pups for 10 days! He is always on top of things especially when it comes to daily updates— We never had to ask once for videos and pictures, which we truly appreciate. Jeremy went above and beyond by giving extra care to one of our pups when she got an upset stomach due to anxiety and stress being away from home. He notified us right away and helped treat her by doing bland diet. He also gave them both a bath. Our pups looked so happy on the daily videos and pictures. And even when we picked them up, they looked like they enjoyed their stay with Jeremy. Will definitely book him again as our rover!”
