About: All my life, I’ve grown up around animals — cats, dogs, chickens, fish, and more — so caring for pets comes naturally to me. And I felt my pup was secure during her daily visits at Darbys home, with walks and suitable interaction with other pups at her home, I had no complaints. My pup was fed her meals as requested and Darby went the extent to clean the containers I brougjt homemade meals in for feeding, so I hadnt needed to worry about that after a long day! I began by walking dogs at a local humane society, then on to becoming a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. I absolutely love dog sitting and I have the skills to administer medications. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life—dogs, cats, chickens, even a parrot—so caring for them is basically part of my DNA. When I picked her up, it was clear my dog was happy to see me, but also that she had truly bonded with Jerrie and loved her. That meant everything to me. “Highly recommend. They have a beautiful home with a nice, spacious backyard. Marianne and Josh are kind and have a lot of experience with dogs. “James and his wife went out of their way to provide Henry good care while I was away. They were happy to accommodate his supplements and treats that I brought He enjoyed outside time in their big yard with the other dogs. He made fast friends with one of the bigger dogs and they said they slept cuddled up - so good to hear! They kept in touch and were responsive as well as flexible about pickup. I feel they provide a warm haven for the dogs in their care and their experience in doing this goes a long way.”
“I am not one to bother leaving recommendations & I wanted to see if my experience would serve the test of time before I did. I have used Rachel on 3 occasions so far, from a few days up to two weeks at a time. For context, I have a 10# poodle & I have never let my dog spend the night anywhere before except with a couple close friends. I was apprehensive to try this service, but ran out of options one time when I had to fly out in an emergency. Now, this is my go to place. Rachel has a great place with fenced acreage, a couple school age children who are respectful with dogs. At times there are other dogs that she cares for at the same time, so it would be helpful if your dog is socialized well & then they have “friends” to play with. I couldn’t ask for anything better with Rachel’s service. My dog has to take meds & she is competent with all of that as well. She sends pics of your dog to you periodically if you’d like while you’re away to reassure you everything is great. She communicates well & asks questions if needed. If you are unable to take your dog with you, I would highly recommend Rachel & her service on Rover.com with anyone.”
“Bobbie was amazing with our anxious little ball of energy. It was clear that Ollie had a blast at his sleepover, and that he was super comfortable after being with her and her family.
