“Erin is so wonderful! Our boys have such a great time there. We had a family emergency that caused a last minute booking with no solid end date and she accepted it with no questions. She send lots of updates & photos. Having our boys with Erin and her family made us feel secure knowing they were having such fun.”

“Emily took great care with our dog Amigo. He was very happy there and you can tell she has a great knowledge about dogs. Would definitely take him back for another stay.”

“Cynthia was absolutely amazing with Eddie! She was very communicative and made me feel very at ease with the drop off and pick ups. I recommend her for boarding and I'll be booking again I'm the future!”

“We left our goldendoodle pup with her for a few days while we were out of town and she did so well with him! He loved playing with her pup all day and Trinity made sure to keep me informed of how he was doing :) 100% recommend!”

“Raegan was amazing! She gave updates and sent pictures of our pup that made us feel so confident in our decision to board for the weekend. I would recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter/boarding. I wish I found her sooner. Highly recommend!”

“My pup loooved hanging with Ashleigh and her pets. He seemed to have a great time, and Ashleigh was great at supporting his needs and keeping me informed. Thank you for your help!”

“I think this will be the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written. Scott took incredible care of our dog, Tucker. He kept him for several days while we were out of town visiting family. Scott made sure to set up a time for us to visit him and his partner, Kevin, at their home and give Tucker a chance to meet their sweet boy, Nico. They became instant play buddies. Scott asked very detailed questions about Tucker’s habits and tendencies and made sure to write down every detail. Within just a few minutes, we knew we had found the right people to care for our boy. Scott sent us pics and videos throughout our time away. We will definitely be using his services again.”
“Robert was great with my dogs. They had a nice place to sleep and play. I think they thought they were on vacation. He was very thoughtful about making the dogs feel at home. Will definitely bring them back again!”

“Thank you, Todd, for taking such good care of our girl! The updates were very much appreciated. The pictures were nice clear pictures of Noel and you took care to take heed of every detail of her needs while she was with you. We will definitely look you up again if we ever need another dog sitter!”

About: I have trained my dogs for the last 10 years, I have bathed and clipped my dog and cats nails for 10 years, friends and family have relied on me to watch, walk, feed and bathe their pets for over 20 years. I currently am a stay at home mom which allows me to pay more attention to animals in my care. I currently take my dog to the dog park multiple times a week along with walks daily to help keep her active and healthy. Adding your fur friend will be an added bonus for us. I do not have a fenced yard so I prefer to watch them in my clients house, this also helps with the stress the pet may feel with being with a stranger.
About: What sets me apart is the level of supervision, structure, communication, and individualized care I provide for every pet. At Pawshank Redemption, I focus on creating a safe, engaging, and low-stress environment where dogs are not just watched — they are genuinely cared for, entertained, and treated like family. I am home the majority of the time, allowing for near 24-hour supervision, consistent potty breaks, structured routines, enrichment activities, and close monitoring throughout the day. I also provide personalized updates, photos, videos, and fun “court report” style progress updates so owners feel connected and reassured while away from their pets. I have experience working with: - Reactive and anxious dogs - High-energy dogs - Senior dogs needing extra patience and monitoring - Dogs requiring medication administration - Dogs with unique personalities and behavioral needs My background in healthcare has helped me develop strong observation skills, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Safety, cleanliness, routine, and communication are extremely important to me, and I take pride in making sure every pet feels secure, comfortable, and loved during their stay. I also focus heavily on enrichment and preventing boredom through supervised play, mental stimulation, structured activities, and individualized attention — because a tired dog is a happy dog. 🐾 At Pawshank Redemption, we specialize in “breaking dogs out of boredom” while keeping your inmate safe, entertained, and cared for every step of the way. Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine, allowing me to provide consistent attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I am home the majority of the time, which means your “inmate” will receive around-the-clock monitoring, structured potty breaks, playtime, enrichment, and plenty of interaction instead of being left alone for long periods. I maintain a calm but engaging environment where pets are closely supervised, kept on routine feeding schedules, and given individualized care based on their personality and energy level. Whether your dog prefers relaxing, playing, cuddling, or burning off zoomies, I make sure they feel safe, entertained, and cared for at all times. At Pawshank Redemption, we specialize in “breaking dogs out of boredom” with 24-hour supervision, personalized care, and plenty of love while you’re away. At Pawshank Redemption, safety, structure, and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, supervised environment where pets are treated like family while still maintaining safe routines and boundaries. Pets are never left unattended for long periods, and I closely monitor behavior, energy levels, feeding, potty habits, and overall wellbeing throughout their stay. I take time to learn each dog’s personality, routines, triggers, and comfort needs to help them feel safe and reduce stress while away from home. For dogs that are reactive, anxious, senior, high-energy, or require extra patience, I provide individualized attention and supervision to ensure a positive experience. My home is kept clean, pet-friendly, and organized with safety in mind. Dogs have access to supervised play, rest breaks, potty routines, enrichment activities, and plenty of affection. I carefully introduce pets when appropriate and prioritize safe separation if needed based on temperament or comfort level. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect the pet’s established routine as closely as possible to maintain comfort and consistency. I provide updates, photos, and communication so owners feel reassured while away. At Pawshank Redemption, the goal is simple: keep your inmate safe, comfortable, entertained, and loved until parole pickup. 🐾
About: Ive been taking care of animals such as dogs, cats, and even critters since I was just a little kid up until now at 19 years old. Ive dedicated most of my life and time to take care of animals all over whether its just my neighbors or a homeless critter off the streets to provide quality care and affection since every animal is deserving of it even those who struggle with health, behavior health, ptsd because they are especially deserving of adequate care and love! I would be honored to watch over your loved one, in return it helps me with my degree for college working in animal behavioral health, aswell as animal health in general. Im also a big runner/walker and average 20,000 steps every day so if your critter is adventurous or even a couch potato im hands on with the experience! I look forward to working with you! 😊 Im currently disabled so Im not working at all aside from doing online college from home. Every day I spend some time getting out of the house while doing work from my phone to average my daily activity. I spend a lot of time volunteering for the community at AA meetings, feeding the homeless, animal homelessness, food banks, etc to help around the neighborhood. Im moving to ohio to finish my treatment at the cleveland clinic organ transplant center in order to do that I need to be able to make income and what better way to do that then working with critters ive loved my whole life! I have a gated community inside where my apartment sits just close to Triangle Center. It would be very difficult for any animal to get loose because the fences are metal and taller than a 6ft man to prevent any break ins or even break outs in your case! My home is inspected every other month to make sure the environment is healthy and hazardous free, lots of free space and importantly scent, and smoke free! I suffer from some health issues aswell as family so its important there isn't much fragrance in the home, aswell as it being kept clean and in shape for easy access around the house and preventing sickness. Medicine is stored and locked away aswell as any hazardous objects to prevent accidents from occurring.
“Kelsey was super kind and accommodating, since it was a last minute request. She sent us updates and pics and was flexible on the pick up time , we were driving so that changed a little bit. Thank you for taking care of our Mica for us!”

“Kelly was the best. We got pictures every day while we were gone and our dog looked like he was having a great time. We had a hard time finding someone that was not a "boarder" using kennels and a high number of dogs. Here he was a part of the family and Kelly treated him like one of her own.”

“We had a hard time finding a sitter due to Boone’s anxiety and apprehension towards strangers and other dogs, and Holly was the perfect fit. She was communicative and her experience working with dogs showed during our meet and greet and through the pictures she sent us of Boone happy and at ease with other dogs during his stay with her. We would definitely book with Holly again. Thank you so much!”

About: I have grown up with both dogs and cats ever since I was very little and I have always loved taking care of them. I live at home with my parents and I have lots of experience watching our two dogs and cat for weeks at a time while they are traveling. (Note: neither my parents, or pets will be anywhere near your pets, as they are going to be in a separate part of the house. The house also has a huge backyard, sitting on over an acre with tall fences. I also keep plenty of toys on hand so you can be sure your pets are getting the love and care they deserve. I currently work from home and have a very flexible. schedule all throughout the weekdays and weekends so your pets will be cared for during their entire stay. I also do not leave our own pets unattended for more than a couple hours so the same can be expected for yours as well. Pets can expect over an acre of enclosed backyard, so plenty of room to run around and play as needed. Bathroom breaks will be given at least once every 1.5 hours - 2 hours and will be supervised the entire time as is standard with our own pups. We also have a cat and two small dogs in the house, but they will be upstairs and away from your pets during the visit.

“Joyce stepped in to care for our two elderly, medically challenging cats after our regular pet sitter had to cancel last minute. She is incredibly responsive, friendly, and timely in her communication; she shared pictures and regular updates throughout her visits with our pets, and gave both our kitties plenty of love and attention in addition to their needed oral medication and twice daily insulin injections. Thank you, Joyce!”

“Veronica was very communicative and sent me consistent updates/pictures of my kitties while I was out of the country. She even went as far as getting a new bag of litter before I returned to save me the effort since the litter was low. She also gave my spicy cat the space he required and all the pets/loves on my more social cat. I will definitely book Veronica again in the future.”

“Kris was super patient and took the time to wait for responses, even though we were busy with family. It was very kind to not mind extended the visit window just to be sure everything was taken care of correctly”

“Kate helped us out last minute, and we were so grateful. Minnie takes a little time to warm up and Biggs is very needy, so they can be a lot sometimes. I would definitely recommend her, and we’ll reach out to her the next time we need someone.”

“Gloria looked after our two cats and our house while we were away in Asia. She took excellent care of both the kitties and our house! I could tell our kitties liked her, too! She sent photos so we could see that they were doing well, which was reassuring since we were so far away. Our cat BJ snuggled with Gloria like she was family, and our other cat Graycie, who hides from all strangers, came out of hiding :-). Gloria also took good care of our house, watered my plants, and even respected my request that meat not be cooked in my kitchen (I am vegan). When we returned, the cats were just fine, their litter boxes were clean, and they had plenty of food and water. It is so nice to know that our "babies" were being well cared for while we were so far away. I definitely recommend Gloria!”

“Angel was a perfect pet walker! Great communication too. I was traveling to Lincoln City from California with my 6 month old puppy. Since the hotel didn't allow the pups to be left in the room at all, it was great to have someone lined up during my vacation to care for her while I visited places that didn't allow dogs (Indoor seating restaurants and the casino). I'll will use her service again next time I'm in town.”

About: Military Veteran | Lifelong Animal Lover Hello! My name is Kortni, and caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Since the age of 8, I’ve had the privilege of caring for a wide variety of animals—from horses and livestock to dogs, cats, and even fish. My experience comes from both personal ownership and working alongside professional trainers, always with the goal of providing well-rounded, compassionate care. During my time in the military, I was fortunate to have a few incredible opportunities to work with military working dogs—an experience that deepened my respect for animal intelligence, discipline, and emotional needs. Now that I’ve recently transitioned out of the military, I’m taking time to reconnect with the things I love most: animals, nature, and a slower pace of life. That also means I have plenty of time and flexibility to dedicate to your pet’s unique needs—whether it’s drop-in visits, walks, playtime, or sticking to a specific routine. This is my passion, and what I do for work. I currently have an 8-year-old Australian Shepherd at home who’s the biggest spoiled lap dog you’ll ever meet. I understand how much our pets mean to us, and I treat every animal in my care like one of my own—with love, patience, and attention to detail. Special diet? Specific routine? Just let me know—I’m happy to accommodate. My goal is simple: to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well-cared for while you're away. You can relax knowing your furry friend is in good hands. I can’t wait to meet you and your pet!

“I highly recommend Annie if you are looking for pet daycare. From the moment my wife and I met Annie we knew that Whimsy would be well taken care. We went to an amusement park for the day and Annie kept us up to speed on status and was very flexible with drop off and pick up times. When we are back in the area we will most definitely use her services again.”

“So grateful, I was able to find Marissa on such short notice! Went fishing on the Columbia but did not want to have a toddler and a dog on the river. It was also hot, and didn’t want my dog to overheat. With Marissa only being 8 minutes from the Elochoman Slough Marina and her experience with dogs made it perfect! My dog really enjoyed her time and was all smiles when we arrived. I’m glad to have found a future sitter for future fishing trips.”

“Trinity is very kind, gentle and responsible. She took great care of my puppy. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave a pet with her. She seems like a really great person who will go far and do well.”
“Mikki was absolutely great! She took the time to have a few meet ups with our puppy to make sure everyone got along well, and she had the patience of a saint for dealing with a puppy with all her quirks. We will definitely be reaching out and booking again for future sitting needs.”

About: Hi there! I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life—caring for them isn’t just second nature, it’s something I truly love. I grew up with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I’ve spent years helping out neighbors by watching their pets while they were away. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or simply being a calm and comforting presence, I bring attentiveness and compassion to every pet I care for. Recently, my husband and I welcomed a rescue dog, Grim, into our family through Oregon Dog Rescue. He is the goofiest, sweetest boy and has been an incredible addition to our home. Grim gets along exceptionally well with other dogs and people, and we have never once had an incident with him. He is well-behaved, trained, and truly enjoys the company of other pets. Having a dog who is so gentle, social, and adaptable allows me to confidently provide a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for any pets in my care. What sets me apart is my deep emotional connection to animals, my reliability, and my ability to pick up on each pet’s unique needs. I don’t just watch your pet—I make sure they feel safe, loved, and at home while you’re away. I am currently going to school full time at WSU completely online. Other than that, I am not working right now so this gives me the opportunity to have a lot of free time! I can complete my school work from anywhere with my laptop. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and creating a safe, loving space for them is something I take seriously. I live on 10 acres of private property, giving your dog plenty of room to explore in a peaceful, secure environment. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I care for each dog as if they were my own—offering calm companionship, routine, and individualized attention. I can easily accommodate crate-trained pups or provide a cozy space for rest, and I always follow your preferences to ensure your pet feels safe and loved while you’re away.

My services include house drop in visits, and dog walking. I am always open to creating customized care plans to suit individual client needs. I am very flexible and willing to work you to ensure your fur baby is happy, healthy, and comfortable in your absence. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have. I look forward to working with your and your animals!😇 *Prices may vary depending on level of care needed. I currently work a full time job, and come home on my lunch break everyday to check on my dog. There’s about 3 - 4 hours the dog may be left alone. So if you require dog boarding, your dog needs to be crate trained and I request that you bring their crate from home. I am willing to make exceptions just explain your situation. I have an unfenced at shared yard which my dog plays amazing in! Lots of space for the dogs to run and play. There are also some amazing trails and beach access near by that are perfect for nice walks.
About: I am an experienced caregiver of pets. In my family is Otis the dog, cats Earl and Sarah, a Galah Cockatoo named Warren and Henry and Marty McFly the budgies. Otis gets along with both dogs and cats and loves to have a buddy to romp with in the yard. I have met some of the most wonderful caregivers here on Rover who helped when I’ve needed to go out of town and would love to help other pet parents when they need to be away for a time. I will provide photos and keep you updated for your peace of mind. I work part-time night shift. My schedule varies but I have lots of availability for feathered and furry friends. Please feel free to check with me about your pet care needs. I have a fenced yard and can provide supervised outdoor playtime or cuddling on the couch. Our dog Otis loves company and to have playmates visit. He gets along really well with other dogs and with cats.

“Rebecca was great! I asked for her help with dog walking since I work at home I don’t have all the time to dedicate. Not only did she walk them but she also work with my dogs on some training. I felt like she really knew what she was doing. She gave me a lot of photos and videos so I felt super secure about what happened during the walk. She also provided me with an update on how to walk went.”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old, my senior girl I’ve had since then is 18 yrs old and still going strong! I have two big Great Pyrenees/ Saint Bernard mixes and we take them on walks regularly. I work a nine to five and am free on weekends, so I hang out and take care of my pets in the evenings when I get off work. “Raegan was amazing! She gave updates and sent pictures of our pup that made us feel so confident in our decision to board for the weekend. I would recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter/boarding. I wish I found her sooner. Highly recommend!”
