“Sheena took great care of our 4-month old puppy and 4-year old Moodle. We did a meet and greet and our nervous puppy liked her immediately. During our trip, we got pictures and updates whenever we asked for them as Sheena responded quickly. When we picked them up, we got a full report of everything they did with a wonderful update on eating, playing, pooping, etc. Sheena is very experienced and provided dog and child socialization for our puppy in a safe and structured environment. The pups came home tired, well-behaved, and very happy. As a bonus, we paid Sheena to do a little nail trimming since she is a professional groomer as well. “About 1-1/2 months ago, we brought in a stray cat who was very scared of everything. Unfortunately, we had previously planned a 10 day trip and so were concerned as to what to do about our new cat, Percy. We searched online and discovered Rover. Bridgette, who does pet sitting through Rover, agreed to be at our home over the 10 day period when we would be gone. We are grateful that Bridgette was able to stay 24 hours a day as Percy was just too new to be left alone for long periods of time. We were delighted with the work she did for us. She was very responsible and we felt comfortable leaving her in charge of our home and Percy. Bridgette is very sweet and soft-spoken which was perfect for our anxious cat. He was very wary of her and hid away for much of the time, but Bridgette continued to care for his needs, plus her presence in our home must have given him a sense of companionship. About: I have taken care of just about every type of animal since I was young (dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, hedgehogs, gerbils, snakes, etc.) I've trained and raised several puppies and kittens. The majority of the animals in my life were adult animals and if they were family pets, they stayed with us until it was time to cross the rainbow bridge so I also have a fair amount of experience with senior care as well. As a college student, I plan my schedule carefully, which allows me to stay organized and consistent with feeding times, walks, and check-ins. I genuinely enjoy being around animals, and spending time with them is something I look forward to throughout the week. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. I make sure pets are always supervised, comfortable, and kept in a calm environment where they feel secure. In a client's home, I carefully follow the pet's normal routine for feeding, walks, medications, and playtime so they experience as little disruption as possible. I also pay close attention to behavior and body language to make sure pets are feeling safe and happy. I respect my clients' homes and keep spaces clean, secure doors and gates, and communicate regularly with updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are being well cared for.
About: I have taken care of my dog for several months, kept up with his training and spend time playing. Puppies need extra attention to grow into healthy adults. Adults need just as much affection and some play time. I work full-time weekdays but I am available in the evenings. Saturdays are free for me to play with dogs and take care of them. I can manage keeping up with a dogs training and take care of their needs at the same time! Who needs their dogs loved on or watched over?
About: Growing up I was raised on a farm so there’s not a day where I haven’t been surrounded by animals. Whether it be going to a 4-H show on the weekend or going on a run with the dogs, we always had an animal with us. I now have a golden retriever and she’s like another kid to me so I completely understand wanting to find someone you can trust with your animal while you’re gone. I can guarantee that I will treat your pet as my own, and give them the love, care, and attention they need until you come home. I am more than happy to keep you updated on anything you’d like to know and do anything to accommodate you and your pet😊 I’m currently only working 2 days a week and am very blessed to be home with my 2 year old, so I’m available throughout the day, and I am more than willing to spend it with all the pups! I’ve always loved being around animals, so it’s a nice way for me to escape the day to day responsibilities 😊 I have a 2 year old daughter so she would accompany your pup and I on any walks we take. As for my drop-in pups, I’m happy care for them in any way their owner needs, and I’m happy to bring Mazy (my golden) over for a play date if your dog needs one!
About: I have worked at veterinarians, pet stores, and animal shelters, with pets of all kinds. I love walkng, cuddling and hanging out with all dogs. I’m a stay at home mom on a farm. I love spending time with my animals and also have a Sniffspot so other dogs can enjoy our space. When your dog first gets here they can smell around all the new smells and then decide if they want to interact with the other animals or not. I supervise any interactions to keep everyone safe. All dogs are welcome to be inside or outside. We have 5 fully fenced acres.

“Sheena took great care of our 4-month old puppy and 4-year old Moodle. We did a meet and greet and our nervous puppy liked her immediately. During our trip, we got pictures and updates whenever we asked for them as Sheena responded quickly. When we picked them up, we got a full report of everything they did with a wonderful update on eating, playing, pooping, etc. Sheena is very experienced and provided dog and child socialization for our puppy in a safe and structured environment. The pups came home tired, well-behaved, and very happy. As a bonus, we paid Sheena to do a little nail trimming since she is a professional groomer as well. Highly recommend Sheena and we will certainly be back!”

“My dogs mean everything to me and it can be difficult to find a dog sitter who understands the assignment. Allison understood the assignment. My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”
