About: I’m from the Seattle area and I’ve been with Rover since 2018. In 2020 I got married to Micaiah my husband. When we married we added an additional cat to the family that belonged to him. So we have 4 cats. Before Rover I volunteered at PetsMart with Purrfect pals. One day a week I would help with cleaning, playing, and as a team member I helped cats find a furrrever home. My first cat in my life was when I was 8. I have always enjoyed pets and nature. So I decided to combine walking and dogs. Walks in the park or just around the block. I’m looking to be your new regular dog walker. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pets!! I’m also a very detail and observant person so walks, sittings, and daycare services would also have a description of how your pet is doing. I chart any different behavior or eating habits along with health concerns. Updates with photos would be a priority. I'd also ask for the dog's vet info and emergency contacts. Have a paw-some day! My schedule is flexible. I usually find clients prefer weekday schedule M-F routine for walks. This is my full time job! My time is your time! I’m very safety cautious. I will keep updates and photos on the pet regularly during the day. I also request the pet’s medical information and their vet clinic. I’m pretty flexiable with scheduling. I try my best to fit in the schedule my clients want for their pets. Only days I need off for two hours are Sunday and Thursday. For security and safety I please ask for NO GUNS OR SUBSTANCES in house. I want to feel safe in the environment same goes for your pets. Thanks! I’m making this a full time job. M-F. About: I have had animal experience since the age of 10. I feel like all animals are family, I hate cruelty to animal I love them as if they were all mine. Their health and behavior are my priority. But now i can’t house any dogs so id love to take care of yours ! I am currently in college at EWU and on the track and cross country team . About: I’ve grown up with a wide variety of pets and have been missing hanging out with furry friends since moving into my dorm this year. I have experience both owning and looking after pets at every age, from puppies to elderly dogs (who will forever be puppies in my heart). I’m also experienced with giving dogs medicine. Pets hold a special connection with us and they deserve the best most attentive care during their whole lives. I am a senior in college so my schedule is relatively relaxed. Typically my days consist of no more than 2 in person classes, giving me time in the mornings and evenings either before or after class. Though I cannot offer housing myself I can easily look after your pet in the comfort of their own home. I always request meeting with you prior to sitting in order to become accustomed to your style of pet parenting and insure I am able to give your pets the exact type of care they need. This can range from regular walks, feedings at specific times, or even just spending time with an anxious pet. About: I’ve had many dogs in my family. I currently have three dogs, two of which are golden retrievers and the other one is an Australian shepherd. I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember and love the responsibility. I can handle energy dogs from experience of having one myself as well. I wake up and take my Australian Shepard on a walk. The other two dogs go on runs with my mom every morning. I get out of school before anyone else so I’m home with the dogs and will take them out and then feed them when it’s time. I do not have crates for any of my dogs nor do I have a fence. But I have crate trained puppies before so am used to doing that.

About: Dogs seem to love me because I love them. We have a lot of fun! I make them feel valued and important. I give them lots of attention and love. Because I'm fair and big on respect, they feel safe loved calm and happy. They really thrive on that Dogs really need to get out run and play. I take them early in the morning and then at dusk. This is important for their mental as well as physical well being. It's the best part of my day. Also I have calm uplifting music playing during the day which aides to a calm relaxed atmosphere and they seem to really enjoy it. I have two dogs that compete and play frisbee and I can teach your dog too. I also like good nutritious treats and make my own. Dogs are God's wonderful complement to mankind. I love them!!!

About: years full of pet experience , house sitting for my aunts & uncles. capable of giving shots to dogs as i have been doing for a year or two watching my aunts dog that is diabetic & needed an insulin shot every time she ate! i am such an animal lover whether your pet needs physical affection or just someone around to keep company. i am currently a student , i have three long days , i am in school monday, tuesday & wednesday from 9am-7:30pm. if your pet is super low maintenance i can be there in the morning before school & come over after school , but thursday-sunday would be best because i am available throughout the whole days those four days for those higher maintenance pets :) i love showing pets the love & attention that they deserve. from belly scratching , toy playing , i am pretty active even small walks for the dogs says a lot! i am unable to board pets at my own home but anytime you need a sitter around im there for your fur babies!

About: I can’t offer any services after August! I will be moving out for college :) I’ve had dogs of my own since I was a kid. I currently have three dogs, one being a chihuahua puppy, so you can imagine the trouble they all get in. I also petsit for my neighbors two dogs and cat often! I’m currently finishing up high school in my senior year, and I’m enrolled in Running Start at Eastern Washington University, so I have a very flexible schedule. I only have one early class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and two day classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Quality time with pets is so important! Making sure hyper dogs get exercise and enrichment is a basic goal while petsitting. I also water plants, clean up, and feed pets, along with taking them on walks when requested.
About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. Studying wildlife biology / pre vet science with the end goal of being a wildlife veterinarian. I’ve personally owned pets all my life including many dogs, cats, fish, insects and lizards. Additionally I've been on Rover for years as a teen but my mother owned the account (if you’d like proof of that I can give my mothers account to see my prior experience) but I did all the sitting. Now that I’m an adult in college I plan on continuing it myself. During this summer I am just taking one summer online course and doing some volunteer odd jobs so I am extremely flexible and available. Whenever you prefer at whatever frequency you want I most likely can make it work. While I don’t offer pets in my home I am very familiar with managing pets in others homes. Just tell me what you and the pet is comfortable with and I will follow it. Additionally any messes that may happen I will make sure to clean throughly. My #1 priority is your pet’s health, mental and physical. However the very next priority is your home. When house sitting I’m more than aware of the need to be respectful of the space. I will do my best to leave it just as I found it, or even cleaner.

So, I've gotten very good at reading their body language and comforting them when they are upset. I have volunteered with the Humane Society and other rescue programs and I have experience with a variety of animals, both large and small. I am a former medical professional that has experience with veterinary first aid and I am also familiar with multiple dog training techniques. At Cookie's Companions, safety always comes first! We try to meet all of our clients prior to the stay to be sure that pets are comfortable, but we do take same day visits on a case by case basis. If I am dropping in, I follow owner instructions carefully and I come with dog treats at the ready to let your little one know that I am a friend! When walking, leashes are always used, and with large dogs I usually have a second leash that hooks to my waist, just as an added security measure. I always use sidewalks and safety crossings as well.

I love all and every type of animal, I have two dogs and cared for many others, some breeds including labs, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, mini pinchers, and more. About: I’ve grown up with a wide variety of pets and have been missing hanging out with furry friends since moving into my dorm this year. I have experience both owning and looking after pets at every age, from puppies to elderly dogs (who will forever be puppies in my heart). I’m also experienced with giving dogs medicine.
