About: I’m from the Seattle area and I’ve been with Rover since 2018. In 2020 I got married to Micaiah my husband. When we married we added an additional cat to the family that belonged to him. So we have 4 cats. Before Rover I volunteered at PetsMart with Purrfect pals. One day a week I would help with cleaning, playing, and as a team member I helped cats find a furrrever home. My first cat in my life was when I was 8. I have always enjoyed pets and nature. So I decided to combine walking and dogs. Walks in the park or just around the block. I’m looking to be your new regular dog walker. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pets!! I’m also a very detail and observant person so walks, sittings, and daycare services would also have a description of how your pet is doing. I chart any different behavior or eating habits along with health concerns. Updates with photos would be a priority. I'd also ask for the dog's vet info and emergency contacts. Have a paw-some day! My schedule is flexible. I usually find clients prefer weekday schedule M-F routine for walks. This is my full time job! My time is your time! I’m very safety cautious. I will keep updates and photos on the pet regularly during the day. I also request the pet’s medical information and their vet clinic. I’m pretty flexiable with scheduling. I try my best to fit in the schedule my clients want for their pets. Only days I need off for two hours are Sunday and Thursday. For security and safety I please ask for NO GUNS OR SUBSTANCES in house. I want to feel safe in the environment same goes for your pets. Thanks! I’m making this a full time job. M-F. I’m flexible with the scheduling. I’m open to picking up and dropping off clients dogs. Dogs will have one of us home with them. I have a fenced yard and five cats. I was particularly encouraged because Roscoe has tended to have stress colitis when boarded which caused diarrhea. She not only did the necessities of clean litter box and area, fresh water and food, but took the time each visit to keep our shy Tribble kitty company for awhile, giving her some companionship and trying to build her trust. Loved Hayley for her patience and TLC of our quirky cat! Communication and regular photos (as much as a hiding cat can be photographed, ha) were appreciated and encouraging during our long trip. About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10 years old, any breed or size. I even used to have 2 of my own before they passed away . But now i can’t house any dogs so id love to take care of yours ! I am currently in college at EWU and on the track and cross country team . I have class part day and run part of the day so hard to work a regular job and need something to do in the mean time like walk someone’s dogs or feed some cats ! They took us nearly a week to come out of their shells and be themselves. With Cynthia and her family, it appears they only a day or two! When I got them back, Todd (the usually more outgoing kitty) looked somewhat depressed the next day. He seemed to miss his new-found friends and home! About: I’ve had many dogs in my family. I currently have three dogs, two of which are golden retrievers and the other one is an Australian shepherd. I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember and love the responsibility. I can handle energy dogs from experience of having one myself as well. I wake up and take my Australian Shepard on a walk. The other two dogs go on runs with my mom every morning. I get out of school before anyone else so I’m home with the dogs and will take them out and then feed them when it’s time. I do not have crates for any of my dogs nor do I have a fence. But I have crate trained puppies before so am used to doing that.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for 10years and have cared for many different dogs breeds from young to senior. I was raised around many types of animals including horses, dogs, cats. My love for animals shows in my ability to be patient and assess their individual needs. Your animal will be well taken care of and have you feeling worry free. In my home I feed animals 2 times a day at 8am and 8pm. I take dogs out to go to the bathroom at 7:30am, 11:30am, 3:00pm, 6:00pm and lastly at 9:00pm. If your animals needs to go out after that I will do so. I have an unfenced yard but use a staked leash in the ground. I also can take them out on your leash if your more comfortable with that, but if your dog is a jumper (needing a 6ft fence) he/ she will be leashed walked for potty time and can walk them for a good period of time. Everyday at the best weathered part of the day or around noon I will be taking your fur-baby out for at least an hour walk or go to the dog park/ run if allowed during longer stays (more than 2 days). For the animals that I will be taking care of at their home I will feed them on the schedule that you have for them already and as close to those times as possible. I will take them on a 30 min walk at least once a day and give take them out to go to the bathroom once in the morning and once in the evening. If you let me know what needs to be done and it will be done as close to the times as possible Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special needs or allergies i.e. seasonal and/or food so I can take the appropriate measures to insure he/she has a wonderful time within those limits. I also request that you let me know of any behavioral needs that he/she has ahead of time. for example if they get along with other dogs and animals, or pull on there leash ( mainly for bigger dogs) etc.
“Leah watched my cat who has complex medical issues on short notice after another rover sitter canceled last minute. This was my first time using Rover and I was very nervous leaving my cat, but Leah did a wonderful job! She was able to get him comfortable with her almost immediately, which was genuinely shocking because he is very shy and wary of strangers. She was also able to come twice a day to provide him his meds. Leah was reliable, sent detailed updates, and went above and beyond to make him as comfortable as possible while we were away. I would highly recommend her, and plan to use her as a pet sitter again in the future!”

About: Dogs seem to love me because I love them. We have a lot of fun! I make them feel valued and important. I give them lots of attention and love. Because I'm fair and big on respect, they feel safe loved calm and happy. They really thrive on that Dogs really need to get out run and play. I take them early in the morning and then at dusk. This is important for their mental as well as physical well being. It's the best part of my day. Also I have calm uplifting music playing during the day which aides to a calm relaxed atmosphere and they seem to really enjoy it. I have two dogs that compete and play frisbee and I can teach your dog too. I also like good nutritious treats and make my own. Dogs are God's wonderful complement to mankind. I love them!!!

I respect their personal boundaries. I would have to come to you. I do work full time in the evenings from Tuesday to Friday generally from 3-11pm. At Cookie's Companions, safety always comes first! We try to meet all of our clients prior to the stay to be sure that pets are comfortable, but we do take same day visits on a case by case basis. If I am dropping in, I follow owner instructions carefully and I come with dog treats at the ready to let your little one know that I am a friend! When walking, leashes are always used, and with large dogs I usually have a second leash that hooks to my waist, just as an added security measure. I always use sidewalks and safety crossings as well.

About: Hello, my name is Taijah and I’m 23 years old. I am going to school to pursue a career in nursing. I love all and every type of animal, I have two dogs and cared for many others, some breeds including labs, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, mini pinchers, and more. I currently work part time and am in college. However, my availability is pretty flexible to care for me to care for your fur babies. I am able to provide play time, walks if needed and frequent potty breaks. I make sure if your pets are allowed or not allowed outside and proceed accordingly with my care for them while also making sure they are well taken care of
About: I have had animal experience since the age of 10. I feel like all animals are family, I hate cruelty to animal I love them as if they were all mine. Their health and behavior are my priority. And how much they need love.They count on us to take care of them that's what makes them good to us. I want puppies ( all dogs are puppies yo me)to feel wanted they will be loyal till the end. I have four puppies of my own and they are like my kids. I'd be loyal and caring to your poochies as if they was my own. My partner works remotely and he is a dog lover! So we both could accommodate any needs of walking or checking in on your animals at any time. I work 4 10’s but am typically available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to care for your fur babies I have a large yard behind my apartment with lots of grass!
