I also cared for my own dog for over a year after getting her when she was around 6 months old. She had a difficult past and had already had puppies at a very young age, so she needed extra patience, trust, and consistency. We have had our dog Kota(English-setter, 11 years old) since she was a puppy and my husband and I decided to adopt Ash(boxer, 6 years old) when he was only 1 year old. He was labeled free and the previous owner could not take care of him, plus he was not trained. He had never experienced grass before so when we first got him his paws would bleed and I got the opportunity to help heal him and hone in to correct his bad behavior skills. I would dedicate 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night to train him for a year before he started to trust me and we developed a wonderful relationship like we have with our Kota. I love all of our animal immensely and I believe that animals are not some inanimate object you have but a true companion in your life that deserves to be treated like family. I would love to care for your pet and I can provide some training while doing so in a positive reward environment. She’s very commutative about Max and let’s me know how their walks go he is a hyper little guy and I think he’s found a new best friend with her I know he really enjoys their walks together.”
About: I have been around animals my whole life. I grew up with two family dogs for 18 years, and caring for pets has just always come naturally to me. I also foster dogs, cats, and small critters, so I have experience with pets of all personalities, ages, and needs Pet care fits so naturally into my day because I genuinely love having animals around me. My schedule is super flexible. I’m in part-time school and work part-time so I have plenty of time. When pets are in my home, they’re treated like part of the family.
