My first dog, Angel, was a Beauceron mix with a blue tongue. She was my best friend, my protector, my shadow. I loved her fiercely. She went over the rainbow bridge three years ago at the age of 14. About a year before she passed, our Kai Ken/Mudi mix, Cody Coyote, joined the family as her companion. This past summer, Corgi pup, Michael, moved in. My son's first official dog. We take regular walks together and they are always making us smile and laugh. I know how special pup companions are and I would love to help you care for yours. Daily walks with my pups are very important for me and for them. I need the movement, and they need to smell. On the weekend, I have more time to walk more pups, check on them, give potty breaks, or feed them. My pups have a fenced in yard and are able to take regular potty breaks every two to four hours. We take walks after I get off work. My pups eat breakfast before I work and eat dinner when my family does. I am available on weekends to give your pup/s potty breaks every two to four hours, up to three walks a day, and feeding in your home.

About: I am a recent college graduate from WSU with a degree in Animal Sciences. I have been around animals my entire life and have volunteered at multiple animal rescues. I have also worked in a vet clinic and have experience with caring, treating, and maintaining a calm and comforting atmosphere to keep animals happy. My most recent job position of two years at a doggy daycare and boarding facility as a senior monitor. I learned canine behavior in longevity by taking care of 40+ dogs a day. I currently have a part-time job, so I will have plenty of time caring for your fur baby. I am flexible with working out schedules and prefer clear communication so there is no mix-up. (I don't take new pets without a previous meet and greet, unless is an emergency case) My priority is to keep your pet safe, comfortable and fully entertained while you are away. Walks around the lake in our neighorhood surrounded by nature are a must do in our daily check list (sometimes we even take them to the mall to socialize and get free treats lol) As a pet sitter I'm offering house & pet walking/sitting opportunities to families (I'm willing to travel farther and pick up them by myself)! In the other hand, Kai is a medium size old doggy, he gets very excited with new pets but a few minutes later he just ignore them and likes to go back to take long naps on the couch. I have 2 friendly indoor cats, they mostly spend the day sleeping inside the bedroom or playing with the dogs from time to time.

Brian did a wonderful meet and greet with my boys (two newfoundlands) and walked them today without me..that may seem like a strange thing to say but Byron (my younger boy) refuses to go on a walk for anyone but me - not even my husband! He was perfectly fine on going on the walk with Sinjin (my older boy) and Brian. No temper tantrums, no refusal to walk. NONE of it. Brian took them on a good walk, they had fun and their were no problems.”

I work from home Tuesdays to Fridays. So as long as I have connection to Wi-Fi, I am able to spend my day with your pets. I will respect your home and leave the space as I found it. I do require meet and greets for overnight care bookings. About: I’ve almost always had a dog and/or cat(s) in my home. I’ve been the primary caregiver for my current dog for over 8 years now. She is a highly anxious dog who has to have pills medication twice daily for years now. So I’m very comfortable with administering pills to dogs. I’m most familiar with anxious dogs and they almost always calm down relatively quickly to my gentle grounded nature. I enjoy seeing how happy a simple walk or hike can give a dog and love to give them many opportunities to do so. I have several years experience with pet/house sitting for neighbors and friends. My discipline style = positive reinforcement and gentle but firm reminders. Redirecting their attention typically works wonders. My schedule is currently open to new clients. About: I have cared for my own dogs since I was a child, and have spent time petsitting for neighbors and friends as well. I worked at a dog daycare for a year, which I loved. I'm not working right now so I have time on my hands to care for your dogs! I am not available on weekends or on Wednesday evenings as I have class. When I house sit for you I am able to do whatever it is your dog is used to, whether it's playing with toys, going on walks or running in the yard, I'll be sure to give your pet what they need at all times.
