“Kim hosted a great stay for our 14 lb dog for an extended weekend! Her communication and response time is exceptional, she keeps a very clean and organized home, and sends lots of pictures. She also has a fenced in yard with chicken wire along the bottom to prevent escapees. Heads up that she may use doggie diapers at the beginning, until your dog learns the routine and understands where to go to ask to go out, JIC your dog has an aversion to clothes. Grateful to have her nearby!”

I needed a dog sitter for about 12 hours and Minnie was a perfect fit. My pup took to her well during our meet and greet and during daycare she sent me tons of photo updates throughout the day. About: I grew up around cats, dogs and hamsters. We have had 2 boxers previously, one of which I have cared for through his late senior years, so I know what extra special care senior animals may need. I am comfortable diaper-changing, walking a their pace and administering medications. I have experience house-sitting and pet-sitting for various pets throughout my life — mostly cats and dogs. My son currently has a Leopard Gecko, so I have some insight into caged reptiles too, but am willing to learn more and care for them too, if needed. I am a Stay-at-Home-Mom with an open schedule. Aharon works from home most of the time. With just one dog at home it would be easy to add another. It’s easy to add another to the pack! We take our dogs outside for exercise twice a day and have play sessions in between. We have 1200 sqft of interior space for the dogs to play and chill with a fenced backyard. There’s also a dog park almost right in our backyard where we go to all the time. The area is residential and lots of families around that know us.

I’ve been caring for dogs for over 20 years, and I truly understand how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s care. I raised two Labradors from puppies all the way to 17 and 18 years old, and I’ve also cared for many small dogs over the years. Every dog is different, so I always take the time to learn their routine, personality, and what helps them feel comfortable. After my own dogs passed, I realized how much I still wanted dogs to be part of my life. Just let me know what works best for you and your pup. If you need a little extra time, extended care is available at $15 per additional hour. Please let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly. 🐈Since cats are often more comfortable in their own space, I generally do not offer daycare for cats. I’m always happy to provide in-home drop-in care, where your cat can remain relaxed in a familiar environment. ⸻ 🏡 Boarding Policy 🏡 When your pup stays overnight with me, they’ll be treated like family and enjoy a cozy, home-style environment. You can expect me to spend at least 20 hours a day with your pup — this includes overnight care, plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day, and a calm, comforting presence at night. That said, I may step out briefly for personal errands like grocery shopping, meals, or other short outings, but your pup will never be left alone for extended periods. I always make sure they are safe, comfortable, and well cared for when I’m away. ⸻ 🚪 Pet Sitting Policy 🚪 When staying in your home, I promise to respect both your pets routine and your space with the utmost care. I will spend at least 20 hours a day in your home, always planning my schedule around your pup’s walks, meals, and comfort. Most importantly, I will stay overnight to keep your pups company they’ll never have to sleep alone. Their routine is my top priority, and I aim to make them feel calm, loved, and secure while you’re away. Before I leave, I will return your home to the way it was clean, tidy, and as if I was never there. ⸻ 💛 What You Can Expect I treat every fur baby like family and always follow their routine. “Such an amazing stay! My 11m old puppy hasn’t been away from me that often and I was a bit worried in the beginning. Their big yard and all the doggy friends made it a dog park for my Yumi, she had so much fun even in this Seattle weather! I am especially thankful for Janessa’s work to settle her inside and during the night, since Yumi is still a curious puppy. Would recommend this place 100%!
