About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. As a stay at home mom, I have plenty of time to watch your loved ones while you’re away. We have an active but relaxed home. We currently have one extremely friendly, well socialized shepherd mix dog who gets along with every dog he meets. Over the years I’ve cared for friends’ and family’s dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. My kids love dogs and are able to let new dog friends acclimate without pestering. We walk the neighborhood every night and play in the backyard. I am a stay at home mom with elementary aged kids. Especially during the school year, I am almost always at home. My husband also works full time from home so there is always someone here to keep an eye on things. We have a great schedule in place for our dog in terms of potty breaks and feeding. We have a fully fenced back yard and a lovely neighborhood full of sidewalks to go on long evening walks. In our home, dogs are part of the family. They are allowed on the couch and sleep in our bedroom. Our dog has a nice schedule for feeding and going potty and he loves sunbathing on the back patio.

About: I've grown up constantly around dogs and taking care of them. My family and I would often get dogs from shelters, so behavioral issues are no problem for me! About: Hi! We're Gina and James and we're so excited to welcome your dog into our home! We have been dog sitting in our home for over 5 years but took a break from Rover as we were taking care of our senior corgi. After our dog crossed the rainbow bridge we decided to open our home back up to dogs again. We have 1 dog, Toby, and we're blessed to be able to both work from home full time. Our house has a large fully fenced backyard and dogs have furniture privilege. We consider ourselves pet parents and love to spoil our dogs with lots of walks and playtime. We care deeply about your dogs safety and will ensure they are looked after as if they are our own. We have a gate separating the kitchen from the rest of the home so we can ensure there is no counter surfing and provide separation during mealtimes. We look forward to meeting you and your dog! James works from home full time and I am waiting to start nursing school in January 2027 so I have free time to spend with dogs! James is up early so can give out breakfast and do potty breaks for dogs first thing in the morning. We usually take a 2 mile sniffy walk around 10am and an afternoon walk can be added if needed We have a fully fenced backyard with lots of room for dogs to play. In our home we have a gate separating the kitchen from the rest of the house.
About: Have had dogs my whole life. Grew up on a ranch with working dogs. Was a 4-H leader, showed Bernese Mountain Dogs. Ellie and Beau are my two four legged Corgi kids. I live by myself with my dogs. Enjoy walking and training for the Portland to Coast event. I am a school bus driver so I get up early feed and short walk the dogs, go to work come home in 2-3 hours then we go on a nice long walk (weather permitting) then head back to work after being home for 3-4 hours. Run the bus for a couple hours then back home around 5 pm. Feed then short walk before bed. All over night stays comes with free walks. I have a fenced in small back yard with gazebo. There is a doggie door for small dogs. Water available inside and outside. Crating available if needed.
About: I grew up in a family that owned dogs all of my life. I also pet sat (both cats and dogs) for many family friends over the years, even helping look over a dog team once when I lived in Alaska. Furthermore, I am capable of going on long walks or short ones, playing fetch or tug of war for extended periods, or just chillin' at home providing all the belly rubs and scratches as possible. I recently just moved to the Vancouver area, and I am seeking full-time employment. Thus, as of right now, my schedule is wide open, which makes me available anytime and any day (even weekends) to take care your pet. I am flexible for how will care for your pet in your home. If your pet requires a lot of attention and play time, then I am more than willing to take them to the backyard or nearest park to let them play to their hearts content. Or, if your pet is shy or getting older, I can certainly give them their space.
About: In my life I’ve taken care of 3 mid sized dogs as well as around 8 cats. I’m new to the profession pet sitting and care aside from friends and family but I know that for the rest of my life I want to spend time with our animal friends and learn more about them! I have full availability with scheduling. I have transportation to do in house visits but pickup and drop offs might get difficult depending on the size of your dog. I can make regular stops at your place to do check-ins/feedings/walks. I would be able to do longer visits if needed or even overnight if available.

“Grandpa’s Doggy Den is the best! Steve took great care of our dog Chester during a one week stay. He kept us updated and sent photos and videos which we were happy to receive. Steve’s love of dogs is obvious by the way he cares for each dog individually making sure their needs are met and they enjoy their stay and have fun! I highly recommend Grandpa’s Doggy Den!”

“Left my pups (and houseplants) with Jenny while I was gone on vacation over the Christmas holidays. She was great, and the pups were pooped when I brought them home! I happened to have a vet appointment for Max that I'd scheduled a couple of days after my vacation. Both dogs had lost a few pounds, yeah! And Max's back right knee was doing very well, no swelling, heat or favoring. Jenny and her family did a great job with keeping an eye on him and keeping him from overdoing it. They were also very understanding when I managed to screw up my pickup date. I'd inadvertently written down my return flight on the day before it was actually scheduled, so I'd scheduled their pickup time for the next day, just about at the time when my flight was supposed to depart. And of course, the flight was delayed about two and a half hours. Luckily, I was able to pick them up about 5 hours after the designated pickup time. I will definitely be looking to her for boarding again in the future!”
