About: My family and I have been around large breeds our whole lives. We’ve had two German Shepherds, Beauty and Beast, who have passed onto the rainbow bridge in 2020 and 2025. Our two kids have been around dogs of all breeds and are comfortable and respectful of furbabies. I’m a stay-at-home mom so I’m home all day so there will be many belly-rubs and lots of love and attention! Our fenced in yard has a lot of room for play and exploring! I will be the only adult responsible for caring and watching your pets. “Alexandra has proved herself to be a great cat-sitter. She followed our cat care instructions very well. She spent time with them in the evening/night when they get the most lonely(they sleep most of the day), gave them wet food on schedule, checked their water fountains, dry food dispensers and litter robot to make sure they were in order, and cleaned up after Boo when he puked. When we came home, the cats seemed emotionally very well and cared for. I could tell she had spent the right amount of time with them and given them enough attention, because they were not upset, stressed or angry at me for leaving them as they would be if they had not been attended to sufficiently. Alexandra was also very kind to our apartment while she was over, leaving it very clean. Best of all, she was easy to communicate with while we were away. I definitely recommend her as a pet sitter!”

About: I’ve been fostering pets for SCRAPs for the past two years, but having those little squirts living at my house 2-3 weeks at a time was getting to be a bit much! I’m mostly interested in doing this so I can have more dog time with a little less responsibility, haha! My forever babies are a black cat named Jet and a border collie named Zo, both rescues. The kitten will pretty much stay out of the way of the dogs (she thinks she’s too good...hah!) but my dog is the friendliest girl. I know the area well and my neighborhood is very dog friendly and safe for walking. I have experience taking care of animals with anxiety and that are recovering from surgery. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats all my life. I’m a huge animal lover, and have experience with cats, dogs, horses, fish, parrots, and chickens. I moved from Virginia to Washington to attend grad school at Eastern Washington University. In California, I was a hospice caretaker for a 21 year old dog with cancer. I know how to give medicine as well as cook for your pet’s special dietary needs if necessary. I’m a super active person so I don’t mind going on long walks with your dog. I enjoy the exercise! I have experience with a wide range of breeds and even have experience with coyotes! I can give cats insulin as well. Whatever your pet needs, I can provide. I am an adjunct at Eastern Washington University. I teach English comp courses Mon-Fri. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I teach from 9am to 12pm. I get weekends and every holiday off as well as summers. I take a break from teaching starting early December to the first week of January and for the month of March. I can be with your pet most of the day, but need to be gone when I teach. Unfortunately I just moved into a small apartment that doesn’t allow pets, but I’m happy to pet sit at your home and give your pet a safe environment to play in.

About: As a young kid, my family bred Saint Bernards. By all means, I am from a "dog family." I grew up walking, feeding, cleaning stalls, etc. dogs much larger than me. Eventually and gradually we would adopt several mixed-breed dogs and other strays who we loved just as much as our Saints. On top of this, however, I was also proud to be responsible for a beautiful, sassy cat, from a younger kitty to her golden years. Moreover, some friends and I spent time trapping feral cats in West Central Spokane, specifically around where we lived and worked, then taking them to PetSavers for spay/neutering, and working to rehome them. I enjoy "working" with all kinds of dogs and cats. This includes seniors, those with health conditions, or those who simply benefit from extra patience and extra attention. You may already see me walking dogs in Cheney and Airway Heights. I would be glad to get to know your pet family and learn what everyone likes best and wants most. I currently work as a "hand" maintaining a lower-maintenance property in the greater Spokane County. This arrangement is semi-formal and provides ample flexibility in my schedule to meet the needs of your pet family. Each home and family is different, and expresses their love for the pet family in different ways. I am glad to meet your pet family where you are all at, and give us an opportunity to get to know each other. I talk low and slow by default, but can easily match the energy of your pet family. Dogs will enjoy their walks and time together and return a happy camper :-) Cats will have a dedicated eye on them and if your cat is a playful or affectionate type, their need to socialize will be met. I can usually coax most shy cats into some socializing or play time, and cats who are "protective" of one thing or another, and maybe not as friendly, still will also get ample care and attention.

About: My family and I have been around large breeds our whole lives. We’ve had two German Shepherds, Beauty and Beast, who have passed onto the rainbow bridge in 2020 and 2025. Our two kids have been around dogs of all breeds and are comfortable and respectful of furbabies. I’m a stay-at-home mom so I’m home all day so there will be many belly-rubs and lots of love and attention! Our fenced in yard has a lot of room for play and exploring! I will be the only adult responsible for caring and watching your pets. Let me know how best to care for your furbaby while you’re away, whether that is crate-training or walks, I will do what is best for you and your furbaby!

Our Luna has been a bit depressed since her stroke a few years ago but after coming home from doggy daycare with them she way spunky, happy, and is even spending more time outside with a smile whereas it was difficult to get her to enjoy much time outside before as she would want to go back into the house or wouldn’t leave the back porch much. I’m so happy to see her rolling in the dirt and playing now. This means the world!!! She requires a lot of care and they did an excellent job even wrapping her foot really well and keeping it protected.
