About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 11, and my love for them has only grown over the years. I have experience with everything from daily feeding, walks, playtime, and overnight stays to giving medications and providing extra support when a pet needs a little more attention. I’ve also had the rewarding experience of training my own service dog, which taught me the importance of patience, consistency, trust, and understanding each animal’s unique personality. I truly believe every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and cared for while their family is away. “Samantha was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency and she was able to take my 3 Basset Hounds within a couple of hours. They stayed with her for a week. My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. She will be my first contact should I need to board my babies again. Thank you, Samantha for making a stressful situation the easiest it could have been, and for taking such good care of my girls.”

About: As a young kid, my family bred Saint Bernards. By all means, I am from a "dog family." I grew up walking, feeding, cleaning stalls, etc. dogs much larger than me. Eventually and gradually we would adopt several mixed-breed dogs and other strays who we loved just as much as our Saints. On top of this, however, I was also proud to be responsible for a beautiful, sassy cat, from a younger kitty to her golden years. Moreover, some friends and I spent time trapping feral cats in West Central Spokane, specifically around where we lived and worked, then taking them to PetSavers for spay/neutering, and working to rehome them. I enjoy "working" with all kinds of dogs and cats. This includes seniors, those with health conditions, or those who simply benefit from extra patience and extra attention. You may already see me walking dogs in Cheney and Airway Heights. I would be glad to get to know your pet family and learn what everyone likes best and wants most. I currently work as a "hand" maintaining a lower-maintenance property in the greater Spokane County. This arrangement is semi-formal and provides ample flexibility in my schedule to meet the needs of your pet family. Each home and family is different, and expresses their love for the pet family in different ways. I am glad to meet your pet family where you are all at, and give us an opportunity to get to know each other. I talk low and slow by default, but can easily match the energy of your pet family. Dogs will enjoy their walks and time together and return a happy camper :-) Cats will have a dedicated eye on them and if your cat is a playful or affectionate type, their need to socialize will be met. I can usually coax most shy cats into some socializing or play time, and cats who are "protective" of one thing or another, and maybe not as friendly, still will also get ample care and attention.

About: Hello! I'm Taylor! My husband and I moved here from the Midwest a couple years ago and loved it so much we bought our first home! We brought our tuxedo cat, Benedict Mongoose "Goose" Cumberbatch, and our 15-year-old (but you wouldn't know it) puggle, Chuck, along for the ride, and they cannot wait to make friends with your fur babies! I am also more than happy to be available for pop-ins, walks, home/pet sitting, you name it! My love for animals is as old as I am. I grew up with sibling pairs of Great Danes, Shih Tzus, Rot/Lab mixes, and German Shepherds. I started caring for and riding horses at 10, helping at my Aunt Lucy's Paso Fino ranch, eventually riding Thoroughbreds and Arabians, learning new saddles and techniques, and volunteering my time caring/mucking for therapy horses at a nonprofit working with disabled children and adults through riding. I carried my love of animals through every stage of life. Helping people and caring for dogs, cats, horses, birds, homes, and the odd niece/nephew (easy when there are 32 of them) have been my life's constant joy. I raised my Goose since he was 8 weeks old, using everything Ive learned about cats from my siblings. Growing up, we constantly brought cats home in an attempt to secretly raise them before our mom eventually found us out and found the cats new homes. Though occasionally, they'd find themselves instead with new roles as barn employees. Eventually, I was allowed to have a cat, and that was it. I was hooked.
About: I’ve watched all kinds of dogs from puppies to the oldest of fellas. Some have had strict diets and medications that needed to be taken at specific times. I always make sure to give dogs plenty of exercise especially if they are crate trained, just get them tuckered out before needing to be put away for the night. House rules are always respected as well, your house is just as important as your dog! I am a full time student at SOU as well as an athlete so I will need to work around my class and practice schedule however, I scheduled classes to give me a little morning time and have evenings free! Periodic check-ins Monday-Thursday work best, staying full time at ones house works best Friday-Monday morning. While I can’t take in pets as I live in the dorms at SOU, I can carve out time to come meet the client and pets before the trip if that would give a sense of comfort, learn about the home and such. I am comfortable giving oral medicines to stubborn dogs, I have one myself! I have worked in houses that have cameras and/or pet cameras in and out of the house so I am comfortable with that too!

About: Ive always had pets growing up. Cats for the majority but I have babysat families with fish, cats, dogs, and farm animals. I enjoy being outside so it was always a joy. I am a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to watch any furry friends. I am available all days of the week besides Sundays I have a partially fenced yard and have 2 indoor cats. They go outside occasionally and avoid confrontation but are otherwise extremely nice and friendly. I always give my cats food and water on a schedule and am sure to include their wet foods for their health. About: I have had a dog since I was 5 and as I got older my responsibilities for pet care increased. I love all dogs as my own and have experience watching other dogs overnight. I am currently working part time in the afternoon. Roughly 3-4 hours a day. Before work I will ensure your dog’s needs are meet with bathroom breaks, breakfast and exercise. After work I am fully their for your furry friend is that means more exercise or companionship. During work your pet is free to roam my house if they are trained or I have a crate they can use. I also have a friendly bulldog of my own, so your pup will have a companion if they enjoy socializing with other dogs. About: Hello! I'm Taylor! My husband and I moved here from the Midwest a couple years ago and loved it so much we bought our first home! We brought our tuxedo cat, Benedict Mongoose "Goose" Cumberbatch, and our 15-year-old (but you wouldn't know it) puggle, Chuck, along for the ride, and they cannot wait to make friends with your fur babies! I am able to provide near constant supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of love and attention. Your fur baby will never be left alone for long periods, and I can easily adapt to their usual daily needs such as feeding and walking schedule. I have a fully fenced yard and two friendly resident pets: Chuck, our spry 15-year-old puggle who enjoys helping out in the garden, bunny hopping in the yard, hard-core cuddle sessions, and playing with his brother Goose (the cat), who likes dogs but also has plenty of high up hiding space, inaccessible to furry visitors. I ensure a safe, balanced environment by supervising all pet interactions closely. My home offers a structured routine, plenty of open space to play, and I can easily crate your dog if needed for bedtime or safety.

About: As a young kid, my family bred Saint Bernards. By all means, I am from a "dog family." I grew up walking, feeding, cleaning stalls, etc. dogs much larger than me. Eventually and gradually we would adopt several mixed-breed dogs and other strays who we loved just as much as our Saints. On top of this, however, I was also proud to be responsible for a beautiful, sassy cat, from a younger kitty to her golden years. Moreover, some friends and I spent time trapping feral cats in West Central Spokane, specifically around where we lived and worked, then taking them to PetSavers for spay/neutering, and working to rehome them. I enjoy "working" with all kinds of dogs and cats. This includes seniors, those with health conditions, or those who simply benefit from extra patience and extra attention. You may already see me walking dogs in Cheney and Airway Heights. I would be glad to get to know your pet family and learn what everyone likes best and wants most. I currently work as a "hand" maintaining a lower-maintenance property in the greater Spokane County. This arrangement is semi-formal and provides ample flexibility in my schedule to meet the needs of your pet family. Each home and family is different, and expresses their love for the pet family in different ways. I am glad to meet your pet family where you are all at, and give us an opportunity to get to know each other. I talk low and slow by default, but can easily match the energy of your pet family. Dogs will enjoy their walks and time together and return a happy camper :-) Cats will have a dedicated eye on them and if your cat is a playful or affectionate type, their need to socialize will be met. I can usually coax most shy cats into some socializing or play time, and cats who are "protective" of one thing or another, and maybe not as friendly, still will also get ample care and attention.
About: Ive always had pets growing up. Cats for the majority but I have babysat families with fish, cats, dogs, and farm animals. I enjoy being outside so it was always a joy. I am a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to watch any furry friends. I am available all days of the week besides Sundays I have a partially fenced yard and have 2 indoor cats. They go outside occasionally and avoid confrontation but are otherwise extremely nice and friendly. I always give my cats food and water on a schedule and am sure to include their wet foods for their health. I do have a baby, soon to be toddler, who loves our cats and just enjoys being in their presence

About: I won't just treat them as a "pet" I treat all animals as family. I have taken care of various dog and cats from family members and friends since I was a child. This included staying over, walking, feeding, training and playing. At the moment I am pursuing schooling for dog training so I have open availability for walks and drop ins! I have had experience with larger dogs (German shepherds, Great Pyerenese, Pitbulls and Saint Bernards) as well as small dogs (Chihuahua's, Shih Tzu and Dachshunds). Growing up I often cared for my neighbor's dogs while they were on vacation and I even had my own: he was a German Shepard/Golden Retriever mix. I also currently have a small dog of my own, a Chiweenie named Willie, who I absolutely adore! I have been a Rover sitter for several years and have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes and love them all!! Thanks for your consideration!! On the weekends I enjoy hiking and spending time outside and would love to bring your fur pup along! Throughout your pup’s stay, they will not be left alone for more than a few hours maximum. “Samantha was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency and she was able to take my 3 Basset Hounds within a couple of hours. They stayed with her for a week. My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. She will be my first contact should I need to board my babies again. Thank you, Samantha for making a stressful situation the easiest it could have been, and for taking such good care of my girls.”
