“We are so fortunate to have found Eileen to watch Kona, our 9 lb Shih Tzu. Eileen watched Kona for 4 days. Our communication started with texting, then we scheduled a meet and greet. She has a wonderful home, enclosed yard and porch which Kona took to immediately. When we dropped Kona off for our trip, she immediately went to the enclosed porch to look for any birds or squirrels that might have been nearby. Needless to say, there was no separation anxiety! Eileen sent us pictures in the morning and evening along with updates on how Kona was doing. We had complete peach of mind which allowed us to enjoy our trip. About: I won't just treat them as a "pet" I treat all animals as family. I have taken care of various dog and cats from family members and friends since I was a child. This included staying over, walking, feeding, training and playing with not just dogs, also goats and chickens too! About: Hi there! I have room for one more pup at a time and would love to watch your fur baby! I have 2 pups of my own and they get along well with others. I live on 16 wooded acres where the pups can play! I work from home remote for Abercrombie & Fitch and run two businesses on the side. I never leave for more than 2 hours at a time and often take the pups with me if I go! Because I take calls from home, it is important your pup is on the quieter side. We start the day with a 15 minute morning walk around 4:30am, a 30-minute walk around 2pm, and a 15 minute walk just before bed around 8:30pm. I'm also available to let them out throughout the day if they want to go out more than that.

About: Misty (my sweet 8-year-old Lab) and I have three acres to play on, with Chickens, ducks and dwarf goats to play with. We are outside almost all the time, weather permitting. If you want your dog to get a lot of attention and have a lot of fun instead of just sitting around, we might be the place for you! I'm retired so am available most days (Sunday through Friday) for extended hours. I am always with Misty so if we find the right dog or dogs to hang out with us I will be very flexible about hours. We have three acres completely fenced, although I am in the middle of upgrading the fence from 4 feet tall to 6 to keep out deer. In the morning we feed the animals and water the garden and ornamental flowers/bushes and trees. Then it is play time or projects. We play fetch, take the goats for a walk on the property, or go on an adventure walk to visit neighbor dogs and smell all of the things! In between playing I work on projects around the property. Planting, harvesting, landscaping, etc. In the heat we take breaks inside with air conditioning and in the cold we take breaks to warm up but we'd almost always rather be outside where the fun is!
About: Ive always had pets growing up. Cats for the majority but I have babysat families with fish, cats, dogs, and farm animals. I enjoy being outside so it was always a joy. I am a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to watch any furry friends. I am available all days of the week besides Sundays I have a partially fenced yard and have 2 indoor cats. About: Hello everyone! I'm Abby, I've been around dogs all my life from puppies to senior dogs including medically complex fur babies. In my photos, the brown dog was my fur baby for 4 years a rescue that ended up with cancer, me and him fought for 2 of those 4 years before having to say goodbye, I do not currently have any pets. Just a side note, I do have a full time job that is in 8 hour shifts and I can't change that. I am currently an online university student, so I have tons for free time to watch your fur babies, and to play with them so they won't be lonely while y'all are gone. For house sitting I'm down for whatever, for the drop in Sun-Sat 7am-3pm. I will treat the babies like family to play, walk, and spoil with lots of love. If wanted I will send updates and photos of the fur babies as I understand the anxiety of being away from your pets and wondering if they are okay.
About: I was born and raised on a farm so I have raised many different kinds of livestock and house pets. Animal care is one of my favorite things about living on the farm and I will treat your furry family members as one of my own. I am currently working a 4 days a week, 10 hours a day. I am able to get away during the work day for about an hour, so in that time I can come and let your pet out to potty or give them more food. On the days I am not working, I am completely free to be with your pet for as long as you need me. About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. Studying wildlife biology / pre vet science with the end goal of being a wildlife veterinarian. I’ve personally owned pets all my life including many dogs, cats, fish, insects and lizards. Additionally I've been on Rover for years as a teen but my mother owned the account (if you’d like proof of that I can give my mothers account to see my prior experience) but I did all the sitting. Now that I’m an adult in college I plan on continuing it myself. My #1 priority is your pet’s health, mental and physical. However the very next priority is your home. When house sitting I’m more than aware of the need to be respectful of the space. About: I won't just treat them as a "pet" I treat all animals as family. I have taken care of various dog and cats from family members and friends since I was a child. This included staying over, walking, feeding, training and playing with not just dogs, also goats and chickens too!
