About: Hi, I’m Brian! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had dogs and cats around the house, and it’s a tradition I’ve proudly continued into adulthood. Sadly, both of my beloved pugs passed away over the last few years. Right now, it's just me and my cat, Vader, so I would absolutely love to welcome a canine (or another feline) presence back into my home! I work at WSU and live a quiet, peaceful life here in Colfax. Because my home is a kid-free environment and I spend a lot of my time here, your pet will get plenty of focused attention, companionship, and love. I sometimes go out on the weekends but would be quite happy staying home if there is pet-sitting to do. I have a large fenced yard. I have a large linoleum dining and kitchen area that can easily be blocked off where messes are easy to clean up. I'm totally fine sharing my bed and furniture with a pet. It's a quiet, kid-free house well suited for even the most nervous dogs.

She sent us a few updates and said everything went well and Chewy was doing great! Some people may want more frequent updates, but personally we appreciated that she wasn’t sending us a million pictures every day lol. It was the right amount of updates to know he was ok while still enjoying our vacation when we couldn’t be on our phones all that much. Also, she even offered to pick him up and drop him off which made things so much easier for us with all the packing and crazy travel. About: I’m from the Seattle area and I’ve been with Rover since 2018. In 2020 I got married to Micaiah my husband. When we married we added an additional cat to the family that belonged to him. So we have 4 cats. Before Rover I volunteered at PetsMart with Purrfect pals. One day a week I would help with cleaning, playing, and as a team member I helped cats find a furrrever home. My first cat in my life was when I was 8. I have always enjoyed pets and nature. So I decided to combine walking and dogs. Walks in the park or just around the block. My schedule is flexible. I usually find clients prefer weekday schedule M-F routine for walks. This is my full time job! My time is your time! I’m very safety cautious. I will keep updates and photos on the pet regularly during the day. I also request the pet’s medical information and their vet clinic. I’m pretty flexiable with scheduling. I try my best to fit in the schedule my clients want for their pets. Only days I need off for two hours are Sunday and Thursday. About: I’ve owned pets from bearded dragons, tree frogs, Guinea pigs, hamsters, and dogs big and small. I love animals and I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, tarantulas (assisting with shedded skin stuck), and exotic frogs. Nonetheless she was able to coordinate with the sitter and complete the handoff. And Milo was a happy camper as usual in her house. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs ever since I was a young girl. Nieghbor’s, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and simply give their pet attention. I have had pet my entire life and have loved every single one. About: I've taken care of dogs, cats and other animals since I can remember! I've had experience with young puppies with zero training to older dogs/cats who may be more fragile. Aggressive animals don't alarm me and I'm always able to find a trust in the animal I'm around:) I'm a full time student but have time gaps through the week that I want to be filled! Weekends are normally very open. I can usually accommodate so don't hesistate to reach out. I often take care of my families friendly and older golden retriever that loves making friends and sleeping all day! My neighborhood is great for long walks and sometimes a good run. The other girl said she couldn’t take her, but Brandy had already responded saying that they would love to have her and I could bring her as soon as I got there. I pulled up literally 21 minutes later she was outside waiting greeted us And took us no problem and told me to take my time. We got back a couple hours later to pick her up and my dog did not even want to come home with me. I recommended her to all the parents at the WSU campus who were visiting their kids and I will absolutely use her if I’m ever back in the Moscow area . 10 out of 10.”

About: My experience with dogs has ranged from personal ownership: (raised with two mixed breeds, and owned a WHIPPET for fourteen years), to boarding dogs, to working at a doggie daycare, and working for a dog walking company. Currently I am a stay at home mom to three kids- so I am home most of the time, including weekends. If I do step out, for errands, appointments, and such, I will absolutely make sure your pet has had enough walks/potty breaks. We have a fenced yard, and a great neighborhood for walking. My family, and I will work consistently to make sure your pooch feels comfortable, and loved. That said, for safety reasons I choose not to share photos of my kids on my profile page- regardless, they are great with dogs! My time is flexible in that I can work around my families schedule to provide boarding for your pet(s). We look forward to meeting you/them! I can provide care for your dog(s), by following the schedule you have set for them. I love walking, and playing fetch with dogs! About: I’ve taken care of a good amount of breeds from huskies to chihuahuas. I have loved every single one that it melts my heart every time i see them. I have a dog of my own and she’s a sassy silly lazy girl. I enjoy cuddling with dogs and just having fun with them. About: My husband and I have had our own dogs, cats, and other more exotic pets for decades and we love them dearly. When asked if we have children, we often state, "Yes we do! Some have fur and some do not!" While traveling, we know all too well what a hassle and expense it can to obtain care for pets who need to be left behind. It also can be a distressing thought to realize they will be in a small cage for most of the day if you leave them at a traditional kennel. We love providing a better option for you when it comes to pet care. We've often tended the animals of family and friends throughout the years, and now have over a year of Rover sitting under our belts as well - not to mention having had many dogs of our own all throughout our marriage. My husband and I are glad to be able to open our home to others while they are away so that good care for their dogs can be obtained at a reasonable price. We strive to give our boarded furry guests the same experience we would like our own animals to have when we travel. Brady works from home with a flexible schedule, and thus he can provide fairly constant supervision and potty breaks. We have a spacious & grassy fenced-in area which provides plentiful room for sun, fun, play, and exercise. Our home is large enough to accommodate many dogs without us nor your pet feeling cramped. Dogs that are able to be off-leash often accompany us throughout the day while we perform various outside tasks, giving them even more time to roam and explore. We can also take dogs walking on-leash if needs be on a road that runs through the forested area of our land. If your pooch enjoys swimming, we have a pond they can take a dip in during the hot summer months. We are able to administer oral and injected medication to your dog, and we have cared for several of our own elderly dogs over the decades who have needed daily insulin injections and other medications. We can accommodate dogs with special needs as well, and equip dogs that are prone to escaping with Airtags to aid with locating them if an incident were to occur. Finally, we are always happy to answer any questions, so please feel free to contact us regarding any special accommodations or needs your pet may have and we will try our best to provide it for them. We know there are many options out there when it comes to caring for your pets, so thank you for considering us for helping you with this very important task! Since my husband works from home, either he or myself are available for the animals nearly 24/7 with the exception being times we go into town for errands. We usually crate feed our own dogs twice a day. We feed our Rover guests at the same time, but we can adjust times if needed. Dogs in our home use a doggy door which opens to a large & grassy fenced-in area surrounding our house. We also frequently let dogs out through the doors if they’re unaccustomed or unable to use an automatic doggy door. Our dogs accompany us throughout the day as we perform various tasks and activities on our 150-acre spread, which gives them ample time to exercise and explore. Guest dogs that are able to be off-leash without fleeing are always brought along on these excursions as well. Even though our fenced yard is very spacious, dogs that cannot be off-leash are taken on a lead to wherever we are currently working and tied there to allow them a chance to walk about and have a change of scenery. We allow animals on our furniture (some even snuggle with us at night), and have many dog beds placed throughout the home. We do have large animal crates set up if your dog prefers to sleep in a private space. If your dogs love to socialize and play, we provide several of our own playmates for them. There is often at least another guest or two who can join in as well.
About: I’ve worked for dog breakers and have been a pet sitter dozens of times. I love spending time with animals and always treat them with the best care. I work 6am-2pm Monday-friday, but am able to take off work or get a substitute when needed. If you need someone watching your animal for 1-5 days, I can fit that in with my work schedule. I unfortunately live in an apartment, so taking the dog or cat will be hard, but I have no problem going to someone’s house to check/take care/watch your animal!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs ever since I was a young girl. Nieghbor’s, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and simply give their pet attention. I have had pet my entire life and have loved every single one. I have dog sat many of my neighbors and family friends dogs and cats, if it’s just letting them out to go to the bathroom or staying with them the entire week. About: I volunteered at the Seattle humane society as well as taken care of my own pets. At the humane society I worked with all kinds of cats. Over the past several years I have taken care of two dogs and a cat. I fed, bathed, and accommodated for an elderly dog named Joey who was blind and deaf for a year and a half. The second dog I took care of is a Kangal named Hank. He is a mastiff and despite his large size, he was a rescue and is very timid/shy. I have taken care of him for three years and the more time I spend socializing him the more he opens up. He still has a long way to go but his progress is commendable. Finally, I adopted a cat named Bear. His previous owner adopted both his brother and him along with having two dogs. They fought terribly and Bear was the runt of the house. When first moving Bear into my apartment he was timid and scared. It took him a while to comfortably call my apartment his home and I’m grateful he is in my life. I love all animals but I am most passionate about socializing shy or struggling animals. I am currently doing a couple classes of summer school at WSU so I am available and flexible. I am mostly looking for weekday work. I have a two bedroom apartment and would prefer not to house animals due to the small space. I primarily want to house sit or walk animals.
