“My wife, Dongmei, and I recently boarded our Golden Retriever, Sagan, with Janessa for an overnight stay. Sagan just turned one year old, and this was the first time we had ever left him with someone other than family, so we were naturally a little nervous. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. Janessa took great care of Sagan and made him feel right at home. It was clear he had a fantastic time playing with Janessa's dogs and the other dogs she was boarding. When we picked him up the next morning, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable in her care. The biggest sign of how much fun he had came afterward. As soon as he got in the car, he completely crashed from all the excitement and activity. Once we got home, he slept for several hours and seemed incredibly content. Any Golden Retriever owner knows that's usually the sign of a very good day. Janessa was friendly, professional, and gave us confidence that Sagan was in great hands. In fact, we felt so good about the experience that we've already booked her to care for Sagan for two weeks while we travel to China later this summer. About: About me: I am a Project Engineer for a construction company, we a have a little boy and a baby on the way, and we LOVE animals! We have two beautiful horses, three wonderful dogs, and two cats. Eventually I would like to rescue a few farm animals and foster dogs. One thing that breaks my heart is seeing animals in the shelter or up for slaughter. I think every animal deserves a second shot at life and I wish I could take them all on. However I have saved a few horses from slaughter and retrained them to give them a promising future! Basically I work hard to give my animals and future animals a wonderful life! In HS I was an active FFA member which gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge from just horses, dogs, and cats to dairy cattle, goats, poultry, rabbits, and swine. I also worked for a large animal veterinarian for 2 years as a vet assistant and gained even more knowledge on how to properly care for ALL animals. Ranging from exotics, livestock, equine, dogs, and cats. So your Fur baby is in GOOD hands! At this time I am only accepting clients for drop in visits or house sitting (I do not stay the night). About: I have always grown up having pets of various kinds including dogs, fish, small frogs, and hermit crabs. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs because I believe they often get overlooked when they deserve a high quality of life, too. (Last year, my family lost our rescue dog of twelve years.) About: I have walked and have had overnight stays with my neighbors dogs for 6 years now. From big dogs to small dogs and even cats! I prefer no aggressive breeds(pits, shepherds, no huskies etc) I am pretty free during the week now that my daughter has started school. I am a musician also so I am out of town sometimes for shows and gigs, but I do have free time too! If I am not here my parents are wonderful at caring for dogs and have a ton experience so they can also watch your dogs. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I do have a big yard and there are great walking trails around my house. There is also a doggy park near by. I have a puppy of my own and have grown up with dogs my whole life. Neighbors, friends, and more have trusted me to check in on their pets, feed them, and play with them. My work schedule does change depending on the week but I am available every day of the week. I am free mornings and nights and would have time mid day to check in on the dogs. I have a fenced yard for my dog and I walk him twice a day so he can get his energy out. I would walk your dogs how ever much is needed. Additionally, I would make sure to check in on them multiple times outside of my other jobs to ensure that they are good and can be let out. I am comfortable making sure any necessary medication is given on time and that they are also fed at there normal times. I know how much pets need to play and I would love to play fetch and more with your pets!!

“My wife, Dongmei, and I recently boarded our Golden Retriever, Sagan, with Janessa for an overnight stay. Sagan just turned one year old, and this was the first time we had ever left him with someone other than family, so we were naturally a little nervous. We couldn't have been happier with the experience. Janessa took great care of Sagan and made him feel right at home. It was clear he had a fantastic time playing with Janessa's dogs and the other dogs she was boarding. When we picked him up the next morning, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable in her care. The biggest sign of how much fun he had came afterward. As soon as he got in the car, he completely crashed from all the excitement and activity. Once we got home, he slept for several hours and seemed incredibly content. In fact, we felt so good about the experience that we've already booked her to care for Sagan for two weeks while we travel to China later this summer.
