About: Hi, I’m Brian! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had dogs and cats around the house, and it’s a tradition I’ve proudly continued into adulthood. Sadly, both of my beloved pugs passed away over the last few years. Right now, it's just me and my cat, Vader, so I would absolutely love to welcome a canine (or another feline) presence back into my home! I work at WSU and live a quiet, peaceful life here in Colfax. Because my home is a kid-free environment and I spend a lot of my time here, your pet will get plenty of focused attention, companionship, and love. I understand how hard it is to leave your pets, so I am committed to treating yours like family - providing a safe, comfortable, and fun home away from home. I’d love to chat and see if I’m the perfect fit for your pet! I work at WSU so it's a short commute each day, allowing me to spend more time at home. My weekday evenings are pretty quiet. I sometimes go out on the weekends but would be quite happy staying home if there is pet-sitting to do. I have a large fenced yard. I have a large linoleum dining and kitchen area that can easily be blocked off where messes are easy to clean up. I'm totally fine sharing my bed and furniture with a pet. It's a quiet, kid-free house well suited for even the most nervous dogs.

I have cared for a blind senior cat as well as a cat with hip problems, which required patience, close monitoring, and adapting the environment to keep them safe and comfortable. I currently help care for my friend’s senior dog, who also has hip and dental issues, so I’m familiar with administering gentle support, maintaining comfort, and being attentive to mobility limitations and pain cues. In addition, I have experience caring for younger animals, including kittens and puppies around 12 weeks old. This has given me practice with high-energy care, feeding routines, supervision, and basic early-life behavior management. About: I’ve owned pets from bearded dragons, tree frogs, Guinea pigs, hamsters, and dogs big and small. I love animals and I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, tarantulas (assisting with shedded skin stuck), and exotic frogs. About: I’ve taken care of a good amount of breeds from huskies to chihuahuas. I have loved every single one that it melts my heart every time i see them. I have a dog of my own and she’s a sassy silly lazy girl. I enjoy cuddling with dogs and just having fun with them. Going on walks, playing with toys, watching a movie and going through a roller coaster of emotions, i can do a lot with dogs! i can also ensure that i will provide as much goofy photos of possible if wanted (i will be taking because its funny and brings up the vibes) I work super early so I’m available for majority of the day. I’ll leave at the crack of the morning and come back in the morning still! i’m able to take all dogs out for a potty break in between work as well and just give them attention if that’s all they need! About: I have 4 dogs of my own. My Mastiff and my little dashund mix are geriatric and spend their time on their orthopedic beds. My two younger dogs are a mini Aussie and golden retriever. They are both very social due to me running a doggy daycare. I am insured and have clientele outside of Rover 😊 I have two fenced yards and currently working on completing a dog park on our property. The downstairs apartment of our home was turned into a dog palace with one room dedicated to kitties. My niece lives with me and she is a vet tech at a Lewiston vet clinic. She is very helpful with my doggy daycare and boarding. I also have a 16yr old who is absolutely amazing with animals. Meet and greets are always welcome! About: What can I say, people are crazy but animals just make sense 😂 I've grown up with cats since I was an infant, they're truly the prefect animal, can't change my mind! I also have experience with dogs, some reptiles, assorted rodents including guinea pigs, and fish. Outside of that, I'm a fast learner, not afraid of much, and capable of following instructions. I'd love to meet your fur baby! I work full time, so we will just need to talk and figure out schedules. I can usually make it work. I have a reliable car I have a lot of yard space, most of it not fenced unfortunately but I have multiple runners. I have a 3 bedroom apartment in the bottom of a full sized house, so it's spacious and stays cool in the summer. I have a kennel but use it sparingly. My own dogs get taken to one of several parks every morning to run off energy, as well as car rides and walks around the neighborhood. They live their rams horn filled with yogurt or peanut butter and frozen, for their inside time! I try to keep things stimulating As for care in your home, you tell me! I'll adapt to your needs as best I can :)
