We also have a fenced balcony that your dog can enjoy with supervision if you’d like them to have access to it. Inside, there are plenty of appropriate toys to chew on and cords, surfaces, and other hazards are kept out of reach. Your dog will be supervised whenever they’re not safely crated. About: I have been growing up around dogs my whole life. As a child and into my teen years, I did the Dog project in 4-H for five years and helped lead the group. I have experience handling and training dogs for obedience and show environments, and I am comfortable with all pets! I have been house-sitting in the summers for many different dog-owners, so I am knowledgeable and experienced in providing care for these animals. My parents' dog (aka "my" dog) is a German Shorthaired Pointer and his name is Murphy. I spend a lot of time with him, and I have a special spot in my heart for all animals. I also spent a couple years co-parenting a little calico cat named Stitch with my best friend. I do also have some experience with reptiles, as I currently have one bearded dragon and one Pac-Man frog in my care. About: My experience with dogs has ranged from personal ownership: (raised with two mixed breeds, and owned a WHIPPET for fourteen years), to boarding dogs, to working at a doggie daycare, and working for a dog walking company. Currently I am a stay at home mom to three kids- so I am home most of the time, including weekends. I’ve also worked on an AKC German Shepherd farm doing conformation showing and training, and I’ve fostered 6 puppies that I trained and prepared for their new families — they still keep in touch with me daily! I really enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and understood while they’re in my care. I work part time, so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your pups **(Me and a roomate in the home I will be the sole and only caretaker of your pet throughout the week.)**I live just a few steps from Reaney Park and visit there frequently, so walks and outdoor time are already a regular part of my routine. I have Sundays off every week and am happy to dedicate that day to extra time and attention with your pup. My home is dog proofed and set up to be a safe, comfortable place for your pup. I have two very friendly dogs who can interact with your dog if they’re comfortable with each other, or they can be put away if your dog prefers their own space. Both of my dogs are off-leash trained, but when a client’s dog is staying with me, the door does not open unless that dog is safely leashed. We’re 10 steps away from Reaney Park, where client dogs stay on a leash or long line the entire time. We also have a fenced balcony that your dog can enjoy with supervision if you’d like them to have access to it. Inside, there are plenty of appropriate toys to chew on and cords, surfaces, and other hazards are kept out of reach. Your dog will be supervised whenever they’re not safely crated. I love giving dogs as much freedom as they can safely handle, so please feel free to tell me your pup’s expectations, routines, and requirements. I’m happy to follow them and make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

I work Mondays 11-6 and Wednesday 11-1, leaving plenty of time for pet care. About: I have loved and adored dogs since I was able to walk on my own. I have owned a large number of dogs over the years. My wife and I currently own a Brittany, a Golden Collie, and an old herding dog. My dogs enjoy a huge fenced back yard while also having 12 acres to run around and burn energy. I am a caretaker of my father in law and am at home during the day. I own three dogs that love socializing and meeting new friends I live on 12 acres can walk and play with your dogs. I have several dog crates for evening sleeping if needed (larger breeds may need to provide their own). Access to water to play in, drinking water, treats and training time. About: I have been growing up around dogs my whole life. As a child and into my teen years, I did the Dog project in 4-H for five years and helped lead the group. I have experience handling and training dogs for obedience and show environments, and I am comfortable with all pets! I have been house-sitting in the summers for many different dog-owners, so I am knowledgeable and experienced in providing care for these animals. My parents' dog (aka "my" dog) is a German Shorthaired Pointer and his name is Murphy. I spend a lot of time with him, and I have a special spot in my heart for all animals. I also spent a couple years co-parenting a little calico cat named Stitch with my best friend. I do also have some experience with reptiles, as I currently have one bearded dragon and one Pac-Man frog in my care. I am unable to have a dog or cat of my own at this stage in my life, due to money and living restraints, but I am thankful when I can spend time with others’ animals in this way. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend and give them lots of love! I am currently a Graduate Admissions Specialist / DSO at the University of Idaho! This means that I do work full-time (8-5 with a 1-hour lunch break) on campus on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I work full-time from home on Thursdays. I do not work weekends and am usually very available if I have not marked it off on my Rover calendar. If your animal is okay/used to being alone for the work day, or can be alone for 4-5 hours at a time, I am the fit for you during the week. I can provide drop-in visits before and after work, and on my lunch break, or I am happy to stay in your home, where I will care for your pet before and after my work day, and during my lunch break if that is most comfortable! UPDATE: I have moved to Lewiston, ID as of 7/31/2026. I still commute to work in Moscow, ID for the time being, but will be available in the mornings before work and evenings after. I am currently looking for a full-time remote job or position located in Lewiston. I will update this section once my employment situation changes! If your pet requires more frequent attention, I might be your gal for a weekend trip! On the weekends, I do not work and have lots of time to hang around with your pet(s)! :) At the moment I am not able to be boarding at my own address, and I am open to house-sitting after I have established a positive face-to-face relationship with each client. I will adhere to any and all established rules and routines for animals in their home to provide the most comfortable and safe experience that is possible.

Beginning in late August through mid-December 2026, I'll be student teaching during the weekdays. During that time, I'm available for morning visits before school, afternoon and evening walks or drop-ins, overnight stays, and weekend care. My schedule is consistent and allows me to plan ahead, so I can provide dependable, reliable care around my teaching responsibilities. Before and after student teaching, I’ll work as a substitute and be much more available. I have a fenced yard and one personal dog. I am able to separate the dogs and provide your dog quality attention as often as desired.
