My fiancé and I are home quite a bit with fenced yard, but love to hike in the area to make sure dogs get all the exercise they need! I have mornings off, so plenty of time for walks and hikes. Your dog is welcome to join me on the couch or lie at my feet for regular pets, or chill in another room in or out of a crate. Whatever will make your dog feel most at ease while you're away. I recently lost my own 15-year-old dog, so your pup will be my sole focus (and will get lots of love and care). I have a fully fenced yard at my home for potty breaks (separate from walks/hikes). If you don't have a fully fenced yard at your home, it's no problem to take your dog for leashed potty walks as frequently as necessary.

About: Growing up, my family always had cats, dogs, Guinea pigs, ferrets, fish, and more. Being around animals is nothing new to me and is a huge part of why I have a huge heart for animals now. I currently live in BZ Corner in a house with a fenced yard with my two cats, Archie and Oliver, and my golden retriever named Seager. Archie is 4 years old, Oliver is 6 years old, and Seager is a year old. I do work two part time jobs, but I am available most days in the afternoon. They have lots of toys and even have harnesses for me to take them on walks and two cat trees to climb on. Seager, the newest baby to the family, is my pride and joy. He is crazy but so loving. After a walk with your pet, I will make sure your pet has water and place them back where they were before I took them on our walk. I will of course make sure they get their energy out with toys, give them a ton of pets, and make sure they go potty on our walk as well. I do have a large yard, and it is newly fenced! I live far away from the main road and do not have many neighbors.

However, outside of work I will still provide everything they may need! With lots of pets, play time and going outside! Regular outings are provided and I will adapt to the bathroom/feeding schedule on a pet to pet basis. I love training and practice positive reinforcement! I am happy to care for pets in clients homes as well and am willing to discuss what your normal routine looks like.

About: We are a married couple that work from home and have a friendly 3 year old golden retriever and an 11 month Collie Mix. We have decided to host one dog (family) at a time. We are home bodies and our pups love having company. When you book with us feel safe knowing both of us will be at home with your dog and monitoring their safety. We both grew up with family dogs and other pets and we understand the scary feeling of boarding your dog. We are happy to meet and answer any questions before taking in your dog. We will update you daily (at a minimum) of how they are doing, including sending pictures of course. As mentioned, we work from home. Our schedules are very flexible. When we book a stay we plan on staying home and playing with the dogs. We have a fully fenced backyard where our boy Lambeau plays. Your dog will be part of the family and free to roam the house and yard as they please.
