About: I grew up with pets and have been a pet owner most of my life. We recently had to say goodbye to our Boston terrier due to cancer, and I’m missing having a furry friend to hang out with at home. I work from home 6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Thursday and have two 15 minute breaks and a half an hour break during that time. I also have flexibility throughout the day. We have a nice comfortable home and a very walkable neighborhood. I enjoy walking down to the South Bend waterfront, which is only a couple blocks from our house.

Scott made sure to set up a time for us to visit him and his partner, Kevin, at their home and give Tucker a chance to meet their sweet boy, Nico. They became instant play buddies. Scott asked very detailed questions about Tucker’s habits and tendencies and made sure to write down every detail. Within just a few minutes, we knew we had found the right people to care for our boy. Scott sent us pics and videos throughout our time away. We will definitely be using his services again.”

I am well versed in new baby puppies and kitties, I know how to handle reactive pets, and I create a soothing, affectionate loving environment for your pet to be in. About: My name is Kaitlyn, and I'm a dog trainer in the Grays Harbor area. I have been successfully working with owners to rehabilitate fearful and/or reactive dogs for almost a decade now. I have also been a competitive dog agility instructor for 7 years. My own dog is Oakley, a Miniature American Shepherd, and he helps me with fearful or reactive dog clients by being a neutral dog with great communication skills. Before becoming a dog trainer full time, I worked at a dog daycare in Mukilteo for 3 years. It was a great experience and gave me a lot of knowledge about dog behavior and handling large groups of dogs. I compete in seven different dog sports with my own dogs, but we love agility and flyball most. I am available whenever I'm not already teaching classes or at a competition. Scheduling is open as we just moved to the new area from Seattle. I am experienced with dogs who are difficult or nervous around strangers. I use scientifically backed, LIMA guided dog training to guide dogs through their feelings as gently as I am capable while accomplishing learning. In any case, I like to engage with dogs in a way that's most comfortable for them. Each dog is different! I am not comfortable taking unfamiliar dogs off leash outside of the home or yard for safety reasons, but I am happy to work on this skill with them if requested!
About: I grew up with animals and have been trusted by family and friends to pet sit. I have worked at a doggie daycare place and currently work in the vet medicine field. I plan on staying in the vet medicine field, but it is always nice to see animals where they are relaxed and happy. I do work full time and sometimes long hours but can always check in on animals before and after work. Some days, I will be working in Eagle River so it would be hard for me to check in on animals during the day. I am very good at following instructions so if there is a certain routine that an animal is used, I will follow it. I try to be aware of my surroundings because I never want an animal to accidentally hurt themself on something or ingest anything.
