“I can’t say enough about the wonderful care Rose provided for my cats while I was on a 10 day vacation! She arrived promptly for the twice a day visit I requested. She dispensed ear meds for one of my cats for an ear infection and took time to play with them and gave updates about how they were eating and interacting with her. I have one cat that is fearful of anyone new, and after a few days, she was comfortable with Rose and played with a wand toy with her!! That was a huge step for this kitty!! “About 1-1/2 months ago, we brought in a stray cat who was very scared of everything. Unfortunately, we had previously planned a 10 day trip and so were concerned as to what to do about our new cat, Percy. We searched online and discovered Rover. Bridgette, who does pet sitting through Rover, agreed to be at our home over the 10 day period when we would be gone. We are grateful that Bridgette was able to stay 24 hours a day as Percy was just too new to be left alone for long periods of time. We were delighted with the work she did for us. She was very responsible and we felt comfortable leaving her in charge of our home and Percy. Bridgette is very sweet and soft-spoken which was perfect for our anxious cat. About: I've owned/been around dogs since I was a little kid, I've watched dogs for friends and have always been entrusted with their animals. I am prompt and on time, great with walks, potty breaks, and feedings when needed or requested I am free most of the time because of how my work schedule is and can be available on short notice to take care of your pets needs, whether that's just letting them out to go potty, feed and water them and take them on walks. I just hangout with them. I play games with them, do their nails, brush teeth if that's what's needed, go for short or long walks to the river or park and treat them as if they are my own baby.

About: I have taken care of just about every type of animal since I was young (dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, hedgehogs, gerbils, snakes, etc.) I've trained and raised several puppies and kittens. The majority of the animals in my life were adult animals and if they were family pets, they stayed with us until it was time to cross the rainbow bridge so I also have a fair amount of experience with senior care as well. I grew up with no less than 4 animals in the house at all times, so I'm very good with multiple-pet households, but I currently live in a household with only one dog, so I am also comfortable doting on just one at a time :) I am currently available 24/7 and this is my primary career! I have 2 children, a 10 year old boy, named Orion, and my daughter Kaylee, who would have been 22 years old, unfortunately she passed away from a car accident in 2020. I grew up in a little country town in CA. And was raised with animals. My grandpa was a big animal lover, and we had everything from a baby bear cub to kittens. I was in FFA for 4 years and raised a pig all 4 years to sell at the fair. Shawn is from the Arlington area and was also raised with animals. He has raised everything from goats to kittens. We feel that your pets aren't just pets, but more like a child, and we know the importance of finding the right care for your Fur-Babies. A majority of the pets we have cared for have been rescue pets. The the transition for them is hard enough as it is being left at a stranger's house, and we don't want to make that transition any more difficult for them. We ask that you bring an item with them, something that they associate with you and home. Also we ask for these items as well: food, food bowl, and water bowl, bed or bedding, toys they may want to play with, treats, and of course a daily interaction log ( we want to keep them on the same routine that they are use to, or as close to it as we can) I also try and send pictures daily, but in the off chance I miss a day, I send extra shots the next day. If we sound like a good fit for you, we are always happy to set up a meet and greet at our place for introductions. (We have also taken in fur-kids without meet and greets.) About: I've taken care of of family pets since at least 8 years old, I've trained puppies. Ive always loved animals and I've had Dogs, Cats, and Reptiles. I've never missed a feeding time for any of our pets. I make sure to feed our dogs in the morning and the night, or whatever schedule has been asked. Well I love to walk so dogs always get enough exercise, and I make sure to groom my dogs monthly, and I make sure to feed all of my pets well enough.
About: I am 20, 21 in March. I’m interested in pet and childcare. I realized I’ve always been a caretaker and always make sure I’m doing above and beyond care. I am currently in school. I go to EVCC but only have classes on Tuesday in the evening. I am currently trying to finish up school so I can become a para educator or work at a daycare. For home care. I care for my animals by feeding them. Letting them out every 1-2 hours. Obviously the treats are super important! I care for a guinea pig by keeping him on a healthy scheduled feeding and I also care for a reptile with a regular feeding, cleaning and shed helping!
About: I have loved and cared for dogs my whole life! I have volunteered at the Humane Society for several years walking dogs and making them feel loved. I also have taken in stray cats and made them feel special! I currently do not work so I am available anytime to see your pet! I love taking care of animals and seeing them makes my day! I live in an apartment complex with a dog park right outside! I have 2 cats but one is very skiddish and hides and my other cat is very friendly and outgoing and loves meeting new friends!
About: I love dogs and I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't. I have my own dog. He likes to play with other dogs. He is a Maltipoo. I'm currently working part-time from home or remotely, so I have plenty of time to pamper, play, pet your pooches to the level they want. When your dog boards with me, their safety and happiness are my top priorities! We live right by McCollum Park, which is a fantastic, safe spot for on-leash walks through the woods or around the large grassy fields. If your dog loves to socialize and you are comfortable with it, there is also a fully enclosed dog park nearby for supervised off-leash play. I also love taking pups on secure car rides, but only if that's something they truly enjoy and you approve of!

About: I have experience working with different types of pets for 10 years. I started providing services when I worked at a veterinary clinic. I have provided services to different dog breeds and cats as well. I also provided services for some reptiles and a quail. I send updates every day and photos, unless otherwise advise not to. I make sure that your pet is treated how I want my pet to be treated. Pets are our family and should be treated as such by the people you entrust them to. Also able to pet sit small critters: guinea pigs, hamsters, hedgehogs, chinchillas, and turtles. I have experience with pet sitting and walking. My stepmom is a veterinarian, so any questions or concerns, I can directly address them to her if I cannot get a hold of the client in time.
