I began working at a veterinary office at just 15 years old as a kennel technician and assistant, where I built a strong foundation in animal care and behavior. About: I love animals and have been around and cared for them all of my life. I have two dogs of my own and owned a horse ranch for the last 20 years. I now live in a new neighborhood, with a fully fenced yard. I do work during the day so my husband cares for our Rover pets while I am gone. All dogs love him and he is home during the day. I am happy to house sit but am gone during those hours. My husband lets the dogs out as needed all day long. He is home all of the time, so we do not leave our boarders alone. About: I have 3 dogs ranging from 1-10 1/2 years of age. We have done the puppy stage three times so I’m used to that and willing to help. I know how stressful it can be if you need to go out of town and still have a puppy at home that needs a little more attention, let me help you with this! I’m not afraid of any dogs I just need to meet them first before agreeing to a job just so that we know it’ll be a good fit. I’m currently working full time 12 hr days. So I will not schedule myself when I’m working unless of course this works for you. I’m just looking to see if I can help some people while they travel or need someone to come and check on their pets while they are away. I currently live on 2.5 acres so having dogs come to my house will not be a good fit. We have 3 dogs and sometimes sit for family and friends and their dogs come over and we closely watch them while outside so they don’t venture off into the woods. Right now I’m just looking to see if I can help with checking in on pets or walking them or even possibly house sitting if need be. We also have a cat and two small dogs in the house, but they will be upstairs and away from your pets during the visit.

I’m currently a full time student who is working part time, so late afternoon and evenings are the best time for me to give attention to the dogs:) I am happy to provide some extra love and attention to animals based on their needs. Whether that be playing outside, going for a walk, or some good belly rubs.
About: Hi my name is Sheldan! I’m a mom to 2 boys (5yr old & 3yr old) who have a lot of energy! I’m a stay at home mom so we are home all day every day. I’ve always grown up with animals, dogs, cats, chickens, and even a hedgehog. I’m a huge animal lover, if I could rescue every animal in the shelter, trust me I would! I was on Rover for a little bit back in the summer months of 2019 and 2020-2021 then life got a little busy so I took a break. Both my kids grew up around our German Shepherd who passed in early 2024. We love to be outside and take our daily walks or bike rides when it’s not too hot out! I’m energetic, have a bubbly and fun personality and super easy going, hopefully you’ll get to see that! I’m a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open and flexible! During the summer months we are very flexible and available. My home is currently baby proofed so we don’t have anything lying around that could be harmful to your pet. We do not have a fenced in yard.

Steve sends pictures and videos when ever I ask for a check in. He has been flexible with pick up and drop off. He asks all the right questions up front. Steve is my go-to sitter from now on. His home is lovely and he has a beautiful yard for the dogs to play in. Both if his own dogs are happy and so sweet to me and Jade whenever we visit. I am SO grateful to have a person so close that I fell so comfortable bringing my dog to.”

Debbie’s house has a great fenced back yard so the dogs can run and play. She has dog beds throughout the house and cool house on hot summer days for the dogs. Highly recommend Debbie and will continue to rebook with her in the future.”
