Willow is a dog who can be anxious at times but it was obvious that she felt very comfortable with Jenny. About: Hello my name is Jenny. I currently live in Gold Bar, but I am more than willing to travel to the Monroe area, as far East as Index. I grew up with pets my entire life, everything from goats to ferrets & everything in between. I can not remember a time in my life that I did not have some sort of pet around. As of right now I am not able to watch your dog at my home or overnight stays at my home as our backyard fence is being repaired. About: I have been pet sitting since high school for friends and family. Moved to Seattle and thought I should keep doing it. About: I am an experienced obedience dog trainer who wishes for a work-life balance helping animals!! Animals have been my passion throughout my life, ranging from reptiles, rodents, to dogs. My goal is to further expand my knowledge in dog training and to learn everything there is to help guide me into more opportunities working with furballs! Having animals of my own, as well as having many in the family, has given me experience with handling. This is where I have learned and practiced skills such as dog training, intervening with disputes, administering medicine, and much more. I also love the outdoors, so hiking is something I love to do with my dogs to burn out their energy. During my experience at ABC (Animal Behavior College), I worked with trainers where I learned techniques for impulse control, reactivity, puppies, and even some service dog training. I also worked with the behavioral specialist at the Everett Animal Shelter where I am provided a list of dogs to work with and make them more adoptable :) I am flexible most days!! I work a full-time job at the moment but have a mixed schedule between days and nights. This makes it easier to do drop-ins/walks during the weekend and then sitting at night during the week! I currently live in a camper with not a lot of room to host doggies here. However, I will be moving to Burlington area soon and will have a much bigger area to hopefully board overnight!!
About: I grew up with animals - like quite a few! I've had cats since I was born, dogs since I was 8, a horse, a ferret, a bird, some fish...I've just always loved them! I would always take care of the neighbors' animals when they went out of town growing up, and have pet sat for many family members and friends. I even have some experience with goats and chickens :) I currently have a pug named Ricki, but live on a family compound with a great Swiss mountain dog, a pomeranian, and my mom's two frenchies visit often. I have a fairly flexible schedule throughout the week and would love to fill my days taking care of your fur babies I am currently without a pet for the first time in my life! Both of my senior pups passed during Covid after living long, healthy lives and while I'm not ready for another pet quite yet - I am really missing having an animal friend. I tend to have 3-4 day weekends and can be available during weeknights depending on time and location. I believe we are so lucky to have animals in our lives and want to do everything to keep them happy and healthy! I am available to pop in for a snuggle/play/walk session for your dogs or cats and am available for extended care in the right circumstances (house sitting or dog boarding). I do have a few dogs on the property (an 8 year old pug and a one year old great swiss mountain dog) so we would need to make sure everyone gets a long first. For dog walks, I would plan walk just your pooch to ensure they get the proper attention they deserve.
