While Everest was in her care she sent me daily pictures and or videos which I really appreciated given this was his first time for an extended stay and with other dogs present. She was very quick in her response. Within 10 minutes of my request we had a meet and greet set up for the next afternoon. Our two dogs were a little excited during that meet and greet, but that didn't phase her. She knew that was most likely due to the new situation. This was my first time leaving the dogs with anyone else and she made me feel at ease doing so. One of our dogs took a while to settle in and relax and she was gracious enough to allow him to do so in his own time. She was willing to make changes to her home to accommodate our dogs. About: I’ve watched all kinds of dogs from puppies to the oldest of fellas. Some have had strict diets and medications that needed to be taken at specific times. I always make sure to give dogs plenty of exercise especially if they are crate trained, just get them tuckered out before needing to be put away for the night. House rules are always respected as well, your house is just as important as your dog! I am a full time student at SOU as well as an athlete so I will need to work around my class and practice schedule however, I scheduled classes to give me a little morning time and have evenings free! Periodic check-ins Monday-Thursday work best, staying full time at ones house works best Friday-Monday morning. While I can’t take in pets as I live in the dorms at SOU, I can carve out time to come meet the client and pets before the trip if that would give a sense of comfort, learn about the home and such. I am comfortable giving oral medicines to stubborn dogs, I have one myself! I have worked in houses that have cameras and/or pet cameras in and out of the house so I am comfortable with that too!

About: My family and I have been around large breeds our whole lives. We’ve had two German Shepherds, Beauty and Beast, who have passed onto the rainbow bridge in 2020 and 2025. Our two kids have been around dogs of all breeds and are comfortable and respectful of furbabies. About: I have had a dog since I was 5 and as I got older my responsibilities for pet care increased. I love all dogs as my own and have experience watching other dogs overnight. I am currently working part time in the afternoon. Roughly 3-4 hours a day. Before work I will ensure your dog’s needs are meet with bathroom breaks, breakfast and exercise. After work I am fully their for your furry friend is that means more exercise or companionship. During work your pet is free to roam my house if they are trained or I have a crate they can use. About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. About: Hi there! Im used to watching other people's pets and usually am requested to do such on base or off base. I also volunteered often for the humane society and owned several dogs myself. Military has made it more difficult to own a dog so taking care other dogs is a bit easier. If you need my number please shoot me a msg! I can usually coax most shy cats into some socializing or play time, and cats who are "protective" of one thing or another, and maybe not as friendly, still will also get ample care and attention.
About: Ive always had pets growing up. Cats for the majority but I have babysat families with fish, cats, dogs, and farm animals. I enjoy being outside so it was always a joy. I am a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to watch any furry friends. I am available all days of the week besides Sundays I have a partially fenced yard and have 2 indoor cats. They go outside occasionally and avoid confrontation but are otherwise extremely nice and friendly. I always give my cats food and water on a schedule and am sure to include their wet foods for their health. I do have a baby, soon to be toddler, who loves our cats and just enjoys being in their presence

About: My family and I have been around large breeds our whole lives. We’ve had two German Shepherds, Beauty and Beast, who have passed onto the rainbow bridge in 2020 and 2025. Our two kids have been around dogs of all breeds and are comfortable and respectful of furbabies. I’m a stay-at-home mom so I’m home all day so there will be many belly-rubs and lots of love and attention! Our fenced in yard has a lot of room for play and exploring! I will be the only adult responsible for caring and watching your pets. While Everest was in her care she sent me daily pictures and or videos which I really appreciated given this was his first time for an extended stay and with other dogs present. He did fabulous and I felt good that he was there and interacting with the other dogs. I can tell Leslie loves what she does and the dogs are happy in her care. I will definitely use her again 💯 %! “Samantha was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency and she was able to take my 3 Basset Hounds within a couple of hours. They stayed with her for a week. My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. She will be my first contact should I need to board my babies again. Thank you, Samantha for making a stressful situation the easiest it could have been, and for taking such good care of my girls.”
