My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. She will be my first contact should I need to board my babies again. Thank you, Samantha for making a stressful situation the easiest it could have been, and for taking such good care of my girls.”

About: I have grown up with dogs and other animals. They have always been apart of my life. I had 10 dogs at once for about 4 years. I am very patient and understanding. Good with any puke, poop and pee, it doesn’t bother me. Love dogs and will do any special things that need done. I am currently an Eastern Student and have class from 9-12 and work part time at safeway from about 1-7 as of right now. I am planning on doing online class starting in January and planning on working like 8am-2pm at Safeway starting in December. So I will be more flexible in the coming months. Can do early morning and late nights if needed I will keep things clean and tidy while in others home. Will take dog on leash if not fenced in. Will make sure dog has food and water if they aren’t schedule fed.

About: I have had dogs my whole life ranging from Pomeranians to Labradors. I have also worked at veterinary clinics, dog daycares and animal shelters. I have experience providing care to both puppies and senior dogs, as well as taking care of medical needs for special cases in both dogs and cats. About: I have had a dog since I was 5 and as I got older my responsibilities for pet care increased. I love all dogs as my own and have experience watching other dogs overnight. I am currently working part time in the afternoon. Roughly 3-4 hours a day. Before work I will ensure your dog’s needs are meet with bathroom breaks, breakfast and exercise. After work I am fully their for your furry friend is that means more exercise or companionship. During work your pet is free to roam my house if they are trained or I have a crate they can use. About: I adore all breeds and sizes. I've cared for a dog most every year of my life, whether I was a student, working, vacationing, or just existing. Those years have trained me to read them well as far as knowing what they are communicating at any given time. I find it difficult to be without a furry friend. However, I'm retired and thinking of traveling in the future, so thought this Rover program would give me my "dog fix" until I'm ready to start my traveling. I've had babies, adults, and teens when it comes to dogs, and many varieties; Border Collies, German Shepherds, Irish Setters, Poodles, Golden Retrievers, Old English Sheepdogs, Terriers, and have trained and loved them all! I'm retired but do go to a recreational center daily to work out and swim, so I'm available for dog sitting, playing, and walking M-F after 1PM. And weekends after noon. I have a fenced yard partly in sun and partly in shade. I also have a dog door from inside the house out to the yard, so your dog can go outside anytime the urge hits. I'm also within 1 mile of 3 parks and the Finch Arboretum.

About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. Studying wildlife biology / pre vet science with the end goal of being a wildlife veterinarian. I’ve personally owned pets all my life including many dogs, cats, fish, insects and lizards. Additionally I've been on Rover for years as a teen but my mother owned the account (if you’d like proof of that I can give my mothers account to see my prior experience) but I did all the sitting. During this summer I am just taking one summer online course and doing some volunteer odd jobs so I am extremely flexible and available. Whenever you prefer at whatever frequency you want I most likely can make it work. While I don’t offer pets in my home I am very familiar with managing pets in others homes. Just tell me what you and the pet is comfortable with and I will follow it. Additionally any messes that may happen I will make sure to clean throughly. My #1 priority is your pet’s health, mental and physical. However the very next priority is your home. When house sitting I’m more than aware of the need to be respectful of the space. I moved from Virginia to Washington to attend grad school at Eastern Washington University. In California, I was a hospice caretaker for a 21 year old dog with cancer. I know how to give medicine as well as cook for your pet’s special dietary needs if necessary. I’m a super active person so I don’t mind going on long walks with your dog. I enjoy the exercise! I teach one English comp course Mon-Fri from 9am to 9:50am. I have class on Tuesday night from 5:30 to about 9:30 and two short classes Friday afternoon so most days are pretty wide open for pet care. I also get every holiday off. Unfortunately I just moved into a small apartment that doesn’t allow pets, but I’m happy to pet sit at your home and give your pet a safe environment to play in.

About: I am an animal mom of several years of cats, dogs. I have two cats and I did have a dog. I know of the general care of animals. I go above and beyond taking them in as my own. I respect their personal boundaries. I would have to come to you. I do work full time in the evenings from Tuesday to Friday generally from 3-11pm. For dogs walking ill take them on hour long walks, if we find a field ill play fetch. I am very good at following instructions to a tee. As well as administratoring meds. I am very comfortable with that. Hey I'm working full-time in the evening. Usually tuesday through friday from 3-11, but I am home every morning and weekends. I cant wait to share my space with your furry babies. I do live in an apartment, so for dog care I would come to you. I also have two cats that are cat and dog friendly.

I’m currently home full time, and I’m available for boarding in my home or drops ins at your home to check on your furry friends. My home is quiet, no children present, my dog is very very mellow, fully fenced yard and a park nearby, the streets have sidewalks for safe walking.

About: I’ve had dogs of my own since I was a kid. I currently have three dogs, one being a chihuahua puppy, so you can imagine the trouble they all get in. I also petsit for my neighbors two dogs and cat often! I’m currently finishing up high school in my senior year, and I’m enrolled in Running Start at Eastern Washington University, so I have a very flexible schedule. I only have one early class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and two day classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Quality time with pets is so important! Making sure hyper dogs get exercise and enrichment is a basic goal while petsitting. I also water plants, clean up, and feed pets, along with taking them on walks when requested.

She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat.
