High energy dogs are not a problem for me at all, as I love going on runs with dogs and also playing at the park. I work a couple blocks away from where I live so it wouldn’t be a problem for me to watch your dogs while at work, since I could pop in to check on them and feed/let them use the bathroom. I work close to home so I will always be 10-15 mins away and can pop in and check on the animals I set up to 3 times in a single workday before arriving home for the night. I have 2 children, a 10 year old boy, named Orion, and my daughter Kaylee, who would have been 22 years old, unfortunately she passed away from a car accident in 2020. I grew up in a little country town in CA. And was raised with animals. My grandpa was a big animal lover, and we had everything from a baby bear cub to kittens. I was in FFA for 4 years and raised a pig all 4 years to sell at the fair. Shawn is from the Arlington area and was also raised with animals. He has raised everything from goats to kittens. We feel that your pets aren't just pets, but more like a child, and we know the importance of finding the right care for your Fur-Babies. A majority of the pets we have cared for have been rescue pets. The the transition for them is hard enough as it is being left at a stranger's house, and we don't want to make that transition any more difficult for them. We ask that you bring an item with them, something that they associate with you and home. Also we ask for these items as well: food, food bowl, and water bowl, bed or bedding, toys they may want to play with, treats, and of course a daily interaction log ( we want to keep them on the same routine that they are use to, or as close to it as we can) I also try and send pictures daily, but in the off chance I miss a day, I send extra shots the next day. You won't have to worry about a thing 😀 I always take extra saftey precautions to make sure your pup is safe 100% by making sure your dog is leashed up every time we go on a walk and always supervised when in the backyard so you will be worry free! While your away and your dog is under my care! About: I've been surrounded by animals since I was around 4 years old. I have also taken care of animals since I was about 16 for my family. I'm extremely flexible. I'm available to do pet sitting and house sitting all day every day. I currently door dash for extra income but I can be available when you need me. We have a fenced catio for our cats. “My dogs mean everything to me and it can be difficult to find a dog sitter who understands the assignment. Allison understood the assignment. My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”
