About: I have grown up with cats and dogs, and am familiar with many other kinds of animals. I have sat for non-family/friends and well as them included many times before! I have managed taking care of 5+ pets at once, given proper meds, care, playtime, etc. This experience ranges from kittens/puppies just a few days old, to older aged animals. I work “full time” but I work around 30 hours and I have a lot of split shifts so time before or after to check-in with the pets. This looks like morning feed, going outside, if any meds or vitamins need to be taken or same with after depending on the time of day needed. Depending on circumstances of boundaries and rules of each pet, I easily find a solution and adapt if needed. I will watch your dog/cat outside or on a leash front or back of yard. If there are off-limit areas inside our outside those will be closed doors or if there’s a gate it will be put up per clients request. If there needs to be check-ins with owner that be applicable, I am attentive to my phone, when and if necessary.

I have a beautiful, private, secure yard with an 8-foot wood fence in a quiet neighborhood! My house is completely dog friendly and pet safe and remodeled to accommodate indoor play and relaxing. I’m cage free, but if you prefer your pet be crated, I have no problem accommodating any requests.

I’m Jen — a lifelong animal lover with over 4 years of hands-on experience working at an animal shelter, plus many additional months caring for dogs and other animals on a small farm property. If there’s one thing I truly understand, it’s dogs. Especially the shy, anxious, and misunderstood ones. They hold a very special place in my heart! There is no greater feeling than earning the trust of a dog who needs a little extra patience and understanding. At the shelter I worked with every type of dog imaginable, from easygoing family pups to dogs with more complex needs due to past trauma. I was trusted to walk and handle even the more anxious or sensitive dogs, helping them build confidence and learn to trust new people. I’m very comfortable reading dog body language and adjusting my approach so each dog feels safe, respected, and understood. One of the dogs I worked closely with, Donald, needed a trusted handler present while new volunteers learned how to walk him safely, and I helped train others so he could get the exercise and enrichment he deserved. I also helped start enrichment initiatives at the shelter, including treat puzzles, mental stimulation games, and a “dog play buddy” program to give the dogs additional socialization and activity. One of my most special experiences there was helping care for a mama dog who gave birth to a litter of 10 (10!) puppies. I helped care for and socialize those puppies as they grew until they were ready for their forever homes. I also have experience caring for senior animals and understand that older pets often need a little extra patience, gentleness, and attention to their comfort and routine. Beyond dogs, I also have experience caring for cats and bunnies. Over the past few months I’ve helped care for my landlady’s 1yo kitty, and I’m very comfortable providing drop-in care and pet sitting for cats and small animals as well. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting/boarding and I treat every animal like they’re my own. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, comfort level, and body language so they feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. My goal is simple: every animal I care for should feel safe, so very loved, and understood. Pet care is my primary focus, so my daily routine is built around providing consistent, hands-on care. I structure my day to include regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, exercise, enrichment, and downtime, depending on each pet’s needs. I’m home for the majority of the day, which allows me to provide a high level of supervision and attention. Pets are rarely left alone for extended periods, and I’m able to adjust my schedule to support different energy levels, routines, and personalities. Whether a dog needs more activity and engagement or a calm, low-stress environment, I’m able to tailor my day to ensure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I care for every pet based on who they are — not just a one-size-fits-all routine. I pay close attention to body language, energy levels, and comfort cues so pets feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. In my home, dogs stay on a fully fenced 10-acre farm property where they can safely explore, play, and decompress. All outdoor time is supervised, and I’m intentional about creating a balanced environment — active play for dogs who love it, and plenty of quiet downtime for those who don’t. I have a friendly Mini Goldendoodle and a very mellow senior pup in the home, and I take introductions slowly and thoughtfully. I’m always prepared to separate or crate dogs if needed to keep everyone comfortable and safe. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to your routines and preferences so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible. I keep things calm, consistent, and predictable, which is especially important for anxious or sensitive animals. I’m very comfortable with a wide range of personalities, including dogs who need a little extra patience or structure, and I pride myself on creating an environment where pets can relax and just be themselves.
About: I’ve taken care of many pets for my family over the years, currently I’m helping my aunt with her high-energy border collie/german shepherd mix. I love taking dogs for walks, playing fetch, roughhousing with them, anything to get that energy out! I’m in between jobs right now and I’m looking to start college later in the fall. My schedule is very flexible and I have lots of free time. I’m good at following verbal/written instructions regarding boundaries within your home, as well as specific instructions about your pets needs. About: Since I could remember we always had animals part of are family from dogs all the way too horses. So I’ve come to love and care for all type of Animals from small to large, young to old. At this moment I’ve taken some time away from work and focus on myself.So every animal in my care will have one hundred percent of my attention. About: Just recently, I lost my beloved dog of 16 yrs and I am not ready to become a dog parent again. About: I've worked at an animal hospital. I've worked at animal rescues. I love pets all animals. They are what makes life worth living. I take care of animals as if they were my own children. I watch my own pets daily. If I were to watch your pet they would be well taken care of and make sure thier needs are met. For boarding at my home I have a huge space/room for your pet to stay. I have a fully fenced yard in back/front. Enough room for running around and playing. A separate room space indoor huge. Although our pets are friendly I would never have our pets around your dog while staying. They will be separated and taken out in the yard separately. For boarding at your home I would do anything your pet wanted run/walk/play/feed. I just have a baby so I can't stay the night. But I would visit morning and night. If I am able to book your pet I would make sure their needs are met and taken care of first and foremost. I would feed, play, and cuddle. In my home your pet would have a spacious environment. We have a big space for the pet to have their own room and privacy. We have a fully fenced yard for roaming and running. Your pet would be absolutely happy here. If I were to sit at your home I would make sure the pet is comfortable. I would obviously feed them to your preferences. I would take them in the back yard or walk. Overall I would make it feel like the owner never left as much as I could

I usually take them out every half hour just for exercise or fun as well as potty breaks (which is a good way to break bad marking habits for ones training). If it's a nice day usually we are outside all day playing and walking teaching the ones who are still in need of guided assistance. Which actually makes things way easier on me. Unless of course it's just to hot to be out side. Rainy days are our lazy days or indoor activity days. Lots of cuddles and loves. My personal fur babies are not kenneled but I do have kennels for ones who prefer it. It's whatever makes them happiest. Or feel the safest. I'm a pretty good judge of character when it comes to fur babies. We read one another very well. Which in turn makes us more comfy with one another. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with one ever.i know when to back off or come in for loves. Mutal respect is the best policy I feel.

She has gone above and beyond helping me with him walking him and helping take care of I definitely will continue using her as long as she is available.
