“Samantha was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency and she was able to take my 3 Basset Hounds within a couple of hours. They stayed with her for a week. My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. She will be my first contact should I need to board my babies again. Thank you, Samantha for making a stressful situation the easiest it could have been, and for taking such good care of my girls.”

About: As a young kid, my family bred Saint Bernards. By all means, I am from a "dog family." I grew up walking, feeding, cleaning stalls, etc. dogs much larger than me. Eventually and gradually we would adopt several mixed-breed dogs and other strays who we loved just as much as our Saints. On top of this, however, I was also proud to be responsible for a beautiful, sassy cat, from a younger kitty to her golden years. Moreover, some friends and I spent time trapping feral cats in West Central Spokane, specifically around where we lived and worked, then taking them to PetSavers for spay/neutering, and working to rehome them. I enjoy "working" with all kinds of dogs and cats. This includes seniors, those with health conditions, or those who simply benefit from extra patience and extra attention. You may already see me walking dogs in Cheney and Airway Heights. I would be glad to get to know your pet family and learn what everyone likes best and wants most. I currently work as a "hand" maintaining a lower-maintenance property in the greater Spokane County. This arrangement is semi-formal and provides ample flexibility in my schedule to meet the needs of your pet family. Each home and family is different, and expresses their love for the pet family in different ways. I am glad to meet your pet family where you are all at, and give us an opportunity to get to know each other. I talk low and slow by default, but can easily match the energy of your pet family. They go outside occasionally and avoid confrontation but are otherwise extremely nice and friendly. I always give my cats food and water on a schedule and am sure to include their wet foods for their health. About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. About: I’m patient, caring, dependable, reliable and take my dog out on walks every day. I work from home so I will be with your beloved pet at all times. I work from home and have one dog who I walk daily. Most of my time is spent with my dog and if your dog stays with us, they will be with us all day. I do live in an apartment, however, I am active and attentive so I can provide a lot of activity outdoors or spend time with your dog indoors if that’s what they prefer.
About: I have had dogs my whole life ranging from Pomeranians to Labradors. I have also worked at veterinary clinics, dog daycares and animal shelters. I’m currently home full time, and I’m available for boarding in my home or drops ins at your home to check on your furry friends. About: I have been a dog house sitter for some family friends for over the course of a year. I connect instantly with dogs, they feel they can trust me. I have no professional training experience but am very patient with the dogs when necessary. I am currently in between jobs so am very flexible at the moment. Looking to get part or full time work soon. Prefer mornings and afternoons. Keep them mostly inside, as I do not have a fenced yard. Take them on daily walks. House is roomy to play around. About: I was born and raised on a farm so I have raised many different kinds of livestock and house pets. Animal care is one of my favorite things about living on the farm and I will treat your furry family members as one of my own. I am currently working a 4 days a week, 10 hours a day. I am able to get away during the work day for about an hour, so in that time I can come and let your pet out to potty or give them more food. On the days I am not working, I am completely free to be with your pet for as long as you need me. I will vary my care based on the situation you have at your home and on your pets temperment (ex. going to the park, walking on the sidewalk, or sticking to the yard).
About: I’ve taken care of a handful of animals and truly, animals are so drawn to me. I love animals, they are so pure to me! I have a schedule just as much as everyone does, I fit babies into my schedule to ensure they are being well taken care of, etc. I have a perch for my cat and make sure she is being taken care of, I give her lots of love and I love other animals just as much as I love my own.

My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat.
