About: I’m from the Seattle area and I’ve been with Rover since 2018. In 2020 I got married to Micaiah my husband. When we married we added an additional cat to the family that belonged to him. So we have 4 cats. Before Rover I volunteered at PetsMart with Purrfect pals. One day a week I would help with cleaning, playing, and as a team member I helped cats find a furrrever home. My first cat in my life was when I was 8. I have always enjoyed pets and nature. So I decided to combine walking and dogs. Walks in the park or just around the block. I’m looking to be your new regular dog walker. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pets!! I’m also a very detail and observant person so walks, sittings, and daycare services would also have a description of how your pet is doing. I chart any different behavior or eating habits along with health concerns. Updates with photos would be a priority. I'd also ask for the dog's vet info and emergency contacts. Have a paw-some day! My schedule is flexible. I usually find clients prefer weekday schedule M-F routine for walks. This is my full time job! My time is your time! I’m very safety cautious. While Everest was in her care she sent me daily pictures and or videos which I really appreciated given this was his first time for an extended stay and with other dogs present. “Samantha was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency and she was able to take my 3 Basset Hounds within a couple of hours. They stayed with her for a week. My dogs were welcomed with open arms and treated exactly how they are at home- even getting to sleep in bed with her and snuggle time on the couch. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. She also made sure to ask questions about habits, personalities, medications, feeding, etc. I was so scared to drop them off, but Samantha quickly eased my anxiety, making sure I knew they were okay and adjusting well. I cant recommend her enough. Ellie is hard to win over and within a couple of days I find out that she is following Samantha all over the house. A very impressive feat. “Lori cared for my much-loved kitties, Blanca and Gizmo, for two weeks while I was on vacation. My kitties became comfortable with Lori during our meet & greet and I was thoroughly impressed. They are sweet kitties but usually a bit skittish around new humans, except Lori. Lori did a combination of drop-ins and overnights. She sent me updates and pictures on a daily basis, so I k new they were happy and well-cared for. I would highly recommend Lori; she is a kind and thoughtful person and was amazing with my kitties.”
About: For four years, I provided dependable care for my friend’s cat and bunny while she attended college in another city. I made sure they were fed on schedule, refreshed their water daily, cleaned litter boxes and living areas, monitored their health and behavior, gave them affection and attention, and ensured they felt safe and comfortable. About: Dogs seem to love me because I love them. We have a lot of fun! I make them feel valued and important. I give them lots of attention and love. Because I'm fair and big on respect, they feel safe loved calm and happy. They really thrive on that Dogs really need to get out run and play. I take them early in the morning and then at dusk. This is important for their mental as well as physical well being. It's the best part of my day. Also I have calm uplifting music playing during the day which aides to a calm relaxed atmosphere and they seem to really enjoy it. I have two dogs that compete and play frisbee and I can teach your dog too. I also like good nutritious treats and make my own. Dogs are God's wonderful complement to mankind. I love them!!!

About: Took care of a natural history museum’s (Sternberg natural history museum) animals for a year. Did the same at a zoo (Rolling Hills Zoo) for 6 years. Studying wildlife biology / pre vet science with the end goal of being a wildlife veterinarian. I’ve personally owned pets all my life including many dogs, cats, fish, insects and lizards. Additionally I've been on Rover for years as a teen but my mother owned the account (if you’d like proof of that I can give my mothers account to see my prior experience) but I did all the sitting. They are always part to the family. Growing up I have taken care of many animals for as long as I can remember. I work my schedule around the pet's schedule. I have taken care of all sorts of animals--dogs, cats, birds, lizards, hamsters, bunnies, horses, pigs, goats, chickens and even cows! I feel comfortable with pets who have medical issues, as well. I also have done a fair amount of pet massages for dogs and cats (not lizards, though!!) I have an online business, so I usually housesit and work part-time online. This makes it very easy for me to be in a home with pets who need more attention, or dogs that need walked often. I have done all levels of pet care-from simple one hour drop-in visits for cats to feeding and cleaning up for horses and cows (extra fee for that!!) So, I am very versatile with my clients! I also find that I bond easily with pets, and can often connect to shy or nervous cats and dogs by being present, calm and talking to them. I also know to leave someone alone when they just don't want to connect. I usually do lots of walks and playing together as well as simply sitting and petting and offering yummy treats!
About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve been volunteering, fostering, & working professionally with dogs, reptiles, & other animals for 10+ years. I've yet to meet a pup that I haven't loved, and vice versa. I have a high energy dog of my own, and I have previously worked at a doggy daycare & a grooming salon, so I have tons of hands-on experience with every dog breed and temperament you can imagine. My time at the doggy daycare gave me insight into animal body language, so I feel very comfortable handling multiple pups at a time as well as anxious dogs or ones that require some extra care. Animals generally seem to be much more at ease in the comfort of their own homes, so my main service is in home sitting or drop-in visits. I am also comfortable handling caged animals & reptiles. I have worked in a pet store & taken care of everything from fish and hamsters to birds & snakes. I also have two snakes & a lizard of my own. I do my best to emulate your pet’s usual schedule in your home. If I need to leave for any period of time & can’t take your pup with me, I’d leave them however you normally do. About: I have been responsible for many different kinds of pets from a very young age. I have looked after senior pets as well as new born animals and am looking for to caring for yours! About: I won't just treat them as a "pet" I treat all animals as family. I have taken care of various dog and cats from family members and friends since I was a child. She always responded to my messages within minutes, and sent me several updates, pictures, and videos of my babies every day. About: Hi there! Im used to watching other people's pets and usually am requested to do such on base or off base. I also volunteered often for the humane society and owned several dogs myself. Military has made it more difficult to own a dog so taking care other dogs is a bit easier. If you need my number please shoot me a msg! (I dont have it listed since its linked to an account I forgot) My schedule is usually rather free most days now. If you let me know in advance I can happily give you my schedule which usually consist of appointments. There's a huge fenced yard in the back and the house is always cooled. They're no kids here either. I certainly would welcome a house tour if you feel inclined to.

About: I have had dogs in my home since I was a child and I have brought my kids up with pups, too! I am familiar with dogs of all ages and when your dog is here they will be treated like family. I am also respectful of any training that you have done with your pup and am happy to work with your household rules, too! I am on summer break as a teacher so I am typically home during the day for unlimited potty breaks, walks, love, and attention. Dogs are family and your pup and I will interact all day. I have a fenced yard and a six year old, friendly, energetic pup of my own for your dog to play with. I also have two children who are familiar with dogs, boundaries, and appropriate play.
