About: I’m from the Seattle area and I’ve been with Rover since 2018. In 2020 I got married to Micaiah my husband. When we married we added an additional cat to the family that belonged to him. So we have 4 cats. Before Rover I volunteered at PetsMart with Purrfect pals. One day a week I would help with cleaning, playing, and as a team member I helped cats find a furrrever home. My first cat in my life was when I was 8. I have always enjoyed pets and nature. So I decided to combine walking and dogs. Walks in the park or just around the block. I’m looking to be your new regular dog walker. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pets!! I’m also a very detail and observant person so walks, sittings, and daycare services would also have a description of how your pet is doing. I chart any different behavior or eating habits along with health concerns. Updates with photos would be a priority. I'd also ask for the dog's vet info and emergency contacts. Have a paw-some day! My schedule is flexible. I usually find clients prefer weekday schedule M-F routine for walks. This is my full time job! My time is your time! I’m very safety cautious. I will keep updates and photos on the pet regularly during the day. I also request the pet’s medical information and their vet clinic. I’m pretty flexiable with scheduling. I try my best to fit in the schedule my clients want for their pets. Only days I need off for two hours are Sunday and Thursday. For security and safety I please ask for NO GUNS OR SUBSTANCES in house. I want to feel safe in the environment same goes for your pets. Thanks! I’m making this a full time job. M-F. I’m flexible with the scheduling. I’m open to picking up and dropping off clients dogs. Dogs will have one of us home with them. I have a fenced yard and five cats. I rescued two which are a mom and her kitten. My three cats are fun to spend my day with as well. I have a senior cat that needs daily meds and I try all I can to keep them happy and healthy.

About: Hi, I’m Brian! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had dogs and cats around the house, and it’s a tradition I’ve proudly continued into adulthood. Sadly, both of my beloved pugs passed away over the last few years. Right now, it's just me and my cat, Vader, so I would absolutely love to welcome a canine (or another feline) presence back into my home! I work at WSU and live a quiet, peaceful life here in Colfax. Because my home is a kid-free environment and I spend a lot of my time here, your pet will get plenty of focused attention, companionship, and love. I have a large linoleum dining and kitchen area that can easily be blocked off where messes are easy to clean up. I'm totally fine sharing my bed and furniture with a pet. It's a quiet, kid-free house well suited for even the most nervous dogs.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for 10years and have cared for many different dogs breeds from young to senior. I was raised around many types of animals including horses, dogs, cats. My love for animals shows in my ability to be patient and assess their individual needs. Your animal will be well taken care of and have you feeling worry free. In my home I feed animals 2 times a day at 8am and 8pm. I take dogs out to go to the bathroom at 7:30am, 11:30am, 3:00pm, 6:00pm and lastly at 9:00pm. If your animals needs to go out after that I will do so. I have an unfenced yard but use a staked leash in the ground. I also can take them out on your leash if your more comfortable with that, but if your dog is a jumper (needing a 6ft fence) he/ she will be leashed walked for potty time and can walk them for a good period of time. Everyday at the best weathered part of the day or around noon I will be taking your fur-baby out for at least an hour walk or go to the dog park/ run if allowed during longer stays (more than 2 days). For the animals that I will be taking care of at their home I will feed them on the schedule that you have for them already and as close to those times as possible. I will take them on a 30 min walk at least once a day and give take them out to go to the bathroom once in the morning and once in the evening. If you let me know what needs to be done and it will be done as close to the times as possible Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has any special needs or allergies i.e. seasonal and/or food so I can take the appropriate measures to insure he/she has a wonderful time within those limits. I also request that you let me know of any behavioral needs that he/she has ahead of time. for example if they get along with other dogs and animals, or pull on there leash ( mainly for bigger dogs) etc.

About: I have experience in pet and working dog training; raising, training and socializing puppies and young dogs (my forte). I make dogs happy and they have fun!!! I stay at home and available for the dogs all day and night. They will get frequent walks, runs, interaction, potty breaks and lots of attention. I can pick up and drop off your dogs. Also I have calm uplifting music playing during the day which aides to a calm relaxed atmosphere and they seem to really enjoy it. In my home my two cats have their own room with toys and other things to climb and play on. I also have a very large fenced in lawn as well as a walkable neighborhood.

About: I’ve always had a lot of animals growing up. I love all animals. Teaching dogs basic manners and taking care of them. I am organized and very attentive. I work part time and am very flexible. I can change my schedule to work for you ans your needs as I make my own schedule. I have a fenced yard, and can use a crate if needed. I can also come to your home and take care of them there.
About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve been volunteering, fostering, & working professionally with dogs, reptiles, & other animals for 10+ years. I've yet to meet a pup that I haven't loved, and vice versa. I have a high energy dog of my own, and I have previously worked at a doggy daycare & a grooming salon, so I have tons of hands-on experience with every dog breed and temperament you can imagine. My time at the doggy daycare gave me insight into animal body language, so I feel very comfortable handling multiple pups at a time as well as anxious dogs or ones that require some extra care. Animals generally seem to be much more at ease in the comfort of their own homes, so my main service is in home sitting or drop-in visits. I am also comfortable handling caged animals & reptiles. I have worked in a pet store & taken care of everything from fish and hamsters to birds & snakes. I also have two snakes & a lizard of my own. I am happy to travel to housesit, so feel free to send a request no matter how far you may be. I am also a photographer & am happy to include a photo package in your sit if that’s something that would interest you! I recently quit my job to spend two months volunteering at a wildlife sanctuary in South America, so I currently have all the time in the world for your pets, & I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend this period of free time than with animals. I do my best to emulate your pet’s usual schedule in your home. If I need to leave for any period of time & can’t take your pup with me, I’d leave them however you normally do. My goal is to cause as little stress as possible so I do my best to stick to the routines they are already used to.
About: I carry a business insurance policy for petcare. My first job was a at a doggy daycare/ boarding facility but I have been pet sitting since I was 12. I’ve worked with puppies all the way through seniors receiving cancer treatment. I have a playful golden retriever who adores all animals big and small. I have experience bathing and giving insulin to cats too. I volunteered at a rescue ranch for a number of years and have experience with livestock. I personally have ducks, chickens, reptiles and a senior cat as companions for my golden. I am currently working 3 days a week for a tax office and am unavailable from January to April. On my off days I hike and take my golden to the river. I have a contract that I have been using since 2010 that outlines my safety procedures. When I am in a clients home I always have them review it and do a walk around of the home with them. From my years at doggy daycare I am pretty familiar with certain breed characteristics like the awesome heights husky’s can jump or the tunneling ability of a weenie. I also am very understanding about separation anxiety as someone who has worked at rescues. For walks I require a harness or collar the dog cannot slip out of. I require an in person meeting beforehand, if doggy play dates with my dog are requested we must meet on neutral ground first to see how they interact.

About: I have over 5 years of experience taking care of all sorts and sizes of dogs, as well as cats. I always make sure the animals I take care of have the best possible environment to ensure a happy and healthy result. :) I’m currently planning on doing this full time until I find a new part-time job.
