About: I grew up raising and owning dogs, but I don't have an ego and pretend to know everything or be an expert. I'm always willing to learn and treat every dog with an open mind. I have experience in veterinary medicine, pet retail as a nutrition specialist, and as a dog trainer specializing in reactivity and behavior modification. I work full time for a pet store, while availability is limited I am often able to flex my retail schedule to make sure your pets are taken care of! I have three friendly dogs and two dog-friendly cats! I am able to board one dog at a time. I am comfortable with walking dogs on every type of equipment on the market, from harnesses to head halters to all kinds of training collars.

Brian did a wonderful meet and greet with my boys (two newfoundlands) and walked them today without me..that may seem like a strange thing to say but Byron (my younger boy) refuses to go on a walk for anyone but me - not even my husband! He was perfectly fine on going on the walk with Sinjin (my older boy) and Brian. No temper tantrums, no refusal to walk. NONE of it. Brian took them on a good walk, they had fun and their were no problems.”

“I can’t recommend Katherine enough as a pet sitter, she took amazing care of my husky, Aiko, while I was away. I loved how she sent frequent photo and video updates, it was so reassuring to see Aiko looking happy, well exercised, and clearly loved.
