“This was my first time being away from Dylan for more than a few hours so I was a little worried about how she would behave with new people over an extended period of time. Also, Dylan has some behavioral issues like barking and leash reactivity against other dogs, which some may not want to deal with. That did not deter Eileen and her husband. About: I love to spoil our fur babies and just feel so bad to leave them alone. I’ve trained all three of our dogs plus two who lived to 16 years and have passed. We love our boys just like our kids, they are such a big part of our family. I am semi retired and live on 9 acres where I love to walk the dogs and allow them to play freely. I have balls, frisbees, sand dig spots, just about anything your pet might enjoy. I have plenty of space. Some dogs like to cuddle up and sleep in my room and some are more comfortable on the couch and some prefer their kennel but i give them a choice so they have a good nights rest.

About: Misty (my sweet 8-year-old Lab) and I have three acres to play on, with Chickens, ducks and dwarf goats to play with. We are outside almost all the time, weather permitting. If you want your dog to get a lot of attention and have a lot of fun instead of just sitting around, we might be the place for you! I'm retired so am available most days (Sunday through Friday) for extended hours. I am always with Misty so if we find the right dog or dogs to hang out with us I will be very flexible about hours. We have three acres completely fenced, although I am in the middle of upgrading the fence from 4 feet tall to 6 to keep out deer. In the morning we feed the animals and water the garden and ornamental flowers/bushes and trees. Then it is play time or projects. We play fetch, take the goats for a walk on the property, or go on an adventure walk to visit neighbor dogs and smell all of the things! In between playing I work on projects around the property. Planting, harvesting, landscaping, etc. In the heat we take breaks inside with air conditioning and in the cold we take breaks to warm up but we'd almost always rather be outside where the fun is!

Even the grouchy ones 😊 Our dogs eat at 12:30 and at 6:30 each day with frequent trips outside. They are friendly and we keep them trained to eat only out of their own bowls. Pet care is daily life in our home (with my spouse) and we both take pride in our relationships with animals I will frequently check for assent amongst pets to ensure safety and wellbeing. If animals need to be separated, we live in our finished basement and work upstairs, making it easy to both separate and engage with all the animals frequently. About: I am a stay at home mom with two kids that loves animals and we have a black lab! Our lab has had two litters so my home is set up for any size and type of dog. We have a big back yard with tall fences and a separate fenced off area in the back with a good amount of room. We love animals in this house so chilling out with us on the couch is great! And if your animal likes to be left alone we are ok with that too we have a basement that is away from the kids if they need a separate sleeping space. My dog is great with other dogs so all I ask is that your animal is good with kids and my dog😁 the dogs are free to roam around home and yard. I am a stay at home mom so I am home all day except when I need to get groceries or have a doctors appointment! I have a big fenced yard with a tall wooden fence. There is also a good sized fenced in area within the back yard. If your animal needs a crate you will need to provide it. My daughter loves dogs so they need to be good with kids.
About: I have taken care of pets since I was a child,love dogs,cats, chickens , cows, horses,you name it! Will definitely give your family member love and care while you are away, whether at my house or yours! Currently not working elsewhere,our little ranch is busy. We have Dogs, Kitty's, chickens and fish in our little water feature,so am available to spend lots of time with your family member! I have a kennel available and my dogs and cats are wonderful! Obviously,we will talk about leash walking as we free range our chickens and would never set someone's family member up for failure by putting any animal around things they are unfamiliar with. I am equipped to deal with situations if any of the animals ever seem uncomfortable! Also have a new smaller fenced area!

About: Hello everyone! I'm Abby, I've been around dogs all my life from puppies to senior dogs including medically complex fur babies. In my photos, the brown dog was my fur baby for 4 years a rescue that ended up with cancer, me and him fought for 2 of those 4 years before having to say goodbye, I do not currently have any pets. Just a side note, I do have a full time job that is in 8 hour shifts and I can't change that. I am currently an online university student, so I have tons for free time to watch your fur babies, and to play with them so they won't be lonely while y'all are gone. For house sitting I'm down for whatever, for the drop in Sun-Sat 7am-3pm. I will treat the babies like family to play, walk, and spoil with lots of love. If wanted I will send updates and photos of the fur babies as I understand the anxiety of being away from your pets and wondering if they are okay.

About: I've had a cared for my own dog since I was 11 and cats since I was able to walk. I've always helped out with my grandparents dogs before having my own as well. Im currently working park time. About: In the last three years I’ve raised 3 different puppies and taken care of a personal rescue. Aswell I’ve taken care of 3 senior/weak dogs at the same time with no issues. I currently work as a farm hand on my mom’s horse facility. So when home I’m out doing projects. But I can leave and stay anywhere if without much fuss. I have a nice fenced yard for free play time aswell as some land for them to really stretch the legs. I have two healers at my home. One spayed female 2yrs old, and one 7 month old male not neutered. About: I have volunteered at an animal rescue for about 2 years and I have a puppy who I trained and have cared for in the past year. I also have had cats all my life and have fostered pregnant kitties until their kittens were old enough to be adopted. I am currently at home most days, so long as I have some advanced notice I should be able to make anything work. The more time I have the more likely I am to be able to fit you in. I have a wide variety of leashes, dog toys, treats, and other supplies that I can use when working with your pets or I can work with their existing favorites if that is what is prefered. I will spend ample time playing with and caring for you pet. I signed up for Rover because I want to spend lots of time with your pets. If you want I can even help some with training because that is something I am studying and hoping to make a career of. I can take frequent potty breaks as needed and go on long walks if that's what your pet enjoys.
