About: I have caretaking experience, I have had many pets in my lifetime from puppies, dogs with heart murmurs, to timid rescues that need lots of growth and support. I have a belief that all dogs can be cares for with ease, because I understand them through their personalities and specific needs. About: I have worked with both cat and dog rescue centers on and off since I was 12 years old. I was in charge of most of the general care for the animals (feeding, walking, playing, cleaning, etc). I am a wildlife biologist and have taken classes on animal behavior and training. I currently work Monday - Thursdays and am free to watch your furbabies during Friday - Sunday. I am an early riser and do not mind early drop in visits either. I have worked with a variety of sized dogs as well as cats and I feel comfortable interacting and caring for them. “She is very friendly, easy going and flexible. She is a kind person. When a dog jumped up on my dress she ran to the rescue with natural solvents. My dress is still beautiful thanks to her quick thinking! My dog just adores her. I feel now like she is my baby’s second home. There is a large property so lots of walking potential. Also a fenced in play area when it’s needed. The dogs are able to spend time in doors or out doors. Plenty of parking space if your drop off or pickup times coincide with other owners. I have also been a competitive dog agility instructor for 7 years. My own dog is Oakley, a Miniature American Shepherd, and he helps me with fearful or reactive dog clients by being a neutral dog with great communication skills. Before becoming a dog trainer full time, I worked at a dog daycare in Mukilteo for 3 years. It was a great experience and gave me a lot of knowledge about dog behavior and handling large groups of dogs.
