“Melissa and Ryan are the best. My dog loves going there. She has separation anxiety and they are so patient and helpful in making her feel part of their family. She sends photos and keeps me informed of any concerns that may arise.”

“Brandi was wonderful with our boy for his first overnight at her house. We got daily updates of how he was doing, and pictures of him playing hard and napping peacefully. She had him neatly packed and ready to go for pickup. He’ll be staying there again!”

“Courtney was an amazing dog-sitter who went out of her way to give both our senior dog and puppy a very happy and comfortable experience. She was very observant and conscientious about checking in with us about everything, sent us photos, and she and her children offered our dogs a warm and welcoming family experience.”
“Super happy with how our pup was treated! Wendy (Alice) did a fantastic job taking care of Minima, taking her for walks, and keeping in contact while we were away. She knows what she is doing!”

“We were nervous about leaving our 2 year old lab at a “dog sitters” for 9 days. Once we met Amity for the “meet and greet” we instantly knew this was the perfect place for boarding our dog. We felt so comfortable leaving her at this beautiful place with lots of acreage, a pond, and a wonderfully inviting home and family. She welcomed our dog in such a loving way and we could tell our dog had found her “second home”. We loved the daily updates with photos, videos and text messages… it was confirmed that Nelli was having a great experience and that we could relax while we were on vacation knowing she was SO well cared for. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amity and her family!”

“I was nervous about boarding my fur babies (3 of them) but Stephanie was so sweet with them as soon as we got to her house. Her home is set up for your four legged family. She sent video of them and let me know they were adjusting well. We will definitely be asking her to board our four legged babies the next time we go out of town and can't take them with us!”

“Chelsea was wonderful to work with! She had great communication and kept us updated with how our pup was doing! Our little Ti came back happy and I felt confident the whole time we were away! Highly recommend :)”

“Ashley did an absolutely fabulous job taking care of my sweet corgi girl nala while I was on vacation! It was my first time leaving her at someone else’s house for that long & ashley made me feel so comfortable with the process & I knew my sweetie would be taken care of to the fullest! She sent pics & chatted with me every day thru out the week & checked in with me on any changes ahead of time. 10000% recommend her & her boarding services, dog walking, etc.!!!!”

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 10. I have cared for a blind senior cat as well as a cat with hip problems, which required patience, close monitoring, and adapting the environment to keep them safe and comfortable. I currently help care for my friend’s senior dog, who also has hip and dental issues, so I’m familiar with administering gentle support, maintaining comfort, and being attentive to mobility limitations and pain cues. In addition, I have experience caring for younger animals, including kittens and puppies around 12 weeks old. This has given me practice with high-energy care, feeding routines, supervision, and basic early-life behavior management. Overall, I’m comfortable working with both senior pets and young animals, and I adjust my care style based on each pet’s specific health, energy level, and personality needs. Pet care fits into my routine pretty easily because I currently have a part-time job with a very variable schedule. Since my shifts change from week to week, I’m generally flexible and available most days with some notice. This flexibility allows me to adjust around pet care responsibilities like feeding, walks, check-ins, or overnight stays when needed. I’m also used to planning my time in a way that ensures animals are consistently cared for, even on busier days, so I can reliably fit pet care into my weekly schedule. In my home, I would make sure any pet is cared for in a safe, comfortable, and supervised environment. While my apartment doesn’t have a backyard, there is a fenced-in area nearby where dogs can run, play fetch, and get exercise. I also have a car, so if the owner is comfortable with it, I can take the dogs to a dog park for additional enrichment and activity. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions are followed closely. I’m also very mindful of respecting the home itself. I was raised to always leave a place cleaner than I found it, so I make sure everything is kept tidy, organized, and exactly as I found it. Communication is also important to me, so I always update owners and let them know right away if anything seems off or if there are any concerns about their pet’s health, behavior, or well-being.
“Hannah was amazing! She took great care of our boy Cyrus. She was very good at communicating and sending pictures when we asked for updates. We felt very comfortable leaving our baby with her and we will definitely use her again in the future!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was a young teenager. Mostly dogs and cats of my own, however I love meeting new animals. My strengths derive from my hard work ethic and passion for helping others. I’m a fast learner and am confident following instructions to exact standards. I am a teacher. During the summer I look for part time jobs. This job makes me feel like I’m doing something meaningful. My pets love to spend the extra time with me during the summer so I think others would too. I have large rooms on hardwood flooring. Animals can be crated, put in living room, or free to roam. I have a friendly dog who loves to make friends but can be kept away when needed. I like to take my dog on walks but I would only walk animals as recommended. I check my animals food and water twice a day. I also make sure to check that my dog has seen the new bowl of food at times.
“Mikayla is absolutely amazing! I don’t have enough kind/positive words to describe our experience. We boarded our 2 dogs with her for just under a week. One of our dogs is very scared of strangers, but Mikayla had him warmed up and part of the family in just a couple of days! I was so impressed and glad to know that both my babies were taken care of and loved just as they are at home (if not more!). Thank you, Mikayla!”

“Amany was amazing with our scared of everything special needs dog! We are so happy to finally find someone that takes such good care of Fritz! We will definitely have Amany watch him again!”

Will have access to a big backyard to run around in and stretch out their legs or if they just simply want to enjoy the sunshine for a bit. It will be like a vacation for them, while you enjoy your trip knowing that your furbaby is in good hands. We are home weekly and are able to care for your dog as they are our own. Can feed dogs specialty food, walk your dog and even throw a ball if they like that. Can give medication if needed for older dogs.
About: Hi, I’m Brian! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had dogs and cats around the house, and it’s a tradition I’ve proudly continued into adulthood. Sadly, both of my beloved pugs passed away over the last few years. Right now, it's just me and my cat, Vader, so I would absolutely love to welcome a canine (or another feline) presence back into my home! I work at WSU and live a quiet, peaceful life here in Colfax. Because my home is a kid-free environment and I spend a lot of my time here, your pet will get plenty of focused attention, companionship, and love. I understand how hard it is to leave your pets, so I am committed to treating yours like family - providing a safe, comfortable, and fun home away from home. I’d love to chat and see if I’m the perfect fit for your pet! I work at WSU so it's a short commute each day, allowing me to spend more time at home. My weekday evenings are pretty quiet. I sometimes go out on the weekends but would be quite happy staying home if there is pet-sitting to do. I have a large fenced yard. I have a large linoleum dining and kitchen area that can easily be blocked off where messes are easy to clean up. I'm totally fine sharing my bed and furniture with a pet. It's a quiet, kid-free house well suited for even the most nervous dogs.
“Lily is so incredible with our two cats that are full of character. She understands them and is attentive to their needs. We appreciated the communication she kept with us and we will surely leave our fur babies with her again. Thanks, Lily!”

I will be able to pet sit when you want to have a weekend get away or drop in visits to check on your pets. Throughout my 18 years I have been raised around all types of different animals from the smallest to the largest. Such as tiny mice and guinea pigs to horses and cows. I have my own two dogs an a horse while my parents still have a little farm. I have pet sat for others before and absolutely loved it! I am a college student and will be working part time but I don’t have to many classes and will have multiple breaks for to walk or check your pets! I have a flexible schedule so finding openings that fit work best. It fits in-between classes and time when I’m not doing anything on the weekends or when I don’t have class. I love to spoil my pets at home. My dogs sleep with me in my bed and so do my cats. I treat them like my children and couldn’t live without them.
“Shoshana was so kind to my dog and was very reliable. Her warmth and love of animals was very apparent from our first meeting. I was able to go away with complete peace of mind knowing that my dog was being so well cared for.”

“Im so grateful to have found Ashley to care for my sweet girl, Nala. She was able to work with my work schedule to take her out daily while im at work and she’s been so great with nala!! She makes sure to get some play time in with her after taking her potty and is very attentive to her needs! She made a point to help me find coverage for days she isn’t available ahead of time and she is very responsive to messages! 10/10 would recommend her to others and appreciate all she is doing!!”

“Morgan was great taking care of my two cats while I was out of the country. I loved the notes she left in the app and the photos sent easing my mind. I have absolutely no complaints! Would rebook for my next vacation!”

“Emma was amazing with my cats. She was very patient with one of my cats who gets scared around strangers, and got him to warm upto her within couple of days. She was gracious enough to run over to my place outside of the booking time when I noticed on camera that my cats knocked over a water bowl to make sure they are fine and have enough water. I will definitely rebook with her.”

“Stephanie dropped in to look after our cats for a full week while we were away. She was communicative and went above and beyond to care for our pets. She even watered our plants! We highly recommend Stephanie for pet sitting.”

About: I’ve had a bit of experience with cats through cat sitting a couple of times and living with a roommate who has a cat. I’ve handled feeding, refilling water, and cleaning the litter box, and made sure the cat is comfortable while their owner is away. Living with a cat has also given me more everyday experience—getting used to their routines, personalities, and learning how to interact with them in a calm and respectful way.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs ever since I was a young girl. Nieghbor’s, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and simply give their pet attention. I have had pet my entire life and have loved every single one. I have dog sat many of my neighbors and family friends dogs and cats, if it’s just letting them out to go to the bathroom or staying with them the entire week. Being there when a pet is in need is something I can always do. I just graduated so I have tons of free time to take pets on walks, pet sit, and play with. I am super flexible and super easy to contact. I have a fenced off one acre years for any pet to enjoy and play with my black lab. I have room for a kennel and also have a kennel if needed.

“Excellent sitter, respectful of our home, everything was left neat and tidy, daily reports about how Nicholas was doing. Highest recommendation! Plan on booking again, thank you so much Ann!”

About: I've had cats since I was a baby, so I've been around them quite a bit. I haven't necessarily watched a cat before but I have lots of experience taking care of them. My mom has fostered kittens many times and I've helped her with the responsibilities. I have also taken care of my cats newborn kittens when she got sick aswell as giving her medicine.
About: I have had a plethora of dogs growing up all ranging from little Pomeranians to cattle driven Border Collies to Great big Danes! In my four years of pet experience, I worked with two Cane Corso’s training, walking, cleaning up all their drool, washing them, and overnight watching them from puppies together till I had to sadly leave them to come to school this year. I watched them everyday for 5+ hours, taking them on walks and always was willing to drive them to the mountains because I know how much they love the snow. I am willing to take your dogs anywhere to reach their maximum happiness and the 10,000 steps dogs need too! I never missed a day of sitting them and if I had to miss one, I always made sure to rely that information with plenty of time ahead. I am in the agriculture industry, and am strong enough and not afraid to deal with reactive and high energy dogs, since I have experience with both. I would love to see the adventures I can take your pets on! I am a student at the University of Idaho, but M/W/F before 8:30, and after 1:30 I am available to book any service! Tuesday’s I am free to give my undivided attention to any pup or cat! Usually my afternoons consist of homework and taking my own puppy on walks and to the park to play fetch. So taking care of animals and putting my time forward to pets is not second nature, it’s a routine! I make sure I keep my pup on a specific time of eating and walking during the week so she does not get stressed out or worried. I have a large dog crate in my home that can be used. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a large field behind me that me and a pet can go and play in. My house already has one pup who gets along with any type of dog and is very passive. She is not a huge cat lover.
“Esiah is the best! Great communicator, incredibly kind, and willing to work with me when weather impacted my travel. I know who to contact if my little cat needs a good caretaker while I'm away again. :)”

“Danielle is an angel. Not only is she a kind person, and an animal lover, she also is an amazing care giver. My cats got to hang out with Danielle in my apartment and I loved the text and photo updates she sent. Danielle is reliable and I appreciate her taking care of, playing with and loving my cats. Thank you Danielle, you made my vacation with my family”
About: I've worked with dogs and vet offices for my whole time in college, I love taking care of pets and being around dogs, I am a current shift lead at a doggy daycare making my skill in caring for animals a top priority Being a full time student my schedule gets pretty busy, however, I am able to still take the time needed to make sure pups get the proper care and attention they need. I am available during the evenings every day of the week, I have the most availability on Tuesday and Thursdays and the week ends. In my own home I take my dogs on lots of walks due to our campus location of my apartment, at a clients home I still want to give your fur baby all the exercise needed by daily walks and lots of play time. I would treat any dog like my own dog.
“Emily did a fantastic job taking care of my two senior horses while I was out town. They required medication and special feed, and she handled it with ease. She was very professional and reliable, and the horses seemed well-cared-for and happy upon return. Thank you!”

“Tig is always so eager to go and hang out every time I drop him off and very tired when I pick him up. I can tell he just has a blast and I love that I don't have to worry about if he's safe or being enriched!”

About: My experience with dogs has ranged from personal ownership: (raised with two mixed breeds, and owned a WHIPPET for fourteen years), to boarding dogs, to working at a doggie daycare, and working for a dog walking company. Currently I am a stay at home mom to three kids- so I am home most of the time, including weekends. If I do step out, for errands, appointments, and such, I will absolutely make sure your pet has had enough walks/potty breaks. We have a fenced yard, and a great neighborhood for walking. My family, and I will work consistently to make sure your pooch feels comfortable, and loved. That said, for safety reasons I choose not to share photos of my kids on my profile page- regardless, they are great with dogs! My time is flexible in that I can work around my families schedule to provide boarding for your pet(s). We look forward to meeting you/them! I can provide care for your dog(s), by following the schedule you have set for them. I love walking, and playing fetch with dogs! My kids especially love helping out with fetch. 😊 Pet care works easily with my daily, and weekly schedule, because I am a stay at home mom, and therefore home most of the time. In my home pets will be taken care of first and foremost with lots of love, (pets/snuggles). Secondly, pets will be taken care of by administering their daily needs of food, water, snacks, (if they have any), and meds, (if they have any).

Just reach out and let me know, any day, any time, and I will be there! I will respect the rules you have in place for your pet at your home and at mine. I promise to keep your puppy happy to the best of my abilities!
“Mango is a very good host for dogs and does a great job communicating during the stay. She picks up and drops off your pup which makes it even more convenient. I'll use her service again.”

About: I’ve taken care of a good amount of breeds from huskies to chihuahuas. I have loved every single one that it melts my heart every time i see them. “Ayca was a wonderful dog sitter for our little poodle. Her calm demeanor was perfect for Molly and when we returned we could tell she had been in good hands. Thanks again for your kindness to our dog!”

“Whitney and her dogs welcomed my pup and helped her settle in, even though she was nervous at first. She also kept an eye out to make sure everything stayed safe, since the pup was just getting acclimated to being around small children. I really appreciated this help getting the dog socialized, since I very much want her to be a 100% kid-friendly dog as she grows up! Thank you!!”

Rosalie was responsive, professional, attentive & provided a great space for Dalton very convenient to university campus, not to mention a friendly gentle dog of her own. Beautiful home, amazing (fenced in) yard. I really felt that Dalton was in great hands. Would highly recommend & would absolutely book again with Rosalie.”

“He came to our first meeting with thoughtful questions about my dog's needs, energy level, and routine, which immediately told me he takes this seriously. My dog is very high energy, and he handles him like a pro every single time. What really sets him apart is how communicative he is! He sends tons of photos every visit and always keeps me in the loop. I never have to wonder how the walk went. He's also always on time, which matters more than people realize when you're counting on someone. I'd recommend him to anyone, but especially if you have a dog that needs more than just a quick lap around the block.”

About: As an incoming 1st year vet student, I have devoted over 8000 hours to veterinary medicine. This has given me experience caring for pets of all shapes and sizes, including young puppies, senior dogs, fractious cats, and medically complex pets. Additionally, I am a dog foster and have recovered medically complex pups from intense surgeries/traumas. Given those experiences, I am comfortable administering medications both orally and injectables, as well as recognizing signs and symptoms of illness. As well, I have a behaviorally complex German Shepherd of my own, and feel comfortable recognizing and avoiding triggers, or safely deescalating situations if they arise. I currently work at an emergency vet with varying shifts, including some overnights, weekends, and evenings. This also means I have many days I can spent my time exclusively with your pets to get some energy out during the daylight! I welcome the opportunity to discuss my schedule during your trip specifically! After a lifetime in veterinary medicine & kennel assistant responsibilities, I’ve learned the ins and outs of pet safety, especially with behaviorally complex pets. I am happy to work with each pet specifically to cater to where they feel best- whether that be crated, on the couch beside me, or anywhere in between!
About: I’m a Pre-Veterinary Animal Science major with lifelong experience caring for pets of all ages, from playful puppies to senior animals. I’ve owned pets my whole life and also volunteer at my local humane society, where I help care for animals and take dogs on daily walks. I treat every pet with patience, love, and the same attention I give my own. I’m currently on break from my university, so my schedule is completely open and flexible. I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, or longer pet-sitting stays, and can easily adjust to whatever routine your pet needs. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. I don’t offer care in my own home because my pets don’t get along with unfamiliar animals. Instead, I care for pets in their own home, where they feel most secure. I follow their routine closely and make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and well-looked-after at all times.
“Allison has been walking my reactive pup, Bodi, for several weeks now. Because of Allison's gentle and calm demeanor, Bodi was comfortable with her right away. She has experience with reactive dogs and listened attentively to my specific instructions on how I manage Bodi's reactivity. She applies her experience, intuition and knowledge of dog body language to keep him under threshold. Allison is a treasure and I wish she could be Bodi's life-long dog walker!”

They are always part to the family. Growing up I have taken care of many animals for as long as I can remember. I work my schedule around the pet's schedule. Whether it's a quick little walk or long hours of play time. Every pet has their own needs that need to be met in a scheduled time. I personally love to give them my undivided attention. Playing fetch and dog games with them helps build a bond and trust. My dogs love to play fetch and go for walks, so I always set time aside for take them outside for a couple hours to play and go for a walk.

About: What can I say, people are crazy but animals just make sense 😂 I've grown up with cats since I was an infant, they're truly the prefect animal, can't change my mind! I also have experience with dogs, some reptiles, assorted rodents including guinea pigs, and fish. Outside of that, I'm a fast learner, not afraid of much, and capable of following instructions. I'd love to meet your fur baby! I work full time, so we will just need to talk and figure out schedules. I can usually make it work. I have a reliable car I have a lot of yard space, most of it not fenced unfortunately but I have multiple runners. I have a 3 bedroom apartment in the bottom of a full sized house, so it's spacious and stays cool in the summer. I have a kennel but use it sparingly. My own dogs get taken to one of several parks every morning to run off energy, as well as car rides and walks around the neighborhood. They live their rams horn filled with yogurt or peanut butter and frozen, for their inside time! I try to keep things stimulating As for care in your home, you tell me! I'll adapt to your needs as best I can :)
