My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. About: I’ve had two different dogs in my family since I was born. I have been responsible for feeding and cleaning up after my most recent dog. I graduated from the University of Denver and have spent 2+ months in the last year staying overnight to care for clients’ pets and homes. I am young and in fairly good shape, so I can run with dogs if requested! I have experience walking not only my dog, but various friends’ dogs. About: I grew up in a household full of cats, dogs, birds, reptiles and fish. My first pet as a wee one was a Tarantula name Suzie. Since moving to Whidbey Island 11 years ago I have worked professionally to care for animals on a number of levels from Dog Runner to Veterinarian Technician. About: I’ve owned pets of my own my whole life, and I’ve always held a special place in my heart for them. I feel as though we should all be taking care of our pets like we would our children because they deserve it! Recently I’ve volunteered at a cat cafe that transports stray from California in order to rehabilitate and adopt them out to loving and qualified families. I currently own 2 cats and a dog. My two cats are both 2 years old, named Khoi and Toshi, and they are both so cute! They have big personalities but they mostly sleep all the time. My dog’s name is Kailani, and I’ve had her since my childhood. She’s 10 years old and still very energetic and downright adorable. I try to give all my pets the best with what I’ve got because they deserve the best. I feel this way with my own pets, but I would give the same to any animal I see. I feel that they deserve the best because they are the best! I’m currently working part time, but I’m leaving my job soon. I will be available almost any time that is needed to take care of your pets. I would really like to dedicate myself to this work because I feel like when I’m working with animals they should get my full attention, so I’m fully open to anytime that I’m needed. Since I can’t offer boarding in my own home, depending on what service is needed of me I will take care of your best with everything you allow me to have at my disposal. About: I’ve spent my life around animals, growing up with big dogs and cats and now working at an animal rescue. I’m very comfortable with administering medications, high energy dogs, and senior and puppy care. All that means I spend a lot of time with my pets! I’m an early riser, so in the mornings me and my dog will often be on local trails, off leash parks, at Double Bluff, or wandering our sleepy Clinton neighborhood. We love to play in my fully fenced yard regularly throughout the day. Fridays and my weekends are all about enjoying the beautiful PNW with my pup and I’d love to bring your pets along for the ride! In my home, pets are welcome on the furniture and treated like members of the family. Paws are wiped off when we come back inside, and everyone has free roam of the house. When necessary we have gates to seperate upstairs and downstairs areas, so if your pet needs some private time on their own couch, it’s available to them! At your house, I treat your space with the same level of care I give your pets. I’ll make sure the mail is brought in, your plants are watered, the house stays tidy, and the locks are triple checked. Because I work with rescued animals, I’m also very intentional about maintaining your pet’s routine to minimize any anxiety while you’re away. When we’re out, I’m hyper-vigilant about leash safety and harness checks. If your dog is a flight risk or just easily spooked, I have the experience to keep them focused, happy, and secure. About: I've had experience taking care of both dogs and cats. My friends and family have often trusted me with taking care of their pets, which included feeding and walking them. With my former dog, I did basic training in commands (i.e. sit, stay, come) and know how to be firm when necessary. As a recent cat owner, I've learned the reins on taking care of a cat and how to live with one as well. Currently I'm freelancing, so I'm pretty flexible on availability with enough notice! Walking and playing with your pets is a fun activity I'm always down for. I can take care of cats and small dogs within my living space. I love animals generally speaking, and have previously cared for dogs, cats, birds, horses, goats, pigs, llamas. I feel well equipped to give lots of love, keep on your feeding schedules, get everybody the exercise they need, attend to milking, and to take care of medication’s as needed. My experience with different breeds of dogs has shown me that all dogs have different needs to be met. My own dogs has taught me to always be aware of everything and to always be there for them. I enjoy being able to connect with animals and will make your dog my first priority! I will be wearing a mask when dog walking or sitting and will be following the CDC guidelines for COVID-19I am a student at Seattle University and all classes are online so I am free whenever you need a sitter or a walker :) Please let me know if you have any questions. Any time, currently I am unemployed and am taking classes online, so as long as I get a heads up I will be able to do whatever you need! I have a fenced place in a family and pet friendly neighborhood. I will figure out what else can be dog-proofed and to make sure that they is nothing they can get into.
About: Lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience! I grew up with multiple dogs and have spent years walking and caring for pets, including overnight stays. I’m comfortable with different routines, energy levels, and personalities—and I always make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for. Mondays–Wednesdays are my off days and my most flexible time. I work Thursday–Sunday afternoons starting around 2, and my mornings are usually reserved for staying active—walks, workouts, or anything that gets me moving. About: I have been blessed to have a life surrounded by family and friend dogs and cats. I love all furry friends! I have attached pictures of some of the ones surrounding my life today. About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too. If doing check ins I can clean up any accidents and make sure they are fed and have water(depending on feeding schedules) and I always have local parks and routes pre planned for a good walk

“My dogs mean everything to me and it can be difficult to find a dog sitter who understands the assignment. Allison understood the assignment. My girls are 10 years apart in age are different in temperament and personality. To me, it doesn’t take a lot to care for them but I never know if that is different in the eyes of the sitter. Allison welcomed them both into her home and cared for them just as I would. She provided updates and photos throughout the stay. She was also flexible in drop off time as I had a brain fart when initially booking the stay. I will definitely choose Allison again for future stays!”
