She double checked Rogue’s typical practices and did her best to keep things as consistent as made sense. Throughout the weekend she kept me updated and was even able to accommodate when I had some unforeseen changes in pickup time. “Taylor has been so flexible on this visit. My cat had a medical problem just as I was leaving on a trip. This required numerous changes to the schedule, as he was in emergency care for a time. Then when he came back home, he needed to take new medications at different times than originally planned. Taylor adjusted the schedule to the new requirements, and administered the different meds that he required. So glad that Taylor is there to help however is needed!”

About: I love to spoil our fur babies and just feel so bad to leave them alone. I’ve trained all three of our dogs plus two who lived to 16 years and have passed. We love our boys just like our kids, they are such a big part of our family. I am semi retired and live on 9 acres where I love to walk the dogs and allow them to play freely. I have balls, frisbees, sand dig spots, just about anything your pet might enjoy. I have plenty of space. Some dogs like to cuddle up and sleep in my room and some are more comfortable on the couch and some prefer their kennel but i give them a choice so they have a good nights rest.

Obviously,we will talk about leash walking as we free range our chickens and would never set someone's family member up for failure by putting any animal around things they are unfamiliar with. About: Misty (my sweet 8-year-old Lab) and I have three acres to play on, with Chickens, ducks and dwarf goats to play with. We are outside almost all the time, weather permitting. If you want your dog to get a lot of attention and have a lot of fun instead of just sitting around, we might be the place for you! I'm retired so am available most days (Sunday through Friday) for extended hours. I am always with Misty so if we find the right dog or dogs to hang out with us I will be very flexible about hours. We have three acres completely fenced, although I am in the middle of upgrading the fence from 4 feet tall to 6 to keep out deer. In the morning we feed the animals and water the garden and ornamental flowers/bushes and trees. Then it is play time or projects. We play fetch, take the goats for a walk on the property, or go on an adventure walk to visit neighbor dogs and smell all of the things! In between playing I work on projects around the property. Planting, harvesting, landscaping, etc. In the heat we take breaks inside with air conditioning and in the cold we take breaks to warm up but we'd almost always rather be outside where the fun is!

She evaluated Clancy's needs each time to determine walk or not (especially when very hot outside), or play instead and worked on commands and provided meal, treats and water. She always provided feedback on Clancy and activities included. We loved the pictures & video she provided with each visit. We'd definitely use Lauren again. Also note that Clancy is a puppy (7 months old & weighs 48+ lbs) with lots of energy and Lauren handled him expertly.”

About: I love all animals and all breeds. Since I was young I have been caring for and around numerous types and breeds of animals. I have learned that much like people every dog, cat, lizard, etc has its own personality and needs. Im ready and willing to give your pets the best care and love imaginable while you're away. We have Dogs, Kitty's, chickens and fish in our little water feature,so am available to spend lots of time with your family member! I have a kennel available and my dogs and cats are wonderful! Obviously,we will talk about leash walking as we free range our chickens and would never set someone's family member up for failure by putting any animal around things they are unfamiliar with. I am equipped to deal with situations if any of the animals ever seem uncomfortable! Also have a new smaller fenced area!
About: Since growing up I have always taken care of animals; big and small! I have worked with and trained service dogs. I am able to be gentle, patient, and open, but also strong when needed. I am able to administer medication when needed, and have taken some vet classes for both big and small animals!
