About: We are a married couple that work from home and have a friendly 6 year old golden retriever and a 3 year old Collie Mix. We have decided to host one dog (family) at a time. We are home bodies and our pups love having company. When you book with us feel safe knowing your dog will be treated as part of the family and monitored for safety. We both grew up with family dogs and other pets and we understand the scary feeling of boarding your dog. We are happy to meet and answer any questions before taking in your dog. We will update you daily (at a minimum) of how they are doing, including sending pictures of course. As mentioned, we work from home. Our schedules are very flexible. When we book a stay we plan on staying home and playing with the dogs. We have a fully fenced backyard where our pups love to roam and play. Your dog will be part of the family and free to roam the house and yard as they please.
“We never had to leave our dog with a stranger and were a bit apprehensive trusting someone we met on a website to care for our German Shepherd "family member". It's only natural to think that no one will care for our pet like we do. After making a preliminary visit to Charlie's place, it was obvious that he has a lot of experience and insight with dog needs and behavior. Our dog is a high energy, high drive four year old that is used to running our acreage and getting a lot of exercise. While she rules the forest animals, she can be submissive and intimidated by other strong dogs. We were concerned about leaving her with multiple other dogs. Charlie introduced the other dogs slowly so that it wouldn't be overwhelming and took the time to observe her comfort level, waiting until she was ready to meet the others. Charlie takes the dogs on hikes around his property multiple times a day as well as bringing them out to play with the other dogs or chase balls. Charlie also sent photos and videos to keep us updated and show what a good time our dog was having. He also managed the special dietary needs for our dog while she stayed there. We will definitely bring our dog back to stay with Charlie.”

I have yrs of experience with working with the elderly and kids… but I would really love to just take that caring side and just love on animals. I have always had cats ( be nice you dog loving people) U till 9 yrs ago … I rescued a Beautiful Pitty from Washougal’s Animal Shelter. Her name was Dixie.. I quickly learned a whole new meaning of love and loyalty. Hands down the best dog ever!! Last yr at the age of 14” roughly) I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl . She left behind a 2 yr old Brother “Ammo” a Husky/malamute. And 2 months ago we welcomed a Pitty Puppy to the fam . I have a large fenced back yard 6ft high . Ma covered deck and a back room with couch , tv and radio for puppy friends… I currently am a full time Nanny , so will be starting out part time .. Fri-Sun .. if it all works out, I will be transitioning to pet care full time . Your fur baby will have 2 friends, off the bat. Safe to go outside and in as little or as often as they want . Would just need to know if there is food aggression, as I would separate at feeding time :)

He took the time to explain what Georgie needed, showed us how to properly use the prong collar as a communication tool, and gave us things to work on between sessions. About: Hello, I’ve always grown up around animals. From farm animals to bunnies and birds. I first started dogsitting with rescue dogs. My first being a fear aggressive rescue. From there, I built my client list with people who have rescue animals and Nextdoor. I currently help watch rescued cats, dogs, horses, sheep and goats and a bird from time to time. I have reliable transportation and can be flexible with helping around my work I live on five acres , lots of land that’s fenced for your pup, I like taking them to places for them to run around, plus I own a 30-50 foot leash so if your pup has room to run but is safe to come back. I really believe in mind stimulation to help get their energy out too, mind games/walks really helps. A tired dog is a happy dog 😊

About: Had dogs my whole life. Mines a coward and we'd need to check that he gets along with yours first, he'll get bullied if I'm not careful, the poor thing I stay home all day and spend as much of my time as possible outside. Your dog may come back muddy though, the messier you get the more fun you had and all! I am home all day with eyes/ears on the pets nearly constantly. I also spend so much time in environments that encourage explorative play and will keep most dogs too busy to get bored and act out in the first place. If a pet did act out, there's more than enough space in my place to separate animals and allow them to decompress. If at your place, mine is kennel trained for the same idea.

About: We are a married couple that work from home and have a friendly 6 year old golden retriever and a 3 year old Collie Mix. We have decided to host one dog (family) at a time. We are home bodies and our pups love having company. When you book with us feel safe knowing your dog will be treated as part of the family and monitored for safety. We both grew up with family dogs and other pets and we understand the scary feeling of boarding your dog. We are happy to meet and answer any questions before taking in your dog. We will update you daily (at a minimum) of how they are doing, including sending pictures of course. As mentioned, we work from home. Our schedules are very flexible. When we book a stay we plan on staying home and playing with the dogs. We have a fully fenced backyard where our pups love to roam and play. Your dog will be part of the family and free to roam the house and yard as they please.
“We never had to leave our dog with a stranger and were a bit apprehensive trusting someone we met on a website to care for our German Shepherd "family member". It's only natural to think that no one will care for our pet like we do. After making a preliminary visit to Charlie's place, it was obvious that he has a lot of experience and insight with dog needs and behavior. Our dog is a high energy, high drive four year old that is used to running our acreage and getting a lot of exercise. While she rules the forest animals, she can be submissive and intimidated by other strong dogs. We were concerned about leaving her with multiple other dogs. Charlie introduced the other dogs slowly so that it wouldn't be overwhelming and took the time to observe her comfort level, waiting until she was ready to meet the others. Charlie takes the dogs on hikes around his property multiple times a day as well as bringing them out to play with the other dogs or chase balls. Charlie also sent photos and videos to keep us updated and show what a good time our dog was having. He also managed the special dietary needs for our dog while she stayed there. We will definitely bring our dog back to stay with Charlie.”

I have always had cats ( be nice you dog loving people) U till 9 yrs ago … I rescued a Beautiful Pitty from Washougal’s Animal Shelter. Her name was Dixie.. I quickly learned a whole new meaning of love and loyalty. Hands down the best dog ever!! Last yr at the age of 14” roughly) I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl . She left behind a 2 yr old Brother “Ammo” a Husky/malamute. And 2 months ago we welcomed a Pitty Puppy to the fam . I have a large fenced back yard 6ft high . Ma covered deck and a back room with couch , tv and radio for puppy friends… I currently am a full time Nanny , so will be starting out part time .. Fri-Sun .. if it all works out, I will be transitioning to pet care full time . Your fur baby will have 2 friends, off the bat. Safe to go outside and in as little or as often as they want . Would just need to know if there is food aggression, as I would separate at feeding time :)
