About: Hi, I’m Kelley! I’m a professional dog trainer with over 10 years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. My journey started early. I began working at a veterinary office at just 15 years old as a kennel technician and assistant, where I built a strong foundation in animal care and behavior. From there, I expanded into training and spent 5 years in Hawaii working as a private contracted dog trainer, gaining extensive experience with a wide range of dogs and client needs. I mainly train basic to advanced obedience and service dog training but also have experience with training hunting/bird dogs and protection work. In 2020, I founded my own dog training business in Oregon, where I now provide customized, results-driven training programs. I work with dogs weekly through private sessions, as well as structured board-and-train programs. I also travel locally and to surrounding areas to support clients and ensure training carries over into real-life environments. I recently moved up to the WA side in Kalama. My property is fully set up with dogs in mind. I have a secure, fully fenced yard and dedicated training areas equipped with a wide variety of professional training tools. Dogs in my care receive structured training, enrichment, and appropriate socialization based on their individual temperament, goals, and needs. Whether your dog needs basic obedience, behavior modification, or a safe and structured place to stay while you’re away, I provide a reliable, experienced, and attentive approach to their care. I treat every dog like my own, focusing on building confidence, clear communication, and lasting results. Pet care is a central part of my daily routine since I run my dog training business full-time. My days are structured around the dogs in my care, including scheduled training sessions, exercise, enrichment, and rest time. Each dog follows a consistent routine that’s tailored to their individual needs-this can include structured walks, obedience training, socialization (when appropriate), and downtime to ensure they’re not overstimulated. Because I work from home and on my property, I’m able to provide constant supervision and hands-on care throughout the day. On a weekly basis, I rotate between private training sessions, board-and-train dogs, and client visits, so I’m always actively working with dogs in a structured and intentional way. This setup allows me to give each dog consistent attention, routine, and progress while they’re in my care. Care varies depending on the service, but all pets receive structured, attentive, and individualized care. In my home, dogs follow a consistent daily routine that includes exercise, training, enrichment, and rest. Because of my background as a professional trainer, I incorporate structure and clear communication into everything I do—whether that’s reinforcing good manners, working on specific training goals, or simply maintaining a calm, balanced environment. Dogs have access to a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and are always supervised. Socialization is thoughtfully managed based on each dog’s temperament and comfort level. For board-and-train dogs, their stay includes daily hands-on training sessions tailored to their specific goals, along with structured routines that help build reliability and confidence. In clients’ homes, I aim to keep pets as close to their normal routine as possible to reduce stress. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications if needed, and any household rules the dog is used to. I also reinforce any training the owner is working on to maintain consistency. Across all services, my priority is safety, clear communication, and making sure each dog feels secure, understood, and well cared for.

“Kris was amazing in taking care of my cats while we were gone! I can’t say how much i appreciate that they’re loved and cared for when we aren’t there. 10/10 definitely recommend, and will use next time we’re away!”

“I am very glad we booked Tanaisa to check in on our cats while we were out of town. She was dependable, communicative, and attentive. You can tell she is an animal lover based in the feedback and photos she provided me with daily. We will absolutely book with her again next time we need help with our pets.”

“Kelsey did a great job of looking after our two kitties. She came to meet us and the cats ahead of time and then did everything that we asked of her while we were gone. Thanks, Kelsey! I would recommend her highly.”

About: I’ve had cats my entire life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. My dad has always had multiple cats at home, and I currently have a playful kitten of my own, so I’m very familiar with all types of feline personalities — from independent adults to curious little ones. I’m patient, gentle, and detail-oriented when it comes to feeding, litter box care, and keeping routines consistent. Whether your cat loves playtime, cuddles, or quiet company, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away.
“Brie got my shy kitty to become her best friend. She was super patient with her and quickly earned her trust enough to get belly rubs. I will definitely be booking with her again if I need a pet sitter.”

“Our normal cat sitter was having a new baby while we were going out of town, so we had to find someone new. I found Rebecca after another sitter that I had lined up backed out and I was so glad I did. She did a great job! I also cat sit for Rover, and Rebecca gave the wonderful care that I always try to give my own clients. We appreciated the notes, and pictures from each day that she visited. My kids were upset about leaving their 3 kittens for so long, but they felt better seeing that they were in great hands with Rebecca. I will definitely use Rebecca again and recommend to others families with cats.”

“Veronica took very good care of my two cats. I loved that she sent pictures of them every day. The litter boxes were clean and she kept the floor around them swept and clean. I will definitely continue to ask her to care for my babies.”

About: I don’t have any cats currently but I’ve had them in the past. The one in the picture was my latest one. She has since passed and haven’t ventured back into the cat world. Everyone is different on how they take care of them so just let me know your routine and I will be able to care for them!

“Beyond kind to both me and my kitty! Always on time, very attentive, and sent great updates and photos! Took the time to interact and play with my cat and always responded quick! Highly recommend!”

About: Currently a part-time nurse looking to make a few extra bucks taking care of your fur babies. I am a dog mom, myself, and would love to drop in and take care of them or help them get their daily exercise!! Working part time and schedule can vary. If my calendar says I’m unavailable, please don’t hesitate to still reach out — I may be able to work out a time on that day with you. I try to be as flexible as I can 🐾😊 I can either drop in to check on and feed your pets, or I stay and give them some attention and time to get their energy out. I can also take them out on walks around the neighborhood! I love mixing it up with running/walking, as tolerated by the pups. I have more experience with dogs than cats, but I’m happy to stop in and check on them!🐱
“Brandon did an excellent job keeping our cat, birds and chickens happy. He left the house very clean and had no problems with all of our silly requests. We highly recommend him.”

“We are so lucky to have found Pamela! Great communication from beginning to end. She took amazing care of my Benny and was kind and patient with this new experience! 10/10 Great job! We will schedule with Pamela again soon!”

About: I’m a lifelong pet lover who has owned and cared for animals for many years. I’ve also had the joy of being a “pet grandpa,” helping care for family pets and spending lots of quality time with dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’m dependable, calm, and patient, and I truly enjoy getting outside for walks and staying active. I understand that every pet is different, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether your pet needs a walk, companionship, or attentive care while you’re away, I’ll treat them like family. I’m excited to spend time with animals and provide reliable, loving care you can feel good about. I’m retired and have a very flexible schedule. I’m looking for part-time work to stay active, so I have plenty of availability during weekdays and weekends. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow all care instructions carefully, keep a calm and secure environment, and treat your home with respect. I’m attentive, reliable, and focused on making sure pets feel safe and cared for at all times.
“Emily & Eric took great care of our pups while we were visiting from out of town for a family Christmas party. We appreciate them being so accommodating with the festivities ending a little later than expected. Our fur babies were obviously very comfortable in their home because they are so calm in their crates in the car at the moment. We will definitely leave our girls with Emily and Eric again when we are back in Vancouver!”

“Sarah was a great sitter for my dog Rosie. Rosie was so excited to come back every morning for daycare, and Rosie and Ellie were fast friends. We will definitely book with Sarah again in the future!”

About: I’ve spent over 20 years caring for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and energy levels, and what truly sets me apart is that animals aren’t just part of my schedule—they’re part of my life. I’m self-employed, which means I have the flexibility to be fully present and attentive, and my own dog goes just about everywhere with me. Dogs are woven into my daily rhythm, not squeezed into it. I’m especially skilled at reading canine body language and meeting dogs where they are emotionally and physically. I have extensive experience with off-leash dogs and understand how to manage freedom safely through awareness, trust, and clear communication. I’m also very comfortable caring for senior dogs—moving at their pace, watching for subtle changes, and providing calm, steady support. Whether a dog is high-energy and adventurous or older and more reserved, I focus on building trust, respecting individual needs, and creating a calm, confident environment where they feel safe and understood. Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine. I’m self-employed, which gives me the flexibility to structure my days around the needs of the dogs in my care rather than fitting them into fixed blocks of time. My own dog is with me throughout the day, so caring for dogs is a constant, natural part of my rhythm. Because of this flexibility, I’m able to provide regular attention, timely walks, enrichment, rest breaks, and any special care a dog may need, whether that’s extra activity, medication, or a slower pace for seniors. I plan my schedule to ensure dogs are never rushed or left waiting and always receive consistent, attentive care. Safety, trust, and comfort are always my top priorities. In my home, dogs have access to a spacious, fully enclosed ½-acre backyard with an 8-foot privacy fence, providing plenty of room to move, explore, and relax safely. Dogs have access to the yard through a dog door, allowing them to go in and out freely throughout the day based on their comfort level and routine. I use multiple baby gates and an external kennel to thoughtfully manage space and interactions. This allows me to separate dogs when needed, provide quiet time, or give individual dogs privacy and decompression breaks—always with my close attention and supervision. I can offer private space both indoors and outdoors, ensuring each dog has a calm, secure place to relax based on their comfort level and needs. I’m very attentive to group dynamics and individual personalities, adjusting supervision and space to ensure every dog feels safe, respected, and comfortable—whether they thrive on companionship or prefer a calmer, more structured environment.
“Storm takes a bit of time to get comfortable in new environments with new people, but she seemed to settle in easily with Gil and Peaches! We are so thankful they are patient with her separation anxiety and welcome her on daycare days!”

“This is my first time using Rover, and I am a first time dog owner. I needed to schedule something very last minute and Emily was very flexible working with me and Daisy. She did a great job and kept in contact about her stay. She is very friendly and is very well experienced in this business.”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for more than 15 years, and caring for them is something I’ve always felt naturally connected to. I’ve raised my own dogs, supported pups with all kinds of personalities and needs, and spent several years as a dog foster — giving dogs a safe, loving place to land while they waited for their forever homes. That experience taught me how to read canine behavior, build trust quickly, and create a calm, structured environment where dogs feel secure. Whether it’s a high‑energy dog who loves adventure or a shy pup who needs patience and reassurance, I’m comfortable meeting them exactly where they are. My home is set up with ramps and steps to help small dogs and mobility‑challenged pups move around safely and comfortably along with a stroller for long neighborhood walks. My goal as a sitter is simple: keep your dog happy, safe, and relaxed while you’re away, and give you complete peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands. I work from home. Mid-day walks at lunch time everyday unless weather is hot, then early morning walks. Weekends usually allow for longer walks and the occasional hiking adventure. I like taking my pups to the Jenkins Estate. It is heavily wooded and not usually busy. Making it easy to walk with multiple dogs. I have a fenced in backyard that can be segmented into two if needed. A doggy door for medium sized pups for quick and easy access. If your pup is not familiar with one, I will work on some simple training to encourage and get them use to using one. Plenty of doggy toys for aggressive/heavy chewers. Nylabones, kongs, rubber toys and rope. Sorry, no fluffy/squeaky toys, my oldest can destroy the toughest in under 6 minutes. Home is air conditioned. Floors are waterproof vinyl plank flooring, and all couches and beds are covered with waterproof blankets incase of any accidents or simply messy dogs. My oldest pup likes to take dirt baths much to my chagrin. There is a small kiddie pool available for those hot days. Two crates are available for any pups that may need it. And plenty of baby gates to segment/separate as needed. My house has been puppy proofed once before, and can be if requested. And additional third-party insurance to cover any emergencies.
“Debbie has watched Milo many times for me and I feel comfortable and confident every time I drop him off. She takes great care of him and every photo I get it looks like Milo is having a great time! Any and every time I'm in the Vancouver area I send Milo to her ❤️❤️”

“Emily was amazing with my rambunctious 4 mo old puppy. She was so flexible when I had something come up and I had to pick him up late. She's even showed me some basic grooming tips! Do not sleep on her! We will definitely be booking again.”

“Tanaisa was amazing! I had a last minute need for some doggy daycare and she took my dogs for the whole day without hesitation. They looked like they had a great day. I’d gladly book her again!”

“She was so awesome! We didn’t worry about our dog at all while she was watching him. She sent lots of pictures and I could see he was having a great time! We will definitely book again when we are in the area and we would recommend! Thank you so much Maryorie! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Kelsey is a gem! We were very hesitant to go through Rover and choose a complete stranger, but our experience with Rover and Kelsey couldn't have been any better. Kelsey is extremely reliable, my pups love her, and she is prompt in responding to questions, requests, and messages. She does walks for our pups on a weekly basis and has also done an overnight for us. She is our go-to gal. We would be lost without her help! Thanks for your continued help Kelsey!!!”
“I cannot recommend Tanaisa enough. She takes such great care of our labradoodle. He is high energy and loves lots of attention. She gives him exactly what he wants! Lots of exercise, treats, and love. It’s clear how much she loves and cares for animals. We are so impressed and happy with the care she provides for our boy! She goes above and beyond and we’re so grateful to her!”

“Brie is the exact type of person you'd want to care for your pet. She is attentive and intuitive to our little guy's needs as they chang from day to day. Our dog is so much happier on the days he gets walks, play time, and snuggles from Brie. She is awesome!”

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life — my mom has always had dogs and my dad has always had cats, so I’ve learned how to care for and connect with all kinds of pets from a young age. Right now, I have a playful kitten of my own, and my mom has two dogs that I help care for whenever I visit. I’m patient, responsible, and always attentive to each pet’s unique routine and personality. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, or just quiet company, I make sure every animal feels safe, loved, and cared for exactly how their owner would want. You can always count on me for reliable care, consistent updates, and genuine love for every furry friend I look after. Pet care is already a part of my everyday life — I have a kitten at home and spend time with my mom’s dogs regularly, so feeding, walks, playtime, and cuddles are built into my routine. My work schedule is flexible enough to allow plenty of time for drop-ins, walks, and overnight care. Whether it’s morning visits or evening check-ins, I make sure each pet gets the attention and consistency they need. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always focus on making them feel comfortable and safe. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — from feeding times and walks to playtime and bedtime — so everything feels familiar. I take extra care to keep their environment clean, secure, and stress-free, and I always communicate with owners so they know their pets are happy and well cared for. I take pride in following every detail of your pet’s care instructions — from feeding schedules to favorite walks and play routines. In your home, I make sure everything stays tidy and that your pet’s comfort and safety come first. I always provide updates and communication so you know your pets are happy, healthy, and cared for exactly how you’d want.
About: I've had dogs all of my life, numerous breeds and energy levels. I've personally owned a Golden Retriever and now a Bernese Mountain Dog. I used to run dogs in college and I fell in love with dogs, so I thought why not get exercise with a furry friend by my side! I can work with various leashes/collars/harnesses, etc. I've trained dogs with basic commands and potty training. I would love for your dog to come meet us and our Bernese! I have a Bernese Mountain pup, so between working full time and raising kids, making sure my little not so little pup gets exercise and a lot of sniffing everyday is extremely important and has become a fixture in our schedule. Teddy is fully vaccinated and can provide proof, so no need to worry! I ran and walked dogs in college for 2 years and I loved it. I've had numerous dogs in my life time and I make sure the dog is comfortable and ready to enjoy the time with us! This stay be a dogs most enjoyable time of the day, so making it fun especially with our Berner while getting to the point is crucial. Whatever piece of equipment like leash, harness, collar or piece of walking equipment you prefer for your dog I will work with. Comfortability is huge for pups/dogs. Crate would be preferred if not potty trained. I can let pups out to pee during the night. We want your dogs stay to be the best and would be grateful for your trust in us!
“My dog is a little timid with new people, but Renata takes such good care of him! She’s patient and kind and I’m so grateful to have someone I can trust with him. She’s reliable and great with communication. Highly recommend her, especially for nervous/shy puppers. 🩵”

“Lena did a great job walking my sweet but reactive Cowpie. She gets so sad when I'm away and Lena was able to get her out the door and make it happen.”

About: I have 3 dogs ranging from 1-10 1/2 years of age. We have done the puppy stage three times so I’m used to that and willing to help. I know how stressful it can be if you need to go out of town and still have a puppy at home that needs a little more attention, let me help you with this! I’m not afraid of any dogs I just need to meet them first before agreeing to a job just so that we know it’ll be a good fit. I’m currently working full time 12 hr days. So I will not schedule myself when I’m working unless of course this works for you. I’m just looking to see if I can help some people while they travel or need someone to come and check on their pets while they are away. I currently live on 2.5 acres so having dogs come to my house will not be a good fit. We have 3 dogs and sometimes sit for family and friends and their dogs come over and we closely watch them while outside so they don’t venture off into the woods. Right now I’m just looking to see if I can help with checking in on pets or walking them or even possibly house sitting if need be. I know how important routine and familiarity is important so I would like to meet the pets with the owners before agreeing to a job and this way we can make sure the pets are comfortable with me and also we can go over dos and don’ts with your pets.
About: I had pets in the family my whole childhood. Love em all, Dogs, Cats either way. Happy to help with a weekly walk, a drop in visit, or house sitting for a long vacation. Whatever I can do to help you and your pets, let me know! I am currently in a bit of a life transition and I am working minimal hours for now, so I have a lot of free time. I would like to fill that extra time with something productive that helps me financially. I love animals, so being able to spend time with people's pets and benefit their lives as well, would be a wonderful way to do it. If you are leaving town and looking for someone who will show your pet the love they deserve and give them 100 percent of their attention, give me a call. At this point I am only available for doing walks, drop ins and mainly house sitting jobs. I am currently living with my family in Ridgefield WA, but I am trying to get into an apartment in the next few months. The pets that I have had in my life over the past 15 years or so were very loved. They were my family, my friends and were treated as such.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old, my senior girl I’ve had since then is 18 yrs old and still going strong! I have two big Great Pyrenees/ Saint Bernard mixes and we take them on walks regularly. I work a nine to five and am free on weekends, so I hang out and take care of my pets in the evenings when I get off work. My dogs live with my parents and we have a fenced in yard and a space in our house just for the dogs. I live by myself though if your dog isn’t comfortable around other animals!
“I recently got a puppy and booked an hour with Erica as part of his socialization process, to get him used to spending time with strangers. Erica and her daughter did an amazing job and I could tell Raider warmed up to both of them right away and felt very comfortable. It’s SO important for young puppies (especially giant breeds) to have positive experiences with new people. Thanks for helping to make sure I don’t wind up with a 120lb dog that’s afraid of people 🤣🖤Very much appreciated! 100% recommend”

She went above and beyond with the meet and greet, having Rufus explore the place before going there to stay. She took him on walks and made sure to have water available and a foldable bowl for any moment he needed to drink. She was thoughtful throughout every part! I highly recommend her and couldn’t be happier with my Rover experience. :)”

“Our dog Mia came back looking so relaxed and happy after her time with Kimo. He’s very responsive and accommodating. We’d love to have him watch Mia again!”

“Allison is a wonderful host for our fur pup, Dudley! She truly cares for him as he is one of her own and sends pictures throughout the day. This is the second time we have hired her and already have the 3rd one booked! She is also incredibly flexible and accommodating (our schedule has shifted a few times both times last minute). 5 stars!”

“Maryorie was incredible! She took such great care of Korra and had excellent communication throughout the stay. We received plenty of pictures and updates, which made us feel completely comfortable leaving Korra with her. Korra seemed so happy and well cared for when we picked her up. We would absolutely book with her again!”

“Our anxious and reactive pup seemed to really settle in and enjoy her time with Christopher. He was very communicative and our dog was well cared for, in good spirits when we picked her up”

“Kathy & Dean did a wonderful job taking care of our sometimes anxious, not used to being without us, older dog. I received updates and photos every day, which helped put my mind at ease. Kathy & Dean have been great with communication right from the start. All around great experience for us and our dog!”

“Lea was wonderful! She is a great communicator and made my pup feel so welcome. I could tell my pup was having a great time because Lea sent photos of what they were doing. I was able to relax knowing my pup was on vacation too! We will definitely rebook with Lea.”

“Steve cared for our older pitbull with all the love we would have given her at home. He was on top of her daily medications, gave her all the snuggles, and treated her like his own pup. We would highly recommend Steve and are thrilled to have found someone we can trust to take care of our sweet girl!”

“Brandi was amazing! Our dogs stayed with her for a week and were very well taken care of. She kept us updated with pictures and a check in each day. In every picture, our dogs looked so happy! Brandi handled our dog’s medication and their little quirks with ease. Drop off and pick up were easy. She really went above and beyond!”

“Melissa was super helpful by taking care of my manu last minute while I was visiting for a wedding! She showed me the area and there was lots of space and friends for manu to play with! I would highly recommend Melissa, she’s been great with giving me instructions and is very communicative!”

“Kristen has watched Watson several times, and he’s always so happy to stay with her (and he never wants to leave when it's time to pick him up)! We really appreciate the photo updates and knowing he’s so well cared for. Thanks, Kristen!”

“Tammy took amazing care of Mr. B while we were away for a few days. She shared great updates and kept us updated throughout his stay. We will definitely use Tammy again!”
