Ruger absolutely loves going there and gets so excited whenever we get close to Kevin’s driveway. And I felt my pup was secure during her daily visits at Darbys home, with walks and suitable interaction with other pups at her home, I had no complaints. My pup was fed her meals as requested and Darby went the extent to clean the containers I brougjt homemade meals in for feeding, so I hadnt needed to worry about that after a long day! I respect Darby's stance even if off stanish to start.”

I began by walking dogs at a local humane society, then on to becoming a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. I absolutely love dog sitting and I have the skills to administer medications. Currently I facilitate small enriched dog play groups during the day and in the evening I provide private dog training. I am just as comfortable working with giant breeds as I am with the tiniest. While sitting for your pup I can take them for walks, go to a dog park, and go for hikes. I will send you pictures of your pup daily and keep you updated. I follow a routine to ensure they feel secure and at ease. I also build trust by spending quality time with them, respecting their boundaries, and providing positive reinforcement. For pets in my care, I ensure they have fresh food, water, and clean spaces, and I always make time for exercise and play. Whether in my home or a client's, I create an environment where pets feel safe, loved, and cared for.
About: With over 20 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I offer calm, full-time attention in a quiet home with a large yard and a peaceful resident dog. I’m confident administering medications, as I regularly care for my own pets' health needs. I understand the unique needs of both senior pets and spirited cats, and I’m happy to provide gentle walks, playtime, and lots of affection. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priority. I am currently home all day and available for walks and love. For walks and home visits Tuesday - Friday I am available on a twice daily basis. Sat, Sun, and Monday I am available any time. While I don't offer pet care in my home at this time, I may in the future. We live in a bright spacious apartment near Briggs YMCA

“We have had Darby watch our dogs multiple times and she has always done a great job. Our Labrador puppy can be a handful but she did a great job with discipline and keeping her from jumping. Darby would take the dogs on long walks around her property and then let them watch the chickens or sun themselves on her deck. The dogs were sad to leave Darby's place and miss the long walks.”
