About: While I may be new to professional pet sitting, my husband and I have been dog owners for nearly 10 years, and our kids have grown up loving and caring for animals, so having pets around is a normal part of our family life. Caring for our own dog has given us a lot of hands-on experience with special dietary needs, administering medication, daily walks, and basic grooming. We understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your pet, and we will treat every pet in our care like they’re part of our own family. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom and homeschool my 3 kids, so we’re home quite a bit! Daily walks are already part of our normal routine, and we’ll be happy to include your pup. There will also be plenty of time for play, attention, and snuggles throughout the day. The longest we typically leave the house is about 3–4 hours, and that’s no more than twice a week. We have a fenced backyard. It is on the smaller side, but there is still plenty of room for a little play and fresh air. We also have baby gates in place to keep our toddler safely in areas where we can supervise him, and those will also be used to help keep pets safely separated when needed. We want every pet in our care to feel comfortable, safe, and at home while they’re with us.

About: I grew up taking care of the 2 dogs in my household, as well as my grandmother and neighbor's pets while they were away from home. I've been caring for dogs at all stages of their life, from puppies all the way up to senior dogs. (My girl is now 7, and I had a senior dog that recently passed away.) My grandmother and dad also had many cats, so I’m also very comfortable with them and love them to death. I would often volunteer at the animal shelter back home on the weekends and I have had a lot of experience working with not only with smaller pets, but with larger animals as well. I have pets of my own, I let them out every morning and we play while outside with my kids. If I can, or if requested, I will walk them after work. Dogs will not be left in the yard unattended and the neighborhood is great for walking around. I temperament check all dogs I pet sit before booking.

About: While I may be new to professional pet sitting, my husband and I have been dog owners for nearly 10 years, and our kids have grown up loving and caring for animals, so having pets around is a normal part of our family life. Caring for our own dog has given us a lot of hands-on experience with special dietary needs, administering medication, daily walks, and basic grooming. We understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your pet, and we will treat every pet in our care like they’re part of our own family. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom and homeschool my 3 kids, so we’re home quite a bit! Daily walks are already part of our normal routine, and we’ll be happy to include your pup. There will also be plenty of time for play, attention, and snuggles throughout the day. The longest we typically leave the house is about 3–4 hours, and that’s no more than twice a week. We have a fenced backyard. It is on the smaller side, but there is still plenty of room for a little play and fresh air. We also have baby gates in place to keep our toddler safely in areas where we can supervise him, and those will also be used to help keep pets safely separated when needed. We want every pet in our care to feel comfortable, safe, and at home while they’re with us.

“Sheena took great care of our 4-month old puppy and 4-year old Moodle. We did a meet and greet and our nervous puppy liked her immediately. During our trip, we got pictures and updates whenever we asked for them as Sheena responded quickly. When we picked them up, we got a full report of everything they did with a wonderful update on eating, playing, pooping, etc. Sheena is very experienced and provided dog and child socialization for our puppy in a safe and structured environment. The pups came home tired, well-behaved, and very happy. As a bonus, we paid Sheena to do a little nail trimming since she is a professional groomer as well. Highly recommend Sheena and we will certainly be back!”
