He is always on top of things especially when it comes to daily updates— We never had to ask once for videos and pictures, which we truly appreciate. Jeremy went above and beyond by giving extra care to one of our pups when she got an upset stomach due to anxiety and stress being away from home. He notified us right away and helped treat her by doing bland diet. He also gave them both a bath. Our pups looked so happy on the daily videos and pictures. We got our little “hairball” during the pandemic and he is not used to people other than our family. It takes a long time for him to warm up to someone he does not know but Diahann and her family patiently let him settle in slowly until he let his guard down and become more comfortable in an unfamiliar environment.
