“Stephanie is fantastic! We are very grateful we found her to watch our large nervous dog. She has a beautiful home that is great for dogs like ours that love to snuggle on the couch and has lots of land for them to run around. About: I dabbled in pet sitting a little back in 2021 while I was in school to be a vet tech. However, life had other plans, and at the beginning of 2022 I moved to Tennessee with my husband and decided the medical field wasn't for me! I started working in a doggie daycare/boarding facility (we also housed kitties) as soon as we got there. I fell in love with the job and continued working there, moving up in positions reaching management, until we moved to Chewelah at the end of 2025. I miss my work family like crazy and all the fur babies I had the privilege of being a second family for while their owners worked or went on vacation. I am now a stay-at-home wife with a lot of time on her hands haha! Although the facility catered more towards dogs on a daily basis, we did have multiple cat rooms in a separate part of the building for boarding. I also have 2 (absolutely spoiled) kitties of my own that are my whole world. <3 **Although my husband is shown on my account, he will not be assisting with the care of your babies, but may be around if they are in our home.
“Emily was great! We felt very comfortable having her stay at our house and watch our cats while we were gone. She gave us daily updates and we came home to happy cats and a clean house. Definitely recommend!”

About: Since the age of 7, I raised my own 2 puppies and have had dogs since then. My neighbors have always relied on me to help out with theirs as well. Since moving to college, I have helped several families and am very comfortable staying at houses or the other way around. I am also comfortable dealing with puppies, small dogs, and large dogs! I have also dealt with dogs who needed senior care such as providing medication or special care. I am currently working a part time job as a tennis coach so I have a lot of flexibility to work around schedules! My weekdays and weekends are very free. I have a lot of space for your pet to roam if needed along with a dog park in the neighborhood! I have a very cozy environment where they should feel welcomed and comfortable. Regarding your home, I am very flexible with any needs that need to be met.

I have the most experience with dogs and cats when it comes to a professional setting. However, I've had my share of caged animals, birds, and select reptiles. I'd also be happy to learn the care and routine for some 'out of the box' babies as well, if you wanted to take a chance on me and show me the ropes. :) **Although my husband is shown on my account, he will not be assisting with the care of your babies, but may be around if they are in our home. Since moving to Chewelah, I became a stay-at-home wife for the 1st time and I'm going stir crazy haha! Before this, I consistently worked 12 hours shifts with little free time on my hands. My husband and I live in a house on a handful of acres with a fenced backyard. We have a doggie door to the backyard that our dogs have access to. Our kitties have a catio to catch some sun and chase the bugs, a favorite pass time of theirs! We crate our dog (the other 2 belong to my FIL) and our cats every night, so if you have a crate schedule, we can help you stick to it!
“Very accommodating with my short notice. Communication was great. I felt very comfortable leaving my girls in Tracy's hands. Her home was very pet friendly, clean and just homy feeling. I received the cutest photo and video of the girls playing on the bed and enjoying all the comfort of the blankets and pillows. Tracy was great and I truly hope the girls get to go back to her house for daycare. Definitely recommend.”

About: Hi there! I have room for one more pup at a time and would love to watch your fur baby! I have 2 pups of my own and they get along well with others. I live on 16 wooded acres where the pups can play! I work from home remote for Abercrombie & Fitch and run two businesses on the side. I never leave for more than 2 hours at a time and often take the pups with me if I go! Because I take calls from home, it is important your pup is on the quieter side. We start the day with a 15 minute morning walk around 4:30am, a 30-minute walk around 2pm, and a 15 minute walk just before bed around 8:30pm. I'm also available to let them out throughout the day if they want to go out more than that.
“Stephanie has been the absolute best advocate for my dog. Gertie had never boarded before and needs time to get use to being around new people. Stephanie has been patient and work with Gertie at whatever pace Gertie is comfortable with. It’s quite clear that Stephanie has a big heart for all animals.”

About: I recently moved from Seattle to Colville, and am looking for new families to work with! I’m happy to take clients anywhere in Colville, Northport, Chewela, or other nearby areas for dog walking, drop-in visits, or overnight pet care. I am 28 years old, an indiscriminate animal lover, and a well-trusted sitter. I grew up taking care of dogs, cats, chickens, and horses. In the last 8 years, I’ve done regular dog walking, pet sitting, and caring for foster animals. I’m comfortable with cats, dogs, lizards, birds, and older animals or animals that need medication. I’m available almost all the time! You can book me any day(s) of the week for house sitting, dog walking, or for short home visits. I love spending time around animals and take pride in being a trustworthy care-taker. Whether it's a walk around the block, or sitting during your vacation, I will prioritize your pet's health and happiness. Your pet can expect attentive care and lots of affection; and you can expect regular updates and plenty of pictures from our adventures.

Whether you're heading out of town, working long hours, or just need an extra helping hand, I'd love the opportunity to care for your pets! 🐾 Reliable ❤️ Compassionate 📸 Daily Updates 🏡 Serving Spokane and surrounding areas Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. As a mom, I'm already used to having a structured schedule, which makes it easy for me to prioritize feeding times, walks, playtime, and check-ins. I have a flexible schedule and can provide morning, afternoon, and evening care depending on your pet's needs. I love being active outdoors, so walks and playtime are something I truly enjoy. I also understand how important consistency is for pets, and I'm happy to follow their usual routines to help them feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. Providing updates and photos is also something I enjoy so owners can have peace of mind knowing their pets are happy and well cared for. I believe every pet deserves to feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their family is away. Whether I'm caring for pets in my client's home or my own, I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and needs. In a client's home, I follow their feeding schedule, provide fresh water, take dogs for walks, clean up after pets, administer medications if needed, and make sure they receive plenty of playtime, affection, and attention. I also send regular photo and text updates so owners have peace of mind. I understand that every pet is different—some love to play and be active, while others prefer a calm environment and extra cuddles. My goal is to keep their routine as consistent as possible so they feel happy, comfortable, and cared for while you're away.
