About: I can’t remember the last time I’ve lived in a home without a dog or cat! I’ve been training my own furball who’s 10 months old and he’s doing great! I have some time on my hands in between jobs at the moment to help others out. I am currently between jobs for the next few months so I have plenty of time and flexibility to work with your schedule. Happy to fill my days with more dogs! I have a large yard and plenty of trails nearby to walk the puppers! I also have a 10 month old Irish wolfhound that absolutely loves hanging out with other dogs! I have crates - large enough for an Irish wolfhound and room for yours if needed!

About: As a long-time dog lover, I’ve had the privilege of caring for countless pups. Backyard plays, long wooded walks and plenty of enrichment are just a few ways that make my care is special. I am currently a full time artist with a flexible schedule. I actively care for my own pup with lots of play and walks. Any pup would get the same attention and consistent care. About: There has always been a dog in my life and it’s the absolute best! I am a big believer in positive reinforcement training. I’ve worked with a dog trainer for a few weeks (with my own dog Lucy) and have enjoyed reading about positive reinforcement training techniques. I always enjoy greeting other furry friends while we’re out on the trails or at the town off-leash area. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs and my current dog Lucy was, (and still sometimes is!), pretty high-energy. We get outside for some energy-burning activity at least 2x a day. We live right next to trails, a pond, and a river. I’ve mostly taken in friends’ dogs over the past couple of years but we’re used to having an extra dog come to stay and would be happy to welcome yours! I work from home and Lucy is with me all day. We exercise and/or have play breaks throughout the day. I have very few commitments outside the home. We are active and live right next to town & state forest with many trails. I run, hike, and mountain bike. We also have 2 ponds which is the best for water-loving dogs! I take Lucy out every couple of hours on our property (big meadow) or surrounding trails. She is mostly off-leash but can be on-leash if that works better with your dog. Lucy loves all dogs and is a great, energetic playmate. We have a crate if that's part of your dog's routine.
About: I grew up with many animals, both my own pets, and animals on my grandfather's dairy farm (he was also a vet). I live in the country in Richmond, and have cats, young kids and animals Rover won't let me name in the description...but they provide eggs. About: When I was growing up my family always had dogs and cats. I have two dogs of my own (I have a senior shepherd mix and a 1.5 year old lab mix) as well as a cat. I work with middle school students during the school year and would love to spend my summer taking care of animals. My dogs are my priority so I can’t commit to overnights but with my days free this summer I would love to do some dog walking, house sitting and cat sitting. I work full-time during the school year but I have the summers off with plenty of free time to spend cuddling with some cats. I’d love to do dog sitting as well but am not sure I can commit to overnights as I have my own two dogs at home who need me but I’m open for daily support such as walks or feeding during the owners’ work hours. My dogs use a long lead out back and aren’t left unsupervised for long. When my cat was alive he had his own separate space away from the dogs as well as easier access to food, water and litter as he was arthritic.
