Our pup had a blast trail hiking and also just relaxing at Mahayla's home. About: I have my own kitty who I pamper with wet and dry food everyday, yummy jerky treats and she’s spoiled with toys galore. I trim and file her nails since I have a sofa but she’s such a sweet girl she knows not to!! Love felines, really the amount of times I’ve walked into the local Home Depot and got sucked into hours of sitting on the floor to interact with them is, well, everytime I go in there. I really have no difficulty with cats and their varying personalities.

About: I am good at working with all sizes, ages and breeds of dogs. I have a large fully fenced back yard and live on a quiet street. For longer stays of 1-2 weeks I offer pick up within a 30-45 minute drive from Dalton (this includes Great Barrington, Stockbridge and Lenox). I love dogs and grew up with three mammoth Samoyeds and Malamutes as well as owning my own sweet cavalier Max until he passed. About: ive had a couple of dogs growing up in my childhood, a sweet old black lab and a super crazy dingo.. in my free time after school and during summer i used to walk them, no amount of walking could satisfy my dingo..! id have her pull my bike to get all her energy out since we didnt have any closed in areas she could run off in.. ( i dont do this anymore! i realize its not very safe! she absolutely loved it for sure though) i love pups big and small old and energetic theyre all very unique and id love some new friends to get me out of the house. id ask you beforehand of course if youd be okay with them swimming, theres a pond i can bring them to after walking to cool off at. i have two cats, so id like to know how your dog reacts around small creatures, if they cant be in contact i can always but them into a room while the dog is over. most likely theyd be outside keeping me company! lots of shade and id keep em well hydrated and happy :3 i currently have been on a job hunt since what feels like forever, my schedule is very. very open.. since i dont have a car, but I have an electric scooter thanks to a helpful couple I babysat for! drop off would be ideal, if youre close enough to walk to i can do that too! my cats get their waters filled and cleaned almost daily, lots of love of course and are very spoiled. i dont have any dogs at the moment, so of course id love to chat about what youd expect and need for your lovely pup! im good with communication and friendly, special needs id be extra attentive to. im very good at remembering small things, though id still write em down incase!

I currently work at a daytrain facility for dogs and am on my way to eventually becoming a dog trainer! I always provide the upmost care for animals. About: 5 years ago my family had gotten a puppy (jack Russell, beagle, terroir, Pitt bull mix). My puppy is a big baby, and is scared of everything. From flies to the wind. But he also can be a bit mean and over protective about his belongings. I was able to find ways around him being overly protective about his things. I was the main person to get up early to take him out in the mornings, throughout the day, and at night. We then a year later got his sister from a different litter from the same mom and dad. She is the complete opposite. She is a loving dog. She always wants to cuddle and loves to play and have all the attention to her. Since I was little I’ve always loved dogs. I love playing with them and walking with them. I’m a full time nanny but have a lot of free time on my hands while the kids are at school and their activities. I’m looking for some occasional work and maybe part time opportunities. I would always make sure the pet has food and water. Make sure the environment around them is safe. And make sure to attend their needs in any way that is needed.

About: I’ve taken care of pets for most of my life, mostly my own. I’ve had a range of paid pet care experiences, from dogs in diapers without walking ability, to highly energetic dogs! I’m currently a full - time college student, with quite a few gaps of availability in my schedule. I’m currently available on Monday evenings, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and the entirety of weekends. I am dedicated to providing both careful and engaging care to any pet in your home. I will use the resources provided to me, and make sure every step is safe and fun!
About: I have always been an animal lover and this will give me something to do . My husband works , I looking looking for something to do when he is at work . I love to be outdoors so giving your dog a walk would be great . We do have a dog of our own and she loves to play . I have a lab mix , her name is Cleo . She is five years old . I have a nice size yard so your baby ( dog ) will be able to play and have fun . We live in a safe area of Watervliet , NY . I am a outdoors person so going for walks will be great for me.

About: Reliable and responsible cat and dog lover, I've been fostering dogs for over a year and have successfully placed 9 foster dogs. I've also helped take care of friend's and family's pets my whole life and I take dog training seriously. My pet care schedule is fairly flexible at the moment due to recent life changes. “Our dog had a fabulous stay with Mahayla! Since it was our first time, Mahayla offered to come to our home to get to know our pup before caring for her the next day. They hit it off immediately and Mahayla explained her background in animal/dog behavior studies and reassured us that all would go well... and it did! Our pup had a blast trail hiking and also just relaxing at Mahayla's home. Mahayla clearly understands and loves dogs, and it was clear that she was focused on our dog's enjoyment, comfort level and care. She was also focused on our needs as the owners. Leading up to care day she was extremely responsive. On care day she sent photos and updates. A perfect stay...thanks, Mahayla!”

“Where do I even begin? Heidi and her family were life savers. I had a different host that I had booked well over a month before my trip, and on the day of drop off I could not get a hold of her. I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own. She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. I know that she was truly in the best hands, and the first host falling through was a blessing in disguise. I would definitely book with her again!”
