Mondays to Wednesday I have open availability and Thursday to Sundays I am open from about 10AM to 2PM. I am super flexible and happy to follow your doggie rules. I have done formal training for rescue pups and understand dog behaviour/warning signs/signs of stress etc as well as any human can. About: Hi there! I am 30 and I live in Springfield, VT and work in WRJ. So my radius is quite large. I have a 6 year old golden pup (as seen in photos) named Burton and also take care of my in laws cat, Middy. I grew up in Vermont on a small farm with 3 dogs (Pitbull and labs) and 2 cats. I currently have a pup, Burton. Who gets along with all dogs and people. Depending on your pets personality, I will be sure to be active with them. Our pup Burton gets 4 walks a day and typically goes for a swim once a day at a nearby kayak launch. I fully believe pets should have a significant amount of play + active time whether its a walk or drop in visit, they will have fun. I do work in WRJ from 8-5pm but I do have lunches available and we do have flexible time. I work a hybrid schedule MTW in office which is only 6 minutes from my house. I always do a walk at Thompson's Field in the morning, 1 mile walk at lunch, 1-2 mile walk at dinner and a simple walk late at night just before bed. My dog is super friendly and my roommate also loves dogs, so no matter what your dog should be preoccupied. If anything I have a large crate available to keep them safe.

I am currently in Vermont for the summer working for the Weston Theater Company and would love to watch some pets in my free time. I work around my class schedule, that is different day today. I'm able to watch or check in on pets throughout the day and night, and all weekends. I'm in school for theater so sometimes I do go through tech weeks that let me out very late at night, but when that happens, I'm still willing to check in on any pets! I believe in making sure your pets are fully safe and loved while you are away! I have no problem asking about what exactly is the regular routine of your pet to make sure they are the safest and most comfortable they can be without you.

About: I have pet training experience as well as walking, playing, and cuddling! I also currently work at a boarding and daycare facility! I am willing to accommodate to any special requests you may have as well! I have owned dogs for most of my life, including many very different breeds, and have worked with all age groups. I also have experience with other types of animals including many exotics! Animals are my passion and it would be amazing to be able to be around more all the time. I also have a smaller dog that gets along with others, which would be available for me to bring with me if you would like! I hope to hear from you and your fur baby soon! About: I have owned dogs my whole life and am a PhD student looking to use my exercise/break time taking care of your dog! Mondays to Wednesday I have open availability and Thursday to Sundays I am open from about 10AM to 2PM. I am super flexible and happy to follow your doggie rules. I have done formal training for rescue pups and understand dog behaviour/warning signs/signs of stress etc as well as any human can. I like to take my own dog with me most places, hiking, camping, you name it. I have owned dogs from 30lb to 90lb and ones who are super loving and those who are more shy. I am used to dealing with a more shy dog on a regular basis. Hope to hear from you!

They are both rescues so have their own insecurities and anxiety around being at a new place but Dee is really great at recognizing their boundaries. “Mike and Laura are wonderful. You can immediately tell just how much they love animals and they treated our pup like he was their own. They kept us up to date the whole visit with lots of pictures and videos and made sure our dog had a great time. He got tons of exercise and play and they made sure he had a nice soft spot to snuggle down. Their property is also a great location with wide open fields and plenty of places to take a dog for good walks and sniffs. I'd highly recommend Mike and Laura and I know our dog will be looking forward to another visit with them in the future!”
