About: I have had dogs my whole life and am happy to care for your doggo. I currently have a 1 year old Golden Retriever and am well versed in both puppy and senior care. I am a full time teacher on summer break, so have availability to fit your needs over the summer. Mondays to Wednesday I have open availability and Thursday to Sundays I am open from about 10AM to 2PM. I am super flexible and happy to follow your doggie rules. About: I have taken care of many animals, from aquatic to a variety furry friends. I am always willing to offer a hand in any kind of care or training that is needed to be kept up while their humans are away so that you can be sure the critters are getting the best care and love while you’re away. I am a paraeducator at a school that is less than a mile from my house. I come home everyday at lunch time and usually home by 3:15. Walks and playtime are a necessity for our fur babies and they love having friends to play with! I have 2 female dogs, both very friendly. We have an underground fence, though I would keep your fur baby on a leash when we go outside. We have a nice yard, about half an acre, live near a stream and love taking walks around the neighborhood.

About: I have always loved animals as early as I can remember and I never been without a pet in my entire life. I started pet sitting when I was about eight years old. My first "job". I knew I wanted to be in the animal field as a child and so I became a veterinary technician and spent over a decade working in vet clinics (with dogs, cats, birds, and exotics). I've worked in grooming and boarding facilities and of course with pet sitting for decades now. I am skilled with scared pets, senior, and special-needs pets. Having been an animal nurse, I have a total soft spot for these special loves. I am comfortable administering medication - via SC or IM injections, SC fluids, oral, etc. I can do emergency care such as administering enemas for seizures or any needed first aid. If there is an emergency situation, there is an animal hospital in Newfane just a couple miles away. I understand the scariness of a "stranger's" care, but I will respect your relationship and follow your directions to a tee. I know that routine is a huge part of our pets' lives, and obviously you know your pet the best. I insist we do a free "meet and greet" to make sure we are both a fit with each other. I am also very comfortable with any pets, not just dogs and cats. In my vet tech career, I especially enjoyed working with snakes, iguanas, ferrets, and large birds. I would love to learn more about exotic animal husbandry and am not afraid to try. I would also enjoy taking care of farm animals. Some of my best childhood memories were taking care of the cows at my great uncle's dairy farm in Maine. I have availability every day. I currently work part-time in a local library a couple days a week, but I work only four-hour shifts, so I am still available every day. I am flexible and easy-going. “Hope is excellent and our first experience on Rover, she exceeded our expectations and gave our dog a loving and caring experience. Our dog stayed with her overnight the week after Christmas. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I made a last minute request for care and Hope made the entire process simple. We were from out of town skiing at a nearby resort. Hope was generous with her time and care for our treasured Potato. We will use Hope again when we return for another ski week. I was very happy with our experience and our dog Potato had a great time playing at Hope’s house. We were lucky to find her!”
About: I have had dogs my whole life and am happy to care for your doggo. I currently have a 1 year old Golden Retriever and am well versed in both puppy and senior care. I am a full time teacher on summer break, so have availability to fit your needs over the summer. I’m a full time teacher on summer break, so have plenty of time to give your dog the attention they deserve! I am home most of the day with occasional trips to the gym/store. I have a fenced yard and available sidewalks/trails for walks. I do have a 1 year old energetic Golden Retriever who is very friendly (maybe too friendly for some dogs) and a 2 year old Persian kitty who is skeptical of new animals
“Joseph took such good care of our Annie dog! You are immediately put at ease with Joseph's gentle demeanor and you can tell that he really loves animals. He was patient with her feeding since she tends to have a hard time while we are away. He sent pictures each day of their walks. Annie was tired and happy when we picked her up! We'll definitely ask Joseph to watch her again!”

About: I have owned dogs my whole life and am a PhD student looking to use my exercise/break time taking care of your dog! Mondays to Wednesday I have open availability and Thursday to Sundays I am open from about 10AM to 2PM. I am super flexible and happy to follow your doggie rules. I have done formal training for rescue pups and understand dog behaviour/warning signs/signs of stress etc as well as any human can. I like to take my own dog with me most places, hiking, camping, you name it. I have owned dogs from 30lb to 90lb and ones who are super loving and those who are more shy. I am used to dealing with a more shy dog on a regular basis. Hope to hear from you!
“Kevin and Inez took SUCH great care of my senior dog while we were visiting Woodstock. I am very nervous about leaving him with others as he usually comes everywhere with me and is older but they made sure to update me with tons of photos and videos. I could tell that Gatsby felt right at home and was very comfortable at their house and with their dogs. I would definitely use them recommend them to anyone looking for pet care in Vermont! About: I have loved animals my whole life. I am looking to start something new and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to grow my career. Rookie here with house and pet sitting. Schedule just opened wide up and taking on new clients and owners. I currently work remote and my schedule is wide open. I Have taken care of Dogs my whole life and enjoy spending time with them. I love taking care of pets like they are part of the family. I work remotely and i can take them potty whenever they need to go. I get two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch.

She obviously cares a great deal, is very kind and responsive, and clearly enjoys the time with her guests. Her home and property are safe/comfy with lots of space in nature to play and explore.
